Subscription that triggers when you create a new production ?

I'd like to trigger a python script each time I create a new production in FCS.
How can I do it ?

Create a Script Response that will fire off your python script.
Create a Subscription that will monitor the metadata fields of a Production for example the "Status".
The idea here is that creating a new production with the Status = New will trigger your python script.
Let me know if that makes sense. Thanks.

Depends on what you are trying to do,
you have mouseover and mouseout and mouseclick events which you can use on the component and write code to deal with what you want to happen when you change focus. You have keypress event which would allow you to monitor tabbing between components, remember that in most events the currentTarget and target values will give you the information you need to handle component interaction.

Are existing App users notified when you create a new release?

I can't seem to find this information anywhere. I didn't see any required coding techniques to accomplish this so I assume users will get notification via the store?
How does that work?

In most cases you don't have to do anything: Apps update automatically by default on Windows 8.1. If they don't update (if the user turns this off) then the Store app's tile will let the user know there are new apps.
If you have a tight version dependency between the app and a server then you should confirm that the app is updated when talking to the server and can then redirect the user to the store to update if needed.

In order to be certain that the records are properly ordered use the order by clause
in your view object definition....otherwise your records may be randomly appeared....

On the online tutorials I've seen it shows that when you create a new iTunes library it should open as a blank account, but that isn't happening.

If you have iTunes 11 turn on the Sidebar. Go to iTunes>View and click on Show Sidebar. You can also do a Crtl+S to show the sidebar. The sidebar is where Devices appears. and Control+B to show the Menu bar

When a new album is created it will fill with whatever is in the right hand window, If you're in the Events or Photos mode it will contain all photos in the library. Yes, strange behavior.

Its seems that for many people, this feature was not enabled automatically, instead it is set on a different setting of 'show my homepage' or 'show a blank page'. But it is very easy to change, I just did it myself! Here is how to do it:
At the top left of the screen is an orange 'Firefox' box, click on it. On the right of the dropdown menu you will see 'Options'. Click on it. Then you will see another 'Options', click on it. This will bring up the Options menu.

I really need to know how you create the 'cream pop-up info text boxes' that appear when you hover your mouse over an object on a webpage (and often in any program e.g. Photoshop) for more than a second. I need to know because the logo on my website is the navigation tool used to return to the homepage. It is always found in the top left so the user can always click it to return.
The only problem is im the only one who knows that when you click my logo, you return to the homepage. I need one of these 'cream info boxes' (forgive my lack of knowledge) to appear so the user will figure it out.

Summary:
When Numbers is used on a system with decimal comma a csv file may be good AND wrong
Steps to Reproduce:
With Numbers v2, you introduced an interesting enhancement.
In system using the comma as decimal separator, Numbers requires csv files using the semi-colon as values delimiter.
In fact it’s true if we OPEN the document dragging its icon on Numbers one or thru the open dialog.
This said.
(1) Drag and drop a csv built with the 'semi-colon' standard on a table or on a sheet
(2) Drag and drop a csv built with the 'comma' standard on a table or on a sheet
Expected Results:
Every normally constituted user assume that in
case (1) he will get a perfectly built table
case (2) he will get every cells of a row in a single cell
Actual Results:
In fact you forgot the drag and drop way of use and in
case (1) every values separated by semi-colon are inserted in a single cell
case (2) values separated by comma are correctly spread in a table
isn’t it ridiculous ?
Regression:
Except looking in QuickView to see which is exactly the structure of the file to decide the way we will insert it in a Numbers document, we may use an applescript fair enough to replace the semi-colons by TAB characters
or
to replace the commas by TABs and the decimal periods by commas
Notes:
While I am on this subject, I wish to make two proposals:
(1) It would be fine to format the date according to the ISO format year-mm-dd when you export a Numbers doc to csv.
Doing that, dates would be imported correctly in every countries.
At this time, on an English system, you export as mm/dd/year.
If the doc is open on a system using the format dd/mm/year, the results will be odd.
On a system using the format dd/mm/year, you export this way and so, if the doc is open on a system using the format mm/dd/year the results are odd too.
As every localized versions accept the ISO format (at least on entry), using it in the export scheme would give a correct behavior everywhere.
(2) It would be fine to add the format Tab Separated Values in the Export pane.
TSV + ISO date format would give documents opening flawlessly everywhere.

The only "unlimited" plan I can think of where this would not apply is the old Connect plan for multimedia/basic phones. That unlimited data, on devices such as the LG Voyager, EnvTouch, and other "multimedia" devices is not the same.
If you currently have an individual $29.99 unlimited data plan with a 3G Smartphone, then you can buy a BBQ10 retail and activate it with the same data plan and keep the unlimited.

The option is available when u email,
A blue arrow appears and when u click it,
It asks if u want to remove it permanently
So i think the phone # after u send a sms/text
Should be able to be deleted at will.
