Spry menubar does not work in IE

I made a spry menubar to my website using dreamweaver cs3 on
mac. Everything works fine with Opera, Firefox and Safari, but the
menubar won't show on Internet Explorer. I've been trying to find
out how to fix the problem but it still won't work properly.
Can anyone here help me?

Spry Navigation does not work in IE version 6

I have a simple spry navigation bar at the top of website that works in all the browsers I tested it in, ie IE ver 7 and 8, Mozilla Firefox (all versions), Netscape (all versions), and Safari. The only one I can't it to work in is IE version 6. Does anyone know how to fix this?
I am attaching a copy of both browsers, one that does not work and one that does.

Spry quickinfo does not work in ie

Hello,
I tried my first tooltip via spry tooltip qucikinfo.
In firefox it looks ok, in IE (8) the whole page is shifted up, positioning is totally confused.
Any idea?
Is quickinfo the right choice in dreamweaver?

Spry tool tip does not work in template or child pages within an editable region. Why not?

Ok. so I am getting pretty frustrated. I take the time to learn how to use CSS and to create a template page for a Contractor Site (www.ContractorInsurance.net). The idea is to create a page that I can use for different classes of Contractors...right?
Then I get all happy about being able to insert ToolTip onto pages to help the user. Great!
LIfe to turn to Sorrow after nearly five hours of searching for a "eeking" answer.
So what good does it do to have an Editable region to update if we cannot have the flexibility to insert a tool tip on child pages? Ok so the fast solution is to what... Have a question mark image, insert another apDiv, name it toolTip_Not and provide it with a show=hide behavior?

you will notice that a couple of lines have been placed in the HEAD section of the document. When using DW templates, the HEAD section is usually not editable, hence the error mesaage. By default, your template should have an editable region in it just before the closing tag. It looks like this:  Dreamweaver should be able to find that editable region and insert the
<script> tag there automatically. Because you don't have an editable region like that in the <head>, open the master template, and paste the code above just before the closing </head>

Spry Image Slideshow does not work in Explorer

My spry image slideshow works fine in Safari and Firefox, but does not work in Explorer.
A small box shows up in IE 8, and absolutely nothing shows up in IE 7.

Spry Tabbed Panels does not work as I want

Sorry, but this is an utter NOOB question.
I tried to use a Gooey ment on my page, but it does not work as intended.

I assume it is related to the menu already on this page. Anyway, since this did not work, I tried to replace the Gooey menu with Spry Tabbed panels, but being an utter noob in this area, I have made some mistakes that the experts here can probably help solve easily. What happens:
It looks OK in DW:
Go to Live View and it still looks OK:
but then go to the actual page and it looks like this:
Why do the tabbed panels not display at the top of the page next to the vertical menu, like it does in DW?

Turn off CSS. View > Style Rendering > un-tick Display Styles. You'll see an unstyled HTML page in Design View. But this won't effect styles in Live View or Preview.

Spry Framework for Ajax does not work on google chrome

SPRY menu bar not working in IE 9

Hey! I recently just finished building my very first website using Dreamweaver CS5.5! It looks really great and works perfectly in firefox and safari however the SPRY menu bar does not work in IE 8 or 9. Does anyone know what i can do to fix this without messing up how the website looks in firefox and safari?

Spry Photo album not working with spry accordion

I am trying to get a photo album to work in the spry
accordion - so that each panel you click on the accordion is a new
photo subject (ie waterfalls, sunsets ect) but it does not work
well. Both the thumbs and the main picture are visible through all
the accordion panels instead of the one I put it in. Any ideas why
it might not work? Would you need to see my code?

Spry Data does not display in browser window.

Using CS4 I followed "Building a photo album with the Spry framework" by Don Booth.
I can run gallery.html in Dreamweaver CS4 “Live View” and it works, but does not work in a browser. Does not work in “Preview in browser” from Dreamweaver nor IE8 nor Firefox. The file structure online is same as in working site.
I briefly see the design screen then just an empty browser window with no images.
I'm trying to run this from another index.html but can't get it to work even running gallery.html.
I appreciate any help you can offer. Please see attached for online files and screen prints.

From the menu click on the last item, which is a “.” period. It is not labeled but is a “.”.

Spry Sliding Panels not working in IE

I've been working for about 12 hours straight on getting this
working correctly - my Sliding Panels just aren't working at all in
IE. The panels load properly - for example, you can see only the
first loaded panel, not all of them - but when I click a link to
switch to the next, nothing happens. Firebug is reporting no
errors, and neither is IE. Here is the relevant code:

The following might be somewhat related: I am using the
Lytebox javascript library, which is a Lightbox clone (that doesn't
use prototype), as well as a preloader for my mouseover nav bar,

Thanks for your help :] I ended up realizing that a huge
bloated js navbar wasn't all that great of an idea anyway, so I
scrapped it and used a CSS-based one instead...much cleaner and
works better (no preloading! woohoo.) It looks like the problem was
probably an amalgamation of many things, but it's resolved now.

I installed and started Steves sample about uploading and storing OrdImage types (http://otn.oracle.com/products/jdev/tips/muench/jsfordimage/JSFOrdImageExample.zip).
When I try to upload a file I get an exception:

I managed to correct this problem.
The situation is the following:
A CRUD page (Example: userList.jsp and userForm.jsp).
The first page there is a af:table with tableSelectOne and a Edit button. (theres also other components, like af:menuBar and af:form, html, body and head)
On submit, the backing bean(requestScope) gets the selected object (table.getSelectedRowData()), copy the values to the form fields and send (redirect=false) to the form page.
When i try to update, the fileupload does not work and ignores the valueChangeListener. All the other fields are updated correctly.
The form page is used to do Inserts and the upload works correctly.
The problem is, when you redirect (redirect=false) from userList.jsp (usesFileUpload="false")
to the other page, that uses the upload, the form page does not get the enctype="multipart/form-data"
To solve it, put usesUpload="true" in both page , and you will get enctype="multipart/form-data", and upload to work.
Changing components, the af:menuBar has a similar problem.
I got a menubar with 2 goMenuItem.
On each page the corresponding goMenuItem has selected="true".
On redirect, from list page to form page, the selected goMenuItem is the one on the ListaPage, and not the form page! It only changes if I click on the tab I want!

MenuBar tag not working?

I finally got FB4L working on Fedora 6. Now I am trying some
sample applications. I managed to get a small test application
working with a label tag. Compiling and viewing in FireFox went
smoothly.
Now I took the next step: the MenuBar tag. This one is not
working well. I used the sample code of

I do not get a menubar, but a "textbox" with the content of
my XML text as it appears in my source code.
Anyone else has more luck with this MenuBar tag?
I suppose we can post these kind of bugs as the FB4L is still
alpha?

The problem is not with Flex Builder, it's with the sample :)
In the menubar MXML tag, you need to specify the labelField
property. Otherwise, the menubar does not know what to display. Use
this and it should work:

Open a view twice does not work

I have a problem with bsp-views:
I open a new window via the JavaScript command

If I close this window via the 'X' on the upper right corner of the window and want to open the popup again it doesn't work. This JavaScript command passes correctly but no window is opened.
If I close the popup via a button where a submit is made to the calling (parent) document and open it again, everything works fine.
Now I have two questions:
1. Does anybody have an idea why the popup cannot be opened again?
2. If not, I would like to make a submit if the popup is closed by the 'X'. I tried this in my bsp-view:

2) then in your view put the following;
