I moved from an old macbook to a new one.  I have installed Office for Mac 2011. I copied all my files from my old notebook onto a hard drive.  On trying to setup my mail, i went into my hard drive and accessed microsoft user identities, office 2011 and it shows the database but wont let me select it.  Its almost as if the file is there but not accessable.  I desperately need to access my old mail.  How do I do this?  I am fairly confident that I copied all files off my old notebook.  Is there a way for me to search for the Database file?  Maybe I copied it to a different location?  Urgent help please.

Hello mafrerichs and welcome to Apple Support Communities,
Simplest way is to use Target Disk mode:
How to use and troubleshoot FireWire target disk mode - Apple Support
and hook to another Mac and use CCC or SuperDuper and clone your HD to another drive.
You could also pull the drive out of your MBP and use an external USB case or SATA - USB dongle to hook it to another Mac.

  • Load Selected Columns w/o FILLER option using SQL loader

    Hi all,
From the previous forums i came to know about the "FILLER" option to skip any columns from loading into table.
In my case,i have columns say: col1,col2,col3,col4.....coln
Here i want to load only col3 and col4 and skip rest of the columns.I dont want to use FILLER option for each "n" number of columns to be skipped.Instead is there any options to load only the required 2 columns.
    Kindly help.
    Thanks!

    Hi,
    Have you tried?
Just specify the columns until col4 and you can avoid the rest of the columns.
    i.e.:

  • Select columns from table for display in alvgrid.

    Hi all,
    i have the following:
i do select a tablename and pass it as a parameter. then this table is loaded into an internal table and displayed in an alv-grid.
what i now want to do is a step  between the both:
after the internal table with its structure is loaded, i want to display the field columns and i want them to be selectable so that in the next step the alv - grid is selected only with the selected columns ( just now it allways runs with all columns - even the not needed ).
Any ideas for that would be appreciated. Is there some tutorial on that or some sample ?

There are a number of ways to create a fieldcat.
For the purpose of this example i will build the fieldcatalog manualy
by populating the internal table fields individually and then
appending the rows. This method can be the most time consuming but can
also allow you  more control of the final product.
Beware though, you need to ensure that all fields required are
populated. When using some of functionality available via ALV, such as
total. You may need to provide more information than if you were
    simply displaying the result
I.e. Field type may be required in-order for
                       the 'TOTAL' function to work.

  • Selection column in Table control..

    Hi ,
I have used a table control wizard in my custom screen. And it gives the desired output.
But it doesnot contain the selection column ( used to slelect the table control rows) .
Now i want to add that column to my existing Table control.
    1) what changes should i do with my Internal table?
    2) What should be included with the Table control in Screen  Painter?
I searched the forum..but i didnt get the solution..
If anybody knows pls suggest me..

    hi sathya,
this may be helpful to u
goto the screen painter double click on the table control wizard,u will get a pop up screenpainter attributes.
In that pop up towards the end you will have a checkbox w/selcolumn,just check it.you will be able to get theselection column for your table control.
u have to give a name to the selection column and add to the internal table which has the contents of the table control.you can select and unselect the columns using that variable.
    regards,

  • How to find out the selected column in Table Control

    Hi all,
How to find out the selected column in Table Control?
    Thanks & Regards,
    YJR

    Hi,
Let your table control name in Screen painter be TC1.
READ TABLE TC1-COLS INTO WA_COLS (some wok area)
                 WITH KEY SELECTED = 'X'.
            IF SY-SUBRC = 0.
              CLEAR: W_DUMMY, W_COL_NAME.
              SPLIT WA_COLS-SCREEN-NAME AT '-' INTO W_DUMMY
                                                   W_COL_NAME.
            endif.
W_COL_NAME gives you the column name.
    Hope it helps.
    cheers

"Adobe Illustrator cs5 quit unexpectedly" error message.
After I upgrated my imac from Snow Leopard to Mavericks I can't open Illustrator CS5. (No problem with PS)
Every opening attemp crashes. May this be possible because of third party plug-ins. (eg. Esko Artwork)
    Help pls.
    Thank you.

Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Console in the icon grid.
    Step 1
For this step, the title of the Console window should be All Messages. If it isn't, select
SYSTEM LOG QUERIES ▹ All Messages
from the log list on the left. If you don't see that list, select
    View ▹ Show Log List
from the menu bar at the top of the screen.
In the top right corner of the Console window, there's a search box labeled Filter. Initially the words "String Matching" are shown in that box. Enter the name of the crashed application or process. For example, if iTunes crashed, you would enter "iTunes" (without the quotes.)
Each message in the log begins with the date and time when it was entered. Select the messages from the time of the last crash, if any. Copy them to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C. Paste into a reply to this message by pressing command-V.
☞ The log contains a vast amount of information, almost all of which is irrelevant to solving any particular problem. When posting a log extract, be selective. A few dozen lines are almost always more than enough.
Please don't indiscriminately dump thousands of lines from the log into this discussion.
Please don't post screenshots of log messages—post the text.
☞ Some private information, such as your name, may appear in the log. Anonymize before posting.
    Step 2
    In the Console window, select
DIAGNOSTIC AND USAGE INFORMATION ▹ User Diagnostic Reports
(not Diagnostic and Usage Messages) from the log list on the left. There is a disclosure triangle to the left of the list item. If the triangle is pointing to the right, click it so that it points down. You'll see a list of crash reports. The name of each report starts with the name of the process, and ends with ".crash". Select the most recent report related to the process in question. The contents of the report will appear on the right. Use copy and paste to post the entire contents—the text, not a screenshot.
I know the report is long, maybe several hundred lines. Please post all of it anyway.
☞ If you don't see any reports listed, but you know there was a crash, you may have chosen Diagnostic and Usage Messages from the log list. Choose DIAGNOSTIC AND USAGE INFORMATION instead.
In the interest of privacy, I suggest that, before posting, you edit out the “Anonymous UUID,” a long string of letters, numbers, and dashes in the header of the report, if it’s present (it may not be.)
☞ Please don’t post other kinds of diagnostic report—they're very long and rarely helpful.

that is a result of INSERT i.e.,
    INSERT INTO myTABLE(Item,[Date],[Level])
    values('X24','12/23/13 :22','22916')
I want the INSERT to exclude the duplicate level defined as the previous level in a selected column [Level]. This would avoid having to 'view' the table using:
    SELECT
    i.IDNO,i.[Date],i.[Level]
    FROM
    mytable
    i
    INNER
    JOIN
    mytable
    d
    ON
    d.IDNO
    =
    i.IDNO-1
    WHERE
    i.[Level]
    <>
    d.[Level]
    IDNO is an identity column.
How can this INSERT be achieved without the overheads?

Quite helpful comments particularly the ISO- 11179 and the design elements that can prevent the problem in the first instance. My apologies with regards to my impolite post omitting the DDL.  It is a small procedure and [Date] and [Level] can be accommodated
by the server but are bad habits. My efforts to control the data input were in vain as the data was not from a software conducive to such controls. Because of the high frequency volume of the data, (suggested by the time-stamps with milliseconds cut), any
effort to have 'The data... cleaned in a presentation/input layer ' would be futile.  The suggestions of  yourself
and Erland Sommarskog, SQL Server MVP, [email protected], of a UNIQUE constraint to deal with the problem
underscores the importance of design even in the 'smallest' of procedures.
    This worked:
    drop table Foobar
    CREATE TABLE Foobar
    (item_name CHAR(5) NOT NULL,
     foo_timestamp DATETIME2(0) NOT NULL
      CHECK (foo_timestamp

         '2000-01-01')),
water_level INTEGER NOT NULL, -- why not be silly?

Same thing has been happening to me. Hope someone can help!
I burned one CD (there was an error message after burning) and it doesn't play properly. Subsequent attempts to burn the same playlist - and I tried a different playlist too, just in case it was that particular album - result in the error message mentioned in the above posting. It starts to burn, then ejects the cd with the message "error 4251", even when I select a slower write speed. Diagnostics show no problem, but it seems to test only for reading, not writing.
