Thank you..

Hello,
spExecute_ADODB_SQL is None of the SQL Server System stored procedure, it's a user defined one and as long as we don't know the code, no one can assist you to solve the issue.

  • Export Crosstab to Excel : Header Columns repeated for each page !

    Post Author: maagik
    CA Forum: Exporting
    Hello,
    I work with CR 10 and I want to export a crosstab to excel through the api included in VS2005. I choose an export standard. The excel file is right generated BUT in each page break, the header columns are repeated. I don't want to have the header colums because users made some post calculation in the generated files. Does anybody have an idea to remove it ?

    Hi Kranthi
    You can try exporting your report to Excel Data only format as it retains the column width.
    While exporting apply the options like Maintain Column Width etc (as per your requirement).
    Hope this helps!!

  • XML Report Issue while generating the Report in EXCEL

    Hi All,
    I have Created the XML Report which will generate the output in EXCEL format. I am having the issue with the report output in EXCEL.
    In my Case,
    If I ran the concurrent it got completed normally and the output got completed normally and the output is generated successfully if the data for the input parameter combinations exists.
    Issue is if there is no data exists for the combinations of parameters choosen then it gives the output in excel with the headers alone some times. (meaning there is no combinations of data exists for the input given excel is having headers alone).
    wiseversa
    sometimes the output in excel there is no header part too..(meaning the excel is empty/null).
    Could anyone suggest how to resolve the issue so that the output in excel can include the header part if the data not exists for the input given. so that it should not generate the output as blank in excel i want the header alone should be included even if the report has no data for the input combination given.
    Its very urgent issue.
    Any suggestion will be a great help for me.
    Thanks ,
    Ravi.

  • Header columns alignment in PDF using CFDOCUMENTITEM

    Hi All,
    I'm creating a PDF with CFDOCUMENT tags and using CFSAVECONTENT tags. I will do the formatting everything inside the CFSAVECONTENT Variable and create the PDF using the save content variable.
    <cfdocument format="PDF" orientation="landscape">
          <cfoutput>#strContent#</cfoutput>
    </cfdocument>
    The generated pdf will have 5 or 6 pages which will have a table kind of structure.
    My client needs the header columns on each page of the PDF. As of now, I'm having the header column in the first page alone.
    I tried using CFDOCUMENTITEM TYPE="Header"; I'm seeing the columns as some text with no alignment as a row.
    How to align that so that it looks as a header?
    I tried the one below;
    <cfdocument format="PDF" orientation="landscape">
         <cfdocumentitem type="header">
        <html>
         <tr style="font-weight: bold; font-size: 8pt; text-align:left">
                  <td width="10%">Test<br>Number</td>
                <td width="11%">Test B</td>
                <td width="18%" align="Center">Test<br>Factor</td>
                <td width="18%" align="left">Test c</td>
                <td width="4%" align="left">Test Qty</td>
                <td width="4%">%<br>Impact</td>
                <td width="10%"align="center">Test Owner</td>
                <td width="6%">Date</td>
                <td width="17%" align="left">Comments</td>
            </tr>
            </html>
          <cfoutput>#strContent#</cfoutput>
    </cfdocument>
    Thanks in advance for your help!

    Got this header formatting working by using CFSAVECONTENT before the CFDOCUMENT tag.
    Not sure why my style sheets not working inside the CFDOCUMENT tag.

  • Deactivate Hierarchy symbols in excel

    Does anyone know how to remove the display of the Hierarchy symbols within bex analyser.
    Our problem is that we have a large hierarchy which is expanded by another hierarchy, in total about 2000 rows and 9 columns. Within ST03N it can be seen that 98% of approximate 600sec processing time is occupied by the front end. The front end PC is appropriately spec'd ~ less than 3 months old and is consistent with other users.
    From what I can tell this performance is related to the display of the many hierarchy symbols in excel. So I would like to know if I could remove them. I am aware that they can be changed, however no real performance improvement is noticed.
    We are on BW 3.0B SP20.
    Thanks
    James

    Hi James,
    To see the (very) hidden sheets, I refer you to an earlier posting.  I have copied part of that posting below and provide a link if you want to see the entire posting.
    What would you expect to see happen ... when you run the routine above you will see nothing immediately ... unless you have made the query repository sheet visible ... in which case you will see that the 6 shape objects on the repository sheet have disappeared.  When you refresh the query, though, you should see no hierarchy symbols on the query sheet.
    You are correct that if you manually delete the object ... either on the query sheet or on the hidden repository sheet ... the symbols will reappear (in both places) after query refresh.  That is why in the code shown above I create new objects (with zero height and zero width)with the same names.
    Following is from a posting dated June 3, 2005 ...
    To view the query repo sheet, the first hurdle is making it visible. To do this, go to the VB Editor and either:
    1) select the Microsoft Excel Object that is named (SAPBEXqueries); double click to select; launch the Properties window (press F4); change the Visible property to Visible
    2) use the following VB code:
    Sub ShowSheets()
    Dim ws As Worksheet
    If ActiveWorkbook Is Nothing Then Exit Sub
    For Each ws In ActiveWorkbook.Worksheets
    If Left(ws.Name, 6) = "SAPBEX" Then
    ws.Visible = True
    ws.Select
    ws.Cells.WrapText = False
    End If
    Next ws
    End Sub

  • Table containing Program Texts(Text Symbols, SelectionTexts, List Heading)

    Hi All,
             I would like to know which is the standard SAP std. table which stores the data regarding Text Symbols, SelectionTexts, and List Heading of every program we create. There should definitly be a table where it is stored (otherwise we will not be able to retrieve it each time).
    I have found out a structure RS38M which has all the required fields. But since it is a structure, it doesnt contain data.
    So please inform if any body knows any standard SAP table which stores Program Texts. A quick, correct reply would be highly appreciated.

    Hi
    All these texts are stored in text pool not in any std. table.
    To retrieve these info u have to use statement like:
    READ TEXTPOOL <prog_name> INTO itab LANGUAGE <language> [STATE state].
    This statement reads the text elements of the text pool of the language specified in lang and the program specified in prog from the Repository and places them into the internal table itab. The previous content of itab is deleted. If the text elements cannot be read, then the content of itab remains unchanged.
    For prog, you must specify a flat character-like data object, which contains the name of the program of the text elements to be read; the name is case-independent. The internal table can have any table type and its row type must correspond to structure TEXTPOOL from the ABAP Dictionary.
    For lang, you must specify a flat character-like data object, which contains a language key of up to one character, whose value must be contained in the SPRAS column of database table T002. If lang contains a blank, the behavior is undefined.
    After a successful read, itab contains in the ENTRY column the texts of the text symbols, the selection texts, the list headers and the title from the program attributes. Every text element that exists for the specified language occupies one row of the internal table and is identified uniquely by the columns ID and KEY. The column LENGTH contains the length of the text element. The table below shows the possible values of the columns ID and KEY and their meaning:
    ID KEY ENTRY
    H 001 to 004 List header: Column headings
    I Text symbol identifier Text symbol text
    R - Program title
    S Name of a parameter or selection criterion Selection text
    T - List Title: Titlebar

  • Link Generated Sequence-ID to excel-data

    Is it possible to link the generated ID to the excel-data in my staging area?
    I've uploaded the firstname and lastname of my employees which are stored in an Excel sheet and used the DB-sequence for the PK-column, the employee.ID.
    Now I need to upload the employee-address information which is another Excel-sheet and I would like to use the ID associated with the employee-name as a reference key in my employee-address Excel DataStore.
    Is it possible to use the generated ID from my target datastore in the staging or source datastore?

    Hello Romanna,
    You can put the target table as the source and join it with the others source tables.
    make sure to execute the join in the staging area.

  • Locking Header Columns or Header Rows

    When working with large spreadsheets in Excel you can go to the window pull down and select to freeze or lock a header column or row. I'm unable to find the availability of this useful tool in the Numbers'08 program. Does it have this capability? If so how do I activate it?

    To get it you must upgrade to iWork '09

  • Some of the pivot table header column not center-aligned

    I've dragged a pivot table model from Data Controls. The generated pivot table on page does not display some of the header columns center-aligned. I tried to set a css style in HeaderFormat listener for the columns, but it did not work. I checked the html source code and found the problem was caused by "colspan" not created properly. I'd like to know how pivot table header columns are created, anyone who knows please kindly give some tips,thanks!

    Try setting the Header Row to allow to repeat. I've had to set that Repeat option to get things to break over pages correctly.

  • Excluding Header Column from sort

    Hi,
    I am working with a simple league table for sports.
    I want to sort the league table descending by "Points" but I don't want the header column (which contains numbers 1 ... 32 for position) to be sorted.
    I want the header column to remain as set but the other part of the spreadsheet to sort.
    I can't seem to find a way to do this.
    Thanks,
    Matt

    Matt,
    You aren't allowed to sort some columns and not others because this breaks the relationships between fields in the sorted records. There are two ways to treat this that come quickly to mind, and there may be others.
    First, you could have your header column be actually in another Table located just to the left of your main table. That way it wouldn't be included in the sort.
    Another way would be to make your position count to be generated by a formula, such as =ROW(). If you have a Header Row with titles in it and your count begins on row 2, you could program =ROW()-1

  • SSIS to handle two lined Excel header

    Hi,
    I am querying excel header values in SSIS to checked if the column headers are matching with that of the table field names. Here now, i am facing an issue, like, one of the column header is having two lines as shown below
    So when querying the value comes with two lines only. Because of this the validation is failing. Is there a way to handle two lined column header of Excel while in SSIS? please share your experience which can help me how to fix this issue - Thank you!
    --------------------------- Radhai Krish | Golden Age is no more far | --------------------------

    What comes back as two lines you want to make one, it that right? So the line content before the line break is what you need is that right?
    I guess then you need to see if you can capture that character that separated the lines.

  • Numbers-Auto Generating a numbered list in a column of cells

    Having trouble creating an auto-generating numbered list in a single column. In text inspector I choose bullets>numbers>start at 1. The first cell is filled in with a "1", but when I hit return or down arrow the 1 disappears. If I go back and type a "1" again, two "1's" appear in the same cell. I'm trying to make a table with 250 rows. Not sure what I'm missing, as I'm new to iWork.

    Numbers can fill a column or row of cells with a pattern. Type the first two numbers in the first two cells, select both cells, then click on the small circle at the lower right of the second cells & drag down to fill however many cells you want. You can see in this picture that it works for other patterns, not just consecutive numbers. I've also used it to fill across month names or dates.
