SRM table where shopping cart approvers are kept
Hello,
in which table are approvers for a shopping cart stored? I need to technically change an approver for a particular shopping cart such that when the user logs in, he sees the new approver and the new approver has the shopping cart to approve in his list.

Your question is not clear, but I can suggest you one thing you can substitute the approver technically in SRM GUI / Or in SRM portal.

Escalation piece you also need to put in BADI which Konstantin Anikeev mentioned above. How exactly you are determining from ECC? Are you using the HR hierarchy to determine approver? If so then you can easily determine escalation piece based on the Chart of Authority of HR.

SRM – Shopping Cart approvers in parallel
Hi all,
I’m looking for a function to get all approvers of my shopping cart during the creation. I want to get them all for a WorkFlow approval in parallel and not in sequential.
Actually, I implemented a Badi (/SAPSRM/BD_WF_RESP_RESOLVER) for agent determination in the WF. It works fine to determine the good agent but … only one. If I add others agents, they’ll be in sequential approval.
Do you know how I can change the level of approval from sequential to parallel? And during the creation of a shopping cart, how get all approvers?

Ammending table in shopping cart area

When you get to the shopping cart to view your order the discount quanity cell with the update button is squashed and i have tried to strech it with css in all.css line 1230

DaveI played around with your html and it seems that if you remove the colspan from your subtotal row. And then I had to had an extra <td> </td> as you have one less column in that row. Then I had to move the content in the sub total row around a bit to match up with the proper columns. But it all straightened out.

I'm currently working with SRM_SERVER 500(SAPKIBKS09) release, we are using Approval Shopping Cart n-Level (BADI) workflow. Today we discovered that the requester is able to change any approvers that are propose by system. How can we restrict this functionality !?

The service for the Approval Preview is "BBP_PREVIEW".The corresponding templates to be modified are "SAPLBBP_PDH_WFL_1000(for graphic view)" and "SAPLBBP_PDH_WFL_1100(For table view)".

SRM 7.02 Shopping Cart Monitor
Good afternoon Gurus,
I am having difficulty with commitments posting incorrectly in our backend system. I am currently running ECC 6 and SRM 7.02 Extended Classic.
I use the SRM Application Monitor for error checking etc........... I as the administrator am able to delete line items from Shopping carts when requested.
Unfortunately I have one document that has not updated our GM table correctly and I would like to re-activate the line items on this shopping cart but do not seem to have the ability. Is this a feature of the Application Monitor at all or is there another way to accomplish it?
I have already spoken to the requestor on the shopping cart and she sees the shopping cart with no items as well, she has no way to undelete or reactivate the items either. I use /SAPPSSR/SC_COMMIT_REPOST in TCode SA38 to repost erroneous shopping cart commitments and that seems to clear the GMIA issue, but because this shopping cart is deleted the items are not available.
Any input would be greatly appreciated.

My error was related to monitor shopping cart and it is 'sc.detailprof' , but i still have followed the same procedure the way it was maintained for the standard role by SAP.
What OBN should exactly is to be maintained for those errors.
I was also checking the parameters in SWO1 tcode and maintaing the same for the method, but still no use, can you please suggest if there is any other way to do this.

I am working on SRM 5.0..I have a requirement for the addition of custom field ie. lease termination date field on SRM shopping cart screen and having a calendar help for this date input field.

Addition of a inputfield as column to item level table in shopping cart
Dear Experts
i added a new inputfield to item level table as columen of Shopping cart and binded a variable from context. that column is displayed in the table but it is displayed in Disabled mode im not able to give input to the column(as it is a inputfield).
I checked the table column property it is enabled and i aslo configure on the SPRO, nothing is woring for me.
Please giude me to make the table column enabled so that i can give input..

spro->sap implementation guide->Supplier Relationship Management->SRM server->cross application basic settings-> extension and field control->create table extension and supply with data->control table extension and there field action-> configure control of fields of table extension .

SRM 7.0 Shopping Cart Item - customizing Delivery Address Tab fields
Hi experts,
I have to make the fields of tab Delivery Address in the Shopping Cart (Item detail) only readable.
In other threads I found similar questions: in SRM 7.0 I have to go in Customizing
SAP Supplier Relationship Management -> SRM Server -> Cross Application Basic Settings -> Extensions and Field Control (Personalization) -> Configure field control
and add fields for which I want properties to be changed.
The problem is that at start of the SC creation the fields are blank again, they became gray only if, for example, I take an address with the match code on NAME field, that populate the other field of the tab. Or if I check the document after I've insert the address Name.

If field is made as read only when address is maintained, the best option would be to maintain a standard address number in ADDR_SHIPT attribute in PPOMA_BBP.

SRM MDM Catalog - Shopping Cart Issue
Hii All,
I am doing SRM MDM Catalog, We have done with all the configurations and settings.
I can search and select items in the SRM portal shop menu.
I can even add the items to shopping cart and shopping list but the 'continue' button doesnt get enabled after doing this so cant proceed further.

Line numbering and Item numbering in SRM 7 for shopping carts.
Hi,
We are on SRM 7.1.
The issue we are facing is when a shopping cart has multiple service
items and one of the service lines is deleted and the cart is ordered
the item numbering for the shopping cart lines is different in the item
overview screen in shopping cart transaction as well as sourcing and
workload reassignment.
For example,
- If you create an Item for your SC. This would be Item 1 - line 1.
- You now create another Item for your SC. This would be Item 2 - line
2.
- Then, you add a new line item, which is Item 3 - line 3.
- Now you delete the second Item (line 2)
Since we do not show the deleted items, you will only see 2 items,
however there are 3 lines in buffer.
- After you save the cart, front end will display two items, which
have line number 1 and 2.
- However, item number will be stored as number 1 and 3, since these
are the sequential records created in buffer.
In sourcing cockpit, workload distribution and POWL, item number is
displayed.
In shopping cart screen, line number is displayed.
This difference in numbering for line number and item number due to the standard design of SRM 7 is creating a lot of confusion among buyers in our organization.

You can do one thing if the client agrees.
in the shopping cart screen add a new column next to the line item
Case 1 - No line item is deleted
Line item Zline item

Case 2 -Line item 20 is deleted

zline item has to key in by the user
Remember while deleting the line by the user he has to check the Zline item numbering
You have to add this new line item in the sourcing
screen also.
Check whether this soulution works
(or) convenience the client that they have remember the line item

i need your help in identifying the database table where the MRP Run results are saved , this is needed for creating a custom report similar to MD45(but for entire plant) where i can look and pull the sum of all the receipts and issues, ATP Quantity for a given material in a particular plant
and ignore zero quantities in the receipts and issues field
i tried in <b>MDTB</b> table, MDTB-MNG01 Quantity received or quantity required but it has no entries maintained in it and so it cannot be used.

I would like to download all plants addresses in my client to a spreadsheet.

Table V_T001W gives me the plant name & description. I now need the physicall table where the associated adress filds are stores. The fields you provided appear to be held in a stucture - ADDR1_DATA and not a table.

Shopping Cart Approvers for changed shopping carts
Hi
We're currently working on a patching process and are having problems with shopping cart approvals
We have a 2 stage approval for carts over £75K
The scenario that is not working is
The approver 1, approves the cart
Then approver 2 rejects the cart
The shopper then changes the cart by increasing the value
The workflow should resend the cart back to approver 1 but it sends the cart to approver 2
What changes need to be done to send the cart back to the original approver ?For for n-Level Approval Shopping Cart sub workflow( 14000134 ) the workitem status is set in the container element APPROVE_OR_REJECT when Sc is rejected it is set other than Zero and when is approved it is set to ZERO check in the workflow log whether this conatiner element is getting populated or not.

Hiding one field in SRM 4.0 Shopping Cart Screen

We have a requirement where we want to hide one standard field of Shopping Cart. I tried this with UI control BADI but that doesn't have method related to SC. Moreover SC_UI_MODIFY BADI is not useful for this purpose. Someone told me to check at BSP level for this change.
