Stop executing the rest of the script files
Hi
I am having a collection of scipt files(drop table , create table , create sequesnce,create procedure etc .) . Now , if any of the script fails , I want to stop executing the rest of script files as well as want to store the error(sqlcode , sqlerrm) in a table . To achieve this , what i guess is that ,probably , I have to write a schema level trigger . Any idea about how to do that ?

has been changed . I've posted that also .
Actually , I want to store the error code(sqlcode) and
error messege(sqlerrm) into a table when any effort
to create database object fails.
How can i do that (using a trigger) ?

PrabudassI haven't use CS for quite some time and file associations may not work with the command prompt.
You can try using Windows Explorer to browse to a .js file then right click on that file. From the popup menu choose Open With. Even if you see Photoshop in the file list choose Browse at the bottom. Browse to Photoshop and make sure to check 'Always use selected program...'
If that doesn't work you will need to create an action that runs your script and make a droplet from that action. You can then use the droplet in the command prompt. You may also need to create a 'dummy' image file to launch the droplet with if you script doesn't require an open document at startup. See http://www.ps-scripts.com/bb/viewtopic.php?t=967 -

The problem is due to the volume of items in your multiselect. The error you reference is not coming from APEX but, rather from the browser. In Chrome, you would get a slightly different message. As a safety precaution, browsers will start a timer when a script is executing and raise the warning you reference if said scripts are taking too long. This is usually a good thing. For example, the script might contain an infinite loop.
There really is not going to be a way to use a mutli-select in this manner with 5K items. I would encourage you to think about the usability of this control for your end user. Are they realy expected to scroll through 5K items to find individual ones that they wish to select?
You could consider switching to a tabular form and using the check box in a similar manner. You can sort on this so that the selected ones appear first.

How to "commit" only certain lines of code in the script file?

Is there a way to execute only certain lines of code in the script file without executing all the code in it. Wihtout using the comment syntax.
e.g: there are lines to create views and in the next set of line there are lines to create procedures. I only want to execute the lines that create views.another workaround is to create a procedure that accepts parameters. such that the parameter will be the basis for what objects in your conditions that it should met to perform the operations that conform with your business rules. an example is given below.

Executing the .bat file under java

I have a batch file which will do some useful stuffs
like compilation of jar file, deploying the ejb's under
WebLogic container etc.
I called the batch file under windows environment, it
used to display the console without any processing
on it.But similar stuff with shell script works fine on
Linux OS.
How do I execute the batch file from Runtime?We use
Runtime.getRuntime().exec("c:\\path\\to\\batch.bat");
If that doesn't work, try "cmd /c c:\\path\\to\\batch.bat".
You might have to capture the output from the process from Java to make sure it works correctly. And yes, the downside is that it will bring up an empty command prompt when you run it under Windows 95,98,Me... not a lot you can do about that, it's avoidable under NT,2K,XP with a bit of trickery though. -

The exactly erro refers to a problems when you try upgrade from these version to 11.5.10.
Can you read this note and apply solution? The note refers a patch, but the problem is the same.

In this case Converted file will be stored in the application server. According to the specified Logical File and Logical path.

They are working fine. However, it just does not execute the css file in the show_email_entry.jsp. Another word, the headerColumn should show some color as I coded it in the css file. But it shows only white background and black text. I have the file named DisplayData.css in the same directory as the file named show_email_entry.jsp. But it still does not work.
if I create a test.jsp and use with the DisplayData.css file above then it would work fine. But when I used it with the servlet file, then it would not work.
Anyone knows why ?

Exception is thrown only while executing the jar file
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: javax/mail/Address Exception is thrown only while executing the jar file. But the program compiles and executes good when executed for command prompt through the class files.
I used javamail API in my program. Classpath and every others are set to the right one's. Executed fine when used java Random.class. But the problem is only with the jar file.
Please help me out in this regard. Why the exception is thrown only in jar but not at class level.Assuming you're running your program using "java -jar", your jar file needs a Class-Path entry
in the manifest file that references mail.jar. -

I have Photoshop CC in my Laptop. When I first load it/execute photoshop, File -> Open it takes approx 30 seconds to return a selection. If I do another File -> Open after this it is instant.
If I Quit Photoshop and reload it the first File -> Open takes another 30 seconds and then instant. It is only the first Occurrence.
I have a Samsung 840 EVO 250GB SSD 4GB RAM.
If I do start -> Photoshop -> Previously used file it loads no problem.
If I try the same things with Photoshop CS5 no problem.
Why?
Forgot to add that I am running windows 7 x64 if that makes a difference.
I have found the problem. I disconnected the internet from my laptop and it worked instantly. So Adobe you need to improve your response times on this facet of the login as it is a pain.
Now I will stop looking for problems with my system....
Please advise if there is a work around...

OK, the symptoms can be replicated with the following command sequence:
sudo /etc/rc.d/dbus restart
udisks --dump # <-- this takes forever.. 24 seconds on my system
udisks --dump # <-- any subsequent calls finish instantly, 0.043 seconds on my system

After Restoring My Mac Book Pro it takes over 3-5 minutes to start!
