Spool for Auto PO output job- download issue

Hello All,
This is the spool of a batchjob, where in each spool number there is one PO number , as can be seen in the screenshot below.
This is the data in 1st line item of the spool.
I want to download all the PO numbers, from all thee spool's.
Is there any way to export all the PO numbers from the list of spools.

Hi,
You can get the list from NAST table. Enter application EF, message type and execute. Based on the document creation date and dispatch time (NAST - VSZTP) as 1 (Send with periodically scheduled job), you can take the report. NAST-OBJKY will give you the document number.

Modify repeat_interval for Auto Sync Jobs

Is it "permitted/supported" to modify the repeat_interval for Auto Sync Index jobs created when using the syntax SYNC(EVERY "SYSDATE + 30/86400") which give a repeat interval of 30 seconds
I do not want to have partitions older than a (sysdate-3) days and none greater than "sysdate" to be running. I create new partitions daily and so would like to start/stop partition jobs for the sync window. If I get data outside the window, say 7 days old, then I would run that specific partition sync manually.
Is there a way to define the interval to be a moving window?

There is a Job created for each partition. There is a repeat_interval parameter set for the Job from the SYNC(EVERY ...) The memory and degreel_parallel parameters go into the Job PLSQL definition
If you change the index then the value in the parameters column from user_ind_partitions only has the most recent value (it seems) and eventually it can get confusing.
REPEAT_INTERVAL is a JOB thing and modifying that works just as well **and** keeps the parameters values intact as when the index was created.
Also, I found **and** it could be something in the syntax I had, that if I had loaded data and the job had not kicked in yet, I could not modify the index for any partition. We load data continuously and we have daily*4 partitions (for 5 years). So quite a few partitions and Jobs. Disabling a Job would be much simpler.

Captivate is e-learning development software not a dedicated video convertor, you are better off trying something like Adobe Media Encoder or Super.

You should be able to copy them to your computer's iTunes via File > Transfer Purchases and you can then sync them to the iPhone (or you could re-download them directly on the iPhone)

Unable to generate spool for two tables in report output

Hi,
I created report with two custom containers displaying two tables in output. When I execute the report in background spool is created only for one table in top custom container.
What should be done to generate spool for both the tables in two different custom containers.

OBI11g intallation issue - Error in validating the port range for auto port

I am using the intaller to install OBIEE 11g on my machine. When I get to step 6, I receive the error messages below. Currently I also have OBIEE 10g on my machine so the ports may be already used.
Does any one know how I can resolve this issue? I previously installed both 10g and 11g on my old laptop but I can't figure out why I'm getting these errors this time.

Create spool for background jobs which uses submit statement

Hi Gurus,
             I have a quick question regarding the backgroud jobs. When we run a program in the background , it should create a spool for us, but, the problem comes when I am running a program in the background, its not creating the spool. This program uses SUBMIT statement. This program collects the data and it will submit to the other program and then retuen. In this case, its not creating a spool. Its very important for us to look at the spool for this program. Does anybody cam across this kind of problem? I need ur inputs.

Please select all open PO according to the following conditions - select if the PO satisfies any one of the below conditions:
1) Open Quantity is less than 10% of total quantity
2) Delivery date is more than 3 months in the past
3) Delivery completed indicator is set and delivery date is more than 6 months in the past.
Then a manual decision is required. Best is to develop a report which will display the list and user can select and block from the report itself.
Also, the 10%, 3 months, etc values are depending on the customer. You may want to modify these as suitable.

Is memory will be occupied in SAP during spool generation from batch jobs ?
If yes, to reduce occupied memory, we want to stop generating spools for few batch jobs. Please suggest me the way how we can acheive this.(Step details)

Stopping the spool generation for background jobs will not help you to reduce the memory load.
First check what is the total memory utilization and type of processes where the memory is being utilized more.
EWA can give you better idea to get the above details.
Spooling concept doesn't eat that much of memory what you are expecting.

This is the same issue that has plagued me for years. I always thought that this was a Flash plugin issue, but it does occur on HTML5 as well. A friend of mine verified that this does not occur in Linux, but only on Windows. It would be great to have this fixed, as it's honestly the only thing that's making me use Chrome all the time, as I don't want to have multiple browsers open.

1.4.2 not available for auto download via JWS

I just tried to change my jnlp to use 1.4.2 and it will not auto download from Sun. Does anyone know if/when this will be available?
The application has requested a version of the Java 2 platform (JRE) that is currently not locally installed. Java Web Start was unable to automatically download and install the requested version. The JRE version must be installed manually.

Yeah, I'd rather not have had to do all this work too.. I'm not clear on wether Sun intend to deprecate this JWS feature in favour of Java Update which should arrive with the next 1.4.2 revision. It's certainly true the support was even worse than I feared before I pinged the autodl server responses - jvms that used to work have vanished, indeed the whole international jvm request service ("http://java.sun.com/products/autodl/j2se/international") seems to have been suspended.

ME22 Transaction Generating more than one spool for an OUTPUT

Hello,
It has been noticed that in some company codes PO is printed (via ME22) in more than one copy I noticed that for one PO - three or four spool requests are generated.
When i changed PO in ME22 and triggered for output it is generating 4 r more spools.Since it is the standard transaction i think Configuration should be changed.
Where can i get those settings. I need only 1 spool for one output.
Please advice any change in set up / configuration to be done, so that only one copy of PO is printed.

Please check the output condition record (NACR) for application EF (Purchase Order). Select the key combination for the corresponding purchasing output determinatino. Then go to the communication area and check number of messages perhaps it was setup more than 1.

Spool not generated in BAckground Job

I am trying to schedule RSNAST00 in a background job. My problem is that when the job gets finished i cannot see a spool for the output, any pointers to this issue will be appreciated.

Go to transaction SM37 and check job log.
It is possible that something is going wrong in your program. I would suggest you to debugg background job.
To debugg just select job in SM37 and in command window(Where we type T codes) type JDBG and press enter. This will open debugger. Press F7 for approx 4-5 times. Now your program will be opened in debugg and you check why spool is not generated.
