Spool and email
Hi Gurus
I need to send emails to employees but that email will contain a table format
and i am thinking to do that by using | (pipes).
As table format is required, so i cant use only internal table,
so can anyone please tell me how to do this.
i have something in my mind - if i can put that format in the spool, then can this spool be sent through an email?
but how to put this format in spool..?

Many possibilities. The simplest one is to submit a job with recipients defined, the spool will be automatically sent. You may even make customizing to do format conversions (spool to PDF) if I remember well.
Or if you want to program everything, generate a spool, convert it to a PDF, and attach it to a mail (using BCS preferrably).

Convert the spool to xls format and email through attachment to the user
Hi all,
When I execute a report in background, I get spool. I need to convert the spool to xls format and email through attachment to the user.The xls file should not be saved on local system.
If I use the Spool Recepient tab in SM37 it mails the spool list as .txt file to the mail receipient. But I need to send it as an .xls file.
Can any one help me on thisDid you get the solution? i have the same problem.

How to stop spooling and get error or status of the statement
Hi All,
I am using the bellow in .sql file to generate a spool file which is called from a shell script.
The issue is whn i kill the job the .csv file is still generated and doesnt thow any error.
Could any one please let me know how to stop spooling if the script end in between or catch the status of the error and email if spooling stops in between.

F110 Program RFFOGB_T - Can we achieve both Printed and Email Outputs??
HI Experts,
SAP Provides standard Program RFFOGB_T for processing automatic bank direct debits and bank collections in domestic payment transactions for Great Britain and Ireland. This program is run as part of F110 Payment run. The standard program prints the Payment advice notes. We have used the Business Transaction Event 00002040 as per the documentation of the Program, to generate EMAILS instead of Printed Advice notes.
With the changes made, we have met our requirements. However, now the Client desires to have both Email and Printed Advice Notes, If any of you have worked on this BTE, could you please suggest whether this is possible.
My Understanding is, it could be either print or email as the input parameter to this BTE, finaa-nacha carries a value '1' which is for Printed output, the custom code in the BTE changes the value to 'I' for Email Output. How can we possibly achieve both.
I am a developer, so pardon me if the description of the problem sounded too technical.
Any suggestion would be highly appreciated.

We found the same requirement but for F.27, which doesn't have any posting action. As pointed out by you, I think there can only be one output, either going to spool or mail and can't both. So in our case, we make two correspondence with each for spool and another one for mail. I think you might want to ask for SAP notes on your requirement.

Helo friends, Can any one please tell me how to send a populated adobe form from an abap program.
I have used the:

I can review the form and email it from there after
CALL FUNCTION 'FP_JOB_CLOSE' executes. However I can not get a copy of my generated form to the program, even when I generate a spool file it is empty.

Next build a page process that gets called AFTER the submit.. Heck I will send you a link that shows how to send this type of e-mail from APEX.. It is a survey based app page..
What you do is build the page process, and in it you define a local variable to hold the html code that you built earlier to format your e-mail.. In building the string (at least what I did ) is build the string using the quote operator function in Oracle PL/SQL so you don't have to do the string concatenation..

Dear All,
I am using Dynamic CRM 2013 online. For quote, I have workflow and Dialogue processes for review process. On approval, I want the system to generate a PDF of quote report, attach the PDF and email it to the Customer.
Better I would like, When approver, clicks on the approve button, the system should auto generate a PDF of quote report, attach the PDF and email it to the Customer, without any further input from the user. If its not possible, I may have to put button on
quote form.
I am using the attached code, but facing various issues.
1. Under prepare the SOAP Message coding part, I am not sure what should be the below URL for CRM 2013 Online?

Is that possible Facebook Notifications and email notifications on sleeping screen nokia 808 like it had on N9..
On my 808 it shows only msgs and miscalls....any fix??
Thanksnot possible unless the app supports that behaviour. but email notifications and on notification lights has been broken on Symbian for a while, and as Symbian is in maintenance mode, is unlikely to see a fix, possibly ever.

How do I change my username and email address?
I am unable to find where to change my iTunes Store username and email address. There's nowhere on this site to be able to change it. Can I only change it through iTunes?
You can edit your Apple ID(which is your iTunes Store account name) via Apple's My Apple ID website https://appleid.apple.com/com by following these steps:
1.) Click "Manage your account" on the right hand side of the page.
2.) Click edit next to your Apple ID and Primary Email Address.
3.) Edit your account name to the desired email address.
4.) Click Save Changes.

How do I change password and email address?
I cannot change my password and email address because I am based in the UK and not in the US. When I try to make a change and save it, it says I have made a mistake on the fields marked red and asks me to complete the parts in red including: the state I live in and because I am not in a state it doesn't allow me to change my details. It also has a problem with my country's telephone code. Does anyone know how to resolve this?
