SUPPersistenceException : Error in Synchronizing the iOS app from SMP 2.3

Question

Hello All,
I am new to SMP, and i have started with creating a new project in native iOS consuming the MBO's from SMP 2.3.
All i have been successful till now is to register the device successfully ( running on iOS Simulator) to SCC. The status against the application id in the SCC is online.
But when i click on the "Synchronise" Button, i am getting the following error :
2014-02-24 19:35:51.164 Xcode_SMP[7758:c07] [ERROR] [SubscribeController.m:78] SUPPersistenceException: Sync failed: -1305 (MOBILINK_COMMUNICATIONS_ERROR) %1:63 %2: %3:2;Parameter 1:63;Parameter 2:;Parameter 3:2
Please suggest what can be the possible issues.

Hi Jitendra,
I am using the sample SMP101 Project provided by Sybase which you can find here.
SAP Mobile Platform 2.3 and prior
I have deployed my own MBO and have modified the project as per it. I am able to establish the connection with SMP server but it is giving error on the highlighted line while synchronising:
