Submit button wont align
Hi
Ive tried to work this out for myself (and my friend Google),
and spent all
day without getting anywhere.
I am trying to get the submit button, which I have made an
image, align
nicely under the right hand side of the above input box. ie.
the right edge
of the button, flush with the right edge of the input box.
I cannot get FF and IE to come close to agreeing where it
should go.
I even resorted to sticking the fields into table cells.
Didnt work.
Could someone maybe enlighten me as to the correct way to
align this right?

I am having this weird problem, the submit button wont trigger any event i register to "submit" and so as to the "check" event. when i send the link to one of my colleagues, the button can trigger the event.
i am using adobe reader 8 on IE 6, didn't solve the problem when i downgrade it to reader 7.

I too had a similar problem sometime back regarding the Submit button. Since you are saying that it is working for your colleague but not you, I predict that something wrong with the network you are in, compared to that of your friend. Have you provided the Preprocessor URL for the button in the Adobe designer?

Form Alignment issue in table: Custom submit button
Yesterday as I was putting together a "check availability"
form within a horizontal table, I ran into difficulties getting the
form to vertically align in the middle, it kept aligning to the
top. I was able to correct the problem using the following CSS:

Now this morning I was switching the generic "submit" button
with a custom gif button using this code within the form:

This worked fine, but every part of the form is aligning to
the middle correctly except the custom button which is sticking to
the top. I'm completely lost on how to resolve this issue. If
anyone has any information on how I can fix the button to align
with the rest of the form I would greatly appreciate your help. I
am a beginner at adjusting code.

Hello everybody. I am a web designer (NOT a developer)
I created a form and I'm not sure how to make the 'submit' button send me the collected information.
I have used phpform.org/ to custom build a submission form. Then I opened that html in dreamweaver (so that I could edit colors, fonts, and delete the phpform.org advetisement)
Now I need to link the 'submit button' so that it will e-mail me the completed form.
(formphp.org wants me to subscribe to a servie that I pay for in order to have the form e-mailed to myself.)
(after I get the submit button linked to an e-mail I will pull the html of my completed form into Muse- but I don't think that is really relevent)
I'm sure one of you can help point me in the right direction! I can't write my own code so detailed help is appreciated!

</html>I'm afraid not. It's not rocket science but you need to do some coding.
You'll need to find a script (php) and save it to your local site folder. Then reference the script in your form's action attribute like so.
<form action="path/form-to-email-script.php" >
The input fields in your HTML form need to exactly match the script variables.
I'm assuming you're hosted on a Linux server which uses PHP code. Linux servers are also case sensitive, so upper case names are not the same as lower case names. It's usually best to use all lower case names in your form and script to avoid confusion.

hello dextors,
Im using a jsp page which have got some 'n' no submit buttons according to the Iterator ..each iterator display a row contains few fields plus submit button ..ex., If ' n' rows means 'n' respective submit buttons..the problem here is when i click any of the submit button only the value of the first row goes
to the other jsp page..no matter wat ever button I click only first row goes..
remember the page displays all the rows correctly and though the values of submit button are also different it gives the same result...
what could be the reason please help it out...

</script>It is assumed that one submit button will function for a form..if you want more that one submit form try to build as many forms as u need and put the submit inside that
that will cure your problem
and y do you want to create so many submit buttons.. instead you can make use of select button -
The Submit button doesn't work
Hi all,
this is my first post, so first off all sorry for any bad
english.
I have some code that makes a login system in flash with PHP.
Well the problem is that when i click de submit button when
registering a new user, flash wont go to the frame i want (just
stands in the same frame), still the user is registered in the
database.

I'm not positive it would work but I think the problem is
that you put the loadvars within the function (?). I don't know if
that'll cause any problems but I assumed it would.
In addition to that, I'm not sure if anything in error might
be returned. My assumption is that it should be undefined. But then
again, it might be null, not undefined. So, just to make sure, I
included to check if user != "ok".

How do you Delete a Record using Form with submit button?
Hi,
The table REGISTRATION has two feilds, FULL_NAME and USER_GROUP. I created a form that has a drop down
of all the FULL_NAME values that allows the user to select the record that they want to delete. I got the drop down to work and
created the Delete Record behavior, I just can't get the submit button to send the form data and cause the delete to happen.
I have created other pages that update records in this way, but for some reason, I can't get delete to work.
Any Ideas?

SUBMIT button and VALUE clause
I have a jsp screen like below.It shows in a tabular form all the employee data.

Under ProcessEmpSalary ,ProcessEmpLeave of each employee I have a submit button and clicking on it the particular employee id has to be processed (for salary or leave).Now I want the employee id to be passed when the submit button of that particular employee is pressed.
So what I am doing is I put the emp id in the value clause and achieve my purpose.But this results in the display of the emp id over each submit button.It looks ugly and so
I dont want to use the VALUE clause of the SUBMIT button.........
So friends please tell me how to achieve it.Someone suggested me to use IMAGE but it doesn't work.Some suggested I use hidden varaible ,but I just don;t understand how is that possible.Some suggested me use javascript to pass the value and throw the form...this make sense but problem is I don't have time to learn javascript now.So please help with some code example how to achieve this result.Here is my jsp as it is .Employee id was used for example.In my application it is Submission_Id
which is used as the key.

Submit buttons not working....:o( - ANY IDEAS??
okay i got a form - ApplicantForm.jsp and that has two buttons on it...
'ACCEPT' and 'REJECT'
the next page - CurrentStatus.jsp - should be brought up but its just not working!
whenever a button is pressed a blank screen with just the buttons is being brought up and no changes are being made to the database.
what needs to happen is that it performs the little calculation - and the updates the value in the database...here's the code

Working with 2 submit buttons in a html form
I have 2 submit buttons in a form. I will upload a file and save in a filepath in server when I click on one "upload" button. I want to use this file path in the code when I click on another button called"Process". When I click the process nothing is happening with dump in below code.Form submits to itself. The above code is inside a form..
So when i click workManagementButton it should open a new window and go through action mentioned..
it is going through the path but i can't open a new window with above code..

Itunes download doesn't display option to download itunes
I am on the apple store to download itunes, but the link doesn't provide an option to download the app. The page where the download is supposed to be doesn't have the option just the Red Hot Chili Peppers.

DMG Files not opening on my G3/366 clamshell (running 0S X 10.4.11)
I have one final issue with my G3/366 clamshell (running 0S X 10.4.11), cant seem to add software. Download a dmg file, extracts to desktop but cant open extracted file. I've done a Disk repair on start up but that didnt help, anyone got any suggesti
