Stuck plz help

Question

Hi, Relatively new to oracle.
I have a form with radio button having 3 choices there .
now i want to customize the report so that if i select no option in to radio button on form i will get all three fields ( of radio button ) and their values . if i select 2 out of three then i will get only those two on the report . and if i seletec 1 then only that one will be shown .
i understand i can make reports on different combinations , but i want to know if there is a way to make one report and then customize the fields (output) according to option(S) SELECTED in the form .
Do i haver to do some coding in pl/sql editor or format trigger ? what kind of coding ? on individual field in report or main level ?
I have a parameter form which had the three options but since the parameter form is not visible for the user as i am automatically selecting the values from the radio button.
in short , how to customize the outout field in report to match the values selected in form??

Here is my problem in detail.
I have radio box with 3 radio. each radio has 1 text item ( lov) . all 3 lov depends upon the value i select in first . so if i select jack from radio 1 then i will only see options in lov 2 and 3 where jack is the determining factor.
for the report ...
if user selects jack , lawyer values for two and leaves third one black . and in radio buttons , the radio corresponding to jack is selected amog 3 radio options then in report i will have
name value sal
Jack 890 30000
so the output of report will depend upon the values in lov(S) .out of three radio buttons the only field shown in the report will be the one selected in radio .
dynamically create report depending upon form.
please give me some help . i have tried to hide the fields in report if they dont have a value in parameter form but even if i decrease the width of the not shown field , i cant manage to get the vacant space go away .
plz give me some good help !
