Hello István,
Thank you so much - I didn't know the stock was already "removed" from the on-hand quantities.
I fixed the procedure and it is working now!
The new procedure looks like this:
if @object_type='15' and (@transaction_type='A' OR @transaction_type='U')
Begin
     if exists (
          Select
               T2.ItemCode
          From ODLN T0
               Inner Join DLN1 T1 on T0.DocEntry = T1.DocEntry
               Inner Join OITM T2 on T1.ItemCode = T2.ItemCode and T2.InvntItem='Y'
               Inner Join OITW T3 on T1.ItemCode = T3.ItemCode and T1.WhsCode=T3.WhsCode
          Where  T3.OnHand<0 and T0.DocEntry=@list_of_cols_val_tab_del
     Begin
          Set @error=1
Set @error_message =  '1.Please make sure all items are in stock!'
     End
     if exists (
          Select
               T11.ItemCode
          From ODLN T00
               Inner Join DLN1 T11 on T00.DocEntry = T11.DocEntry
               --Inner Join OITM T22 on T11.ItemCode = T22.ItemCode and T22.InvntItem='N'
               Inner Join OITT T33 on T11.ItemCode = T33.Code and T33.TreeType='A'
               Inner Join ITT1 T44 on T11.ItemCode = T44.Father
               Inner Join OITM T55 on T44.Code = T55.ItemCode and T55.InvntItem='Y'
               Inner Join OITW T66 on T55.ItemCode = T66.ItemCode and T44.Warehouse=T66.WhsCode
          Where  T66.OnHand<0 and T00.DocEntry=@list_of_cols_val_tab_del
     Begin
          Set @error=1
Set @error_message =  '2.Please make sure all items are in stock!'
     End
End
Thank you!

  • Stored Procedure for Delivery based on Sales Order Title UDF

    Dear All,
I have made a  UDF in the Sales Order Title as U_SOApproved which has been set with valid Values for the field as 1 - Yes and 2 - No and set default value for field set as 2.
Now I want to have Stored Procedure by which whenever a delivery is made based on a Sales Order for Document Series Named Retail if in the above udf which is there in Sales Order is not set as 1 - Yes the system should not allow the add the delivery in the system.
I know there is a option in Sales Order itself having a approved tick box but if I implement it then it would be applicable for all document series which I don't want. I want to have a check on a particular document series e.g Retail only.
    Please help in this regard.

I'm actually looking for a complete block , I want to force the user to type a value in the GrossBuyPr.
I have the following SP that I tried to modified to work for invoices but is not working
    DECLARE @numlinii int
    IF @transaction_type IN (N'A', N'U') AND (@Object_type IN (15)) AND (@num_of_cols_in_key = 1)

  • Exchange 2010 - PerfMon - Messages Queued for Delivery = 2,147,483,649

Our monitoring system is alerting Messages Queued for Delivery as 2 Billion messages and the value returned by PerfMon > MSExchangeTransport Queues > Messages Queued for Delivery also matches this number during some samples.
I was wondering, what's going on here. When checking queues using Get-Queue cmdlet it doesn't show more than couple of messages in the queue.
How do I get this fixed? This seems to be a known issue from thread http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/ac121f02-4359-4d18-b86a-9c9c78b320a9/perfmon-messages-queued-for-delivery-2147483764?forum=exchange2010

    Hi ChaituNanl,
    Thank you for your question.
By our search, I suggest we update Exchange to Exchange 2010 CU6 or later, because problem also seem to appear to Exchange CU5 or former.
We could download the CU by the following link:

  • How to Get In & Out of Match, Get your Downloads and Run

How to Get In & Out of Match, Get your Downloads and Run
So you have read the marketing hype, and are thinking what you really want is to pay for the service to upgrade your low quality bitrate files to a bit better 256KBPS rate easily, as don’t fancy rebuying/ reimporting or other method
This guide should show you the fastest route to achieve you upgrades
It assumes you’re working from your main music library, and know something about IT, and have <25k of music files
    Backup your music files
If you know how to do this, its simple right – so once done then move to step 2, if not read below so you don’t blame me for a loss
    Transfer Hardware
your choice the transfer hardware, suggest offline harddrive via USB3.0 (blue USB connector/eSata/ 1494b/1GB NIC/etcetera but your call
If you use USB2.0/ 100MB NIC/1394a or other lower transfer method, accept the time hit
Don’t use Time Backup/local disk backup software unless you have RAID 5 setup or better (and if wondering what that is, you almost certainly don’t then)
Don’t use  internet backup service unless you live next door to the hosting company, with stunning internet connection to envy 99.9% of the human race, remember this is the fast method folks)
    Transfer Software
I am assuming you know how to do a copy n paste/ robocoby/xcopy/drag n drop or whatever method turns you on via finder/explorer/cmd window ect
Caveat #01: If not sure how to do above, then stop now as you are not IT literate ready for this
Find your music files and back them up
Now keep the computer running, preferably with nothing else running from this point for ease of use bar an active internet connection, and power saving switched off
If you know where the files are great, backup the files, but some don’t so for them as below
Caveat #02: if you don’t know how to find them your most likely on default settings, or sitting with a legacy from a past upgraded machine - below should help but you might want to stop now if you have never been curious about the location before
Within iTunes , go to [Edit/Preferences/Advanced] and note down the location shown for Itunes Media Location
In the same location of preferences, hit [Keep iTunes Media Folder organised] and let the application do its stuff.  You will end up with the location in 1ciii a ready to copy location which for simplicity of topic, copy the whole folder and its subfolders.  You may end up with some extra copies of music files (an iTunes safety mechanism, but it won’t show in the folder location, and we can ignore later on)
Enable Match (after paying for the service)
    Run Match
Accept that the Apple iTunes process is not perfect, may crash/stop/pause and reboots will be needed, and we can move on so to speak. Key here is you cannot do an unattended script or assume no end user interaction needed L
Turn on iTunes Match, notice the new ITunes Match on the left hand sidebar, click it, then hit the Start button – if it works and you eventually get to STEP 3 perfect.
If it fails before getting to STEP 3, reboot and restart
If this still fails to get to STEP 3, then create a new iTunes database (browse forums on how to do), read your media files from the location in 1civ
Stop MATCH  (the upload process only, not the service)
Once STEP 3 starts, CLICK STOP - ASAP, as all this does it upload data, and you don’t want to do this, just get your upgraded files (remember the title of this entry your reading!)
This also avoids future issues with Album art lost
    Delete Matched low bitrate files
Create a NEW SMART playlist, with two criteria
Show all files with bitrate is less then 256
Show all files where iCloud status is MATCHED
In the new playlist, click it and it shows the files we want to blow away.
Click Edit / Select All then
Click ctrl in windows/apple  (cmd) logo in mac, and press delete button, ensuring you do NOT tick the delete from iCloud Option.  Now want a few mins for it do do its stuff.
    Download Upgraded BitRate Files
In the same location as 5, reselect all, and right click, and select the option to download all, and off it goes
On the lefthand sidebar in iTunes, click Downloads, and you will then see in the middle bottom screen an option for simultaneous downloads (select it)
Your done Just let the app now do its stuff. I would ignore the message saying you can get on with other things, and use anther machine, preferably not using the same internet connection.
    Optional Steps:
Click randomly from the Itunes/Matched/256KBPS listed files, and play them.  Not all the files, one every 30 or so, and just the start, then last few seconds to check not dead or corrupt files.
Update your Step 1 backup with the new files, which is going to take up more space, guess at 40%.
Kill your iTunes Match account (both the recurring automatic subscription, and  the account if not continuing to use the store part of iTunes)

  • Generating Inbound delivery based on Vendor Confirmation for Purchase order

Is there a way to create Inbound deliveries based on Vendor confirmation for a purchase order.
    Here is the complete scenario.
Buyer Creates the PO for qty 100 and Date August 29
Vendor Confirms that he can supply a qty of 50 for August 29 and remaining 50 for Sep15th
Based on vendor confirmation, Buyer creates 2 vendor confirmations (AB) to match with the data received from Buyer, without modifing the PO.
    Requirement:
Inbound deliveries should get created based on the vendor confirmation.
As MRP looks at Inbound delivery for Planning purposes once they are available, Inbound delivery should match with vendor confirmation data.
Is it possible to get this requirement met with standard config available in SAP.

could you eventually get the answer from the docu Set Up Confirmation Control

i have received a problem in which delivery not showing posted but in doc. flow it shows transfer doc. in which what i have done unpacked an HU and again packed in the new HU and posted. now i would like to reverse the delivery in VL09 it shows the following error "Delivery 30020132 - document flow missing respective goods issue"
    please suggest what to do.

Hi Venu Gopal & Rajesh Banka,
Thanks a lot for your responses.
LT16 is a transaction to be used specifically only for SUT enabled environment. Hence was not suitable for our situation.
Venu's solution sounded a very good logical work around. Hence tried it two times but both the times found that system does not remove the 'lock' sign. It just adds a new line below the original 'locked' line and when you select the new line without lock, system says 'The line selected can not be selected' with green tick mark.
My guess is that probably system must be cross-checking in it's table / structure where it keeps the track of 'locked' deliveries and since the delivery number matches, it does not allow the selection of the delivery for return of the stock (in LT0G screen).
So unfortunately the problem remains unresolved.
But I thank you both the respondents for their helping hand.

  • Issue in Delivery document Status update

    Hi ,
We are facing serious issue in delivery document delta extraction via Delivery item Datasource (2LIS_12_VCITM). This leads to incorrect Pending logistic figures in stock and dispatch report. Details for the issue are as follows.
    Datasource used : 2LIS_12_VCITM
    Issue Description :
The goods movement status flag (WBSTA) field from the ECC table VBUP is not correctly extracted by the standard deliveries item datasource (2LIS_12_VCITM) during delta loads.
Steps taken to rectify the issue
    -     We have removed the commit work statement and applied in parallel update task in ECC. Include : ZSD_INCL_DEL_SAVE_FINS
    -     Setup tables for Delivery were filled in ECC.
    -     Historic data was deleted from the Delivery cube in  BW
    -     Data was pulled into PSA (Info package u2013 Full Update)  from where it was loaded to DSO in overwrite mode  (Historic data was not deleted from DSO)
    -     Data from DSO to delivery cube was loaded with DTP setting as Full Update.
    -     After complete data was updated in Cube the DTP setting were changed to Delta.
    -     Delta info package was scheduled  for the capturing the document changes from next load.
    -     Goods Movement status for all the documents created till this point was exactly similar to the status in ECC.
    -     The goods movement status flag (WBSTA) field from the ECC table VBUP is not correctly extracted by the standard deliveries item datasource (2LIS_12_VCITM) during delta loads.
    Example              :
 Delivery document no:  2131260470 is pulled with goods movement status u201CAu201D in firstly load (here BW Delivery status matches
                                        With ECC )
 Before next delta load status in ECC (WBSTA) changes to u201CCu201D (PGI Complete) along with updated u201CGoods Issue Dateu201D
 Extractor fails to capture the change in document ,thus status in BW remains as u201CAu201D with no date updated in u201CGoods Issue Dateu201D
                                       field.
    Steps for Reconstruction :
    1)     Check the value of Goods movement status and actual goods issue date fields in the PSA for the datasource
2LIS_12_VCITM in BW for the sample delivery mentioned in the attached file
    2)     Compare these values with the ones in the ECC table VBUP.
    Kindly help at the earliest.

  • Creating a Delivery with 2 reference marketing documents.

    Hi experts,
Below is a procedure that creates a oDelivery from a oDraft and at the same time from a oOrder document with 2 scenarios (as commented below). Unfortunately, I have a 3rd scenario which is not working and is returning an error msg "The complete Sales BOM, not just some of the components, must be copied to an A/R Invoice or a Delivery  [DLN1.TreeType][line: 9]".
    Scenario 3:
The thing is, if my oOrder document have 4 line items (1 parent & 3 BOM components) versus my oDraft document that has 6 line items (2 parent and the rest are components) and I must create my oDeliveryNote document based on my oOrder document and line items based on my oDraft lines because this oDraft document serves as my "unposted delivery document".
If any of you guys have encountered this scenario before thru DIAPI please share your blessings to me...
Any kind of help would be greatly, highly appreciated.. thanks thanks thanks in advance!

  • Advice on managing library with iTunes Match

    Hi All
I am running out of hard drive space on my mac for my music and need advice on how to manage my vast libary of music.
I have itunes match + timecapsule but can't put trust in a cloud backup + don't know how have a media backup on my timecapsule
Should I just think to delete my hardrive media and put trust in a itunes match?
Any help on best practice would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks
    Adam.

Should I just think to delete my hardrive media and put trust in a itunes match?
    Adam,
Absolutely not.  You must always keep a backup on physical media.
Here is a user tip by Michael Allbritton with more explanation:  https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-4112
And here is the official legal notice from Apple:
"iTunes Match is provided on an “AS IS” basis and may contain errors or inaccuracies that could cause failures, corruption or loss of data and/or information, including music, playlist, and play history, from your computer or device and from peripherals (including, without limitation, servers and other computers) connected thereto. You should back up all data and information on your computer or device and any peripherals prior to using iTunes Match. You expressly acknowledge and agree that all use of iTunes Match is at your sole risk."

  • Shopping cart delivery address not transferred to ECC PR

    Hi Forum,
We recently upgraded from SRM 701 to 713 and to ECC EHP6. After upgrade the SC Delivery address is not getting transferred to back end PR instead the PR shows Plant address as delivery address. As per this wiki article
Shopping Cart Delivery Address transfer from SRM to ECC - Supplier Relationship Management - SCN Wiki
the standard behavior is that SRM Delivery address should be transferred to PR but to our OSS SAP replied that standard behavior is opposite i.e.
PR Takes Plant address as delivery address as default.
    Response from SAP:
Please see that the standard fields of EMLIF and LBLKZ are not
available in BAPI structures. This is the standard functionality of
    BAPI_REQUISITION_CREATE.
If you are using a release newer than Release 4.7 , which I believe
you are , you can use BAPI_PR_CREATE instead. However , this is not
    possible using BAPI_REQUISITION_CREATE.
I am sorry that I do not have a better answer for you at this time but
the behavior that you are experiencing is standard SAP system design.
Q1. What is the standard behavior - SC Delivery address is transferred to PR or Plant address is used in PR?
Q2. What are the changes required to transfer SC Delivery address to back end PR?
    Thanks,
    Anubhav

    Hello Anubhav,
Its unfortunate that SAP has not  tested the transfer of Delivery Address from Shopping cart to ECC Requisition.
SRM uses BAPI_REQUISITION_CREATE  which is deprecated in the newer releases of ECC.  This is why the Delivery address is no longer transferred to ECC.
Check this note:2132886 - BAPI_REQUISITION_CREATE - Delivery address is not updated
Interestingly I found another note in SRM area which asks customers to themselves implement a call to BAPI_PR_CREATE to fix such issues.
Check note:2108097 - Shopping cart transfer to ECC fails when using BAPI_REQUISITION_CREATE
We have an upcoming Go Live with SRM 7.13/ECC 6.17 and I just noticed that Delivery address from Cart is not transferred to ECC Requisition.
I have to rush an urgent change due to this.
I dont know what else data is not being transferred without detailed testing.
    Thanks,
    Sushil.

  • Scan of multiple serial numbers in outbound delivery

    Hi gurus,
I need to record several serial numbers in an outbound delivery (VL02N) at the picking time into "Extras" / "Serial Numbers". At that time, a pop up appears to record SNs.
To achieve this, I'm using a scanner for better efficiency.
My problem : when I scan one serial number, system does not put the cursor on the next line, but go out of the pop up even if remaining SN need to be enter.
It is true my scan simulate an "enter" after each scan and in this transaction "enter" means go out of the pop up.
This is a different behavior as in MIGO, because in this transaction after a scan of a SN, the cursor directly goes on the next line, much more like a tabulation behavior.
Does anybody know how to change the "enter" behavior in the recording of SN in outbound delivery to match with this one from MIGO?
I have no possibility to change the behavior on the scanner itself.

  • Matching Program Customization

We are implementing Oracle Financials, including Pyables, in one
of our retail clients in US. The client has not purchased
licences for Oracle Inventory and Oracle Purchasing.
I have a couple of doubts in this regard. But before that, let
    me lay out the facts:
    1. The client is using RETEK (Retail Merchandising System) for
creation of Purchase orders (PO's)and receipts.
    2. These PO's and receipts, we are planning to interface it to a
custom table in Oracle for Invoice matching purposes (in Oracle
Payables, where invoices would be booked)
    My questions are:
    1. Since the client does not have licences for Inventory and
Purchasing, do we have to customize the Invoice matching thing
    in Payables?
    2. How feasible would it be to customize the same in terms of
    risks for future upgrades/patches?

As far as I know, to match and pay an invoice in financials doesn't require Inventory to be installed. They are concerned with the payable aspects of a PO (matched or unmatched) and GL only. I am basing that statement on what the pre-built RMS-Oracle interfaces require.
Which version of the Retek Merchandising System (RMS) are you referring to?
Recent versions of RMS offer pre-built interfaces (extra license charge payable if not licensed initially) to Financials. RMS Versions 7/8 have an interface to Financials 10.7, and can post across POs for matching/paying in Financials. There is also a GL interface which bridges the stock ledger into GL.
For RMS version 8/9, there is an extra module called RIM (Retek Invoice Matching) which allows 3 way (order/delivery/invoice) matching to be performed at summary and detail levels in RMS. If RIM is used, only orders/invoices which are ready to pay are posted to Purchasing.
Of course, using RIM that means that invoices have to be entered/uploaded into RMS rather than Financials. The advantage to this is that the match is 3 way and also it is much easier to see why an invoice failed to match since you can click through to the source data (and retailer invoices fail to match surprisingly often, especially since many retailers have delivery tolerances of up to +-5% of qty (but not price) ordered, and handling tolerances is more difficult in Financials).
RMS 8 has RIM interfaces to 10.7, RMS9 has interfaces to 10.7 and 11i (the 11i interface assumes that RIM is in use).
NB: If a RMS7/8 client needs an upgraded interface for Apps 11i, due to the impending desupport of 10.7, then they should contact Retek support directly to discuss this.
