Strange error with j2sdkee1.3.1

Question

I am using XP prof. with SP2
I installed jdk1.3.0_02 to c:, made JAVA_HOME as C:\jdk1.3.0_02
and j2sdkee1.3.1 in c:, made J2EE_HOME as C:\j2sdkee1.3.1
now when i go to j2sdkee1.3.1/bin and try to start server , with j2ee -verbose command,i get following error

i loaded new OS,still i got the same error,there r no other processes running backside.I dont understand why it is giving me such error.
If anyone knows please help me out.

Well, there's no end quotation mark after your print statement. Could that be causing the problem?
