Standard Report for stock Aging

Hello all,
can anyone plz let us know that is there any standard report in SAP for stock aging? actually i have to see the materials quantity whose 311 movement not done after 321 and also from how many days it is pending.
Kindly help and tell how can i find those materials quantity, while user also do 311 for partial quantity?

    Hi Jack,
    As per your report requirement, there is no standard transaction available in SAP.
    You have develop Z- Report for your requirement.
    But keeping in mind the follwoing constarints
    1) If it is a huge number of materials, Then the report will hours together. It may be lead to performance issue of the System. Because it has to get huge data from different tables as per you logic.
    2) The report is not suitable for print. Because it will run pages together.Since you are including Opening balance, GR details, GI details and Closing balance for each materail.

    Hi Ravi,
    U can use the tcode MB51 and their u can give the input as 301 if it is 1 step in the mvt type or use 303 and 305 for 2 step transfer. and generate the report.
    if u want the list of stock transport orders then use tcode ME2N and the input parameter as  item category "U" and generate the report.

    Hi all,
    My client is looking for a SAP standard report for material.Their req is as follows.
    Open Bal (Stock)
    Add: Purchase/Production
    Less: Sales/Consumption
    Closing Bal(Stock)
    I have sugegested them MC.9,MB51,etc....but they are not satified.
    They are not willing to go for a 'Z' report too....
    Can any one suggest me whether their is any function module or bapi or badi thro' which i can fullfill my clients req. or any other better alternative like report painter,set,etc which suit my requirement.
    (can you please let me know from table i can get these datas......just for knowledge purpose)

    Using MKPF table take all material document, then usign the doc no (mblnr) take data from MSEG table
    with movement type 641 and 642 in case of reversal (STO). 101 and 102 for (Delviery) .
    take STO po of above movement type from table EKPO with PSTYP (item cat, field ) = 7. Comparing sto and delivery details and you will get the output.

  • Report for Inventory Ageing

    Our client wants a report for Inventory Ageing. (we are not using batch management)
    Use tried to sell Standard report MC46 but they are not convinced with the results.
    The issue is if the material is not consumed for last 399 days but today if some movement is there in that particular material, then the material is not shown as non moving. Actually the material was not at all used for last 399 days.
    In mc.5 report there are key figures like last consumption, last good issue etc but the same problem is there with it.
    We are trying to develop a customised report.
    Please help.

    The Stock Aging Report displays the description of material that are stocked for n-number of periods at particular inventory locations( may be trading plant or manufacturing Plant). The details, which are displayed, are about the aging period for the selected items.
    There are reports and T code are
    MC.A ,
    MC.9,
    MM5B,
    MMBE,
    MB5M,
    MC50 - Dead Stock ,
    MC46 - Slow-moving items,
    If the above reports not meet your requirement, you should develop your own ABAP program to meet your specific business requirement.
    This is define in overall stock on value based, suppose a material is received in Feb-month, same material is received in Jan-2007 , DEC-2007  also.The total value of this inventory is say 90 lakhs, ( 30 lakhs of each month) so  system will show inventory aging as below
    stock aging less than 30 days, 90 lakhs
    stock aging more than 30 days but below 60 days 60 lakhs
    stock ageing more than 60 days but below 90 days 30 lakhs
    Assuming that no issue taken place if issue is taken place, it will be deducted by default FIFO method.
    You may have to develop an ABAP report.
    However, look into the path: information system > logistics > inventory managment > material and explore all like MC.9,MC.A,MC.B & MC.C

    Hi ABAP Gurus,
    I have to develop a report for VENDOR AGING. My requirement is i have to post an invoice. From Payment terms i have to get Dependent on posting date. Let us assume if payment term is 100 by adding posting date + payment term (100) i have to get due date. I'am giving I/P terms as Company code & Period. If i enter company code i have to get O/P as vendor name(lfa1-name1),vendor no(bsik-lifnr),bill no(bsik-xblnr),bill date(bsik-bldat) i.e., baseline date,amount(bsik-dmbtr) and duedate (this i have to pick from payment terms). For period i have to get O/P as 1st week bucket,2nd week bucket,3rd week bucket,4th week bucket and beyond. For this you have to take the difference b/n due date and that buckets based on this result you have to put that amount of rupees whether it is going to pay in 1st week r 2nd r 3rd r 4th or beyond this. If that due date is less than or equal to 1st week it has to come and fall in 1st week. THIS IS MY REQUIREMENT.
    For this i'am using tables BSIK,LFA1.
    Can any body send me the code on this. For this my delivery date is on monday.
    Please help me on this it's very Urgent...

    Ask the abaper to write an query from the table S032 there you can find the option of last good receipt date and the last goods issue issue date.
    consider the various good mvt in between these dates calcuate the diffence betwee the current date and the last good issue date, so that you can abel to get the stock list that is not moving for more than 60 days,120 days etc
    You can also use MC46, MC50,  MB5M - expiration date list . In case if that does not solve their requirement then you need take logic from client and you need to develop own report

    We have deleted the user and have created it of new, however this not work.

    Run the t-code SA38
    Specify the name POWL_D01
    In selection screen specify the user id in USER field of which your facing issue
    Click on Execute
    Run the T-code SA38
    Specify the name POWL_WLOAD
    In selection screen specify the user id in User input field of which your facing issue
    Click on Execute
    Now you check it issue will solve.

  • Standard Report for missing parts at production order operation level?

                We have standard report for missing parts at production orders level.
    For our client, they need a report for missing parts analysis at production order operation level. Do we have any such standard report in the SAP?

    1. List: Components,  Layout: Standard layout          set the Missing part
           It shows the component requirement/withdrawn  quantity for each operation of production order. It is not showing the commit quantity.
    2. List: Components,  Layout: Pick list          set the Missing part
           It shows the component requirement/withdrawn  quantity for each production order.
    3. List: Components,  Layout: Missing Parts List-Material View          set the Missing part
           It shows the component requirement/commit quantity for each production order. It is not showing the commit quantity at opertion level.
    4. List: Components,  Layout: Missing Parts List-Order View          set the Missing part
           It shows the component requirement/commit quantity for each production order. It is not showing the commit quantity at opertion level.
          We are unable to get the solution from all these 1 to 4 reports from COOIS.
    Do we have any option to change the existing layout (ex: 3 ) to get the commit quantity for operation with missing parts indicator?
    If avilable, what is the procedure to be followed?
