Surcharge at the Item level in variant configuration
Hello,
I have created a pricing condition for the surcharges at the item level and i can see the surchage being added up to the total value in the sales order. But when i create a invoice the condition value for the item is not being copied into the invoice, Only the condition type VA00 is copied. Please let me know if i am missing something. Thanks in advance.
Hi,
In T.Code VTFL, check what is maintained for field Pricing Type. If it is B then change it to G or depending on your business select a suitable value.
This should resolve your issue. Let me know in-case the issue still persisits.

I have marked the condition as header. But still the value is copied to the item as well,
If I mark the condition as Group condition, then it distributes the total value to each item in the document according to Qty
Is there any other way, I could set up through config,

How to do the reversal in the item level of a (delivery)document?
hi friends,
Is there any way to put reversal, at the item level for the document already posted ?
Do we have any standard funtion module or BAPI to pass value from the editor ?
My task is, I want to do the reversal in the item level of the (delivery)document.
I tried with the BAPI - BAPI_ACC_GL_POSTING_REV_POST, but this is reversing the whole document. but I want to reverse in line item only.
please suggest me.....

yes, what you told is right. I want to do the same. I will first reverse the particular line item and will post the correct entry. but here, I need to do that for a huge number of document. It will be good if I pass the values using a funtion module or a BAPI to reverse. So, I want a Funtion Module or BAPI to process it.
anyway, after reversing the document, I am going to post the document with correct entry. -
Notes at the Item level is not getting Copied
Hi All,
When a quotation is copied by clicking on the "Copy" button, the new quotation has all the Notes copied at the header level. But all the Notes maintained at the Item level dosent get copied.
The Copy control has been maintained between the Item Category (ZAGN to ZAGN) and a Copy Routine 9REVQT is maintained.
Help in this regard would be appreciated.

I tried that but looks like it doesnt work as we are not creating the follow up but copying a quote. Once copied the new quote doesnt have the notes maintained at the item level.
Could you please tell me what would be the "Reference Text Type" for the notes maintained at the item level (As shown in the attachment)?

How to get the nber of POs at the item level?
Hi all,
I am running BI 7 and SRM 5.5. I am using the standard PO History cube.
I have a report where I filter on items values only (no header) since I want to report by - let's say - product category.
In my char part, I will have: Date | product category
In the KF part, I have: Ordered Amount | Nber of POs
In the flow, PO amount is stored at the item level while the nber of POs is stored at the header level. By running the report, I get the ordered amount information but 0 for the nber of POs.
How could I get the "Nber of POs" information in my case? Maybe it is not that easy (looking the following example).
PO1 - Item 10 - Product Category A
PO1 - Item 20 - Product Category B
PO1 - Item 30 - Product Category C
PO2 - Item 10 - Product Category D
PO2 - Item 20 - Product Category A
PO2 - Item 30 - Product Category A
Here I would be happy to have:
Date | Product Category A | Amount | 2 (PO1-PC A + PO2-PC A)
(but how BI knows that we are dealing with 2 POs?)

Check whether counter infoobject Number of items is availbale in MCEKPO ,if so just drag into left side and do this enhancement for 2LIS_02_ITM.
Create a number of item field in the cube and update with value 1 referring the Item number
In query it may reduce query runtime performance
This will just update 1 for every instance of item and you can aggregate them in your query whatever level you require

How to move the item level details to line item in the Purchase order form
Hello,
I am in SAP SRM7.0 system, my customers requirement is that the item level details like MPN (Manufacturer Part Number) etc.. should be moved to line item field in the Puchase Order.
Can any one give me susggestion on this. This is not the correct forum for this thread but still pls post the link of related threads which may help in this regard.

Get the item level permission in sharepoint 2013 uisng rest api
I created the test list and i created the 5 items in that list.
I stopped the item level permissions.
I shared the list item with userA.
In the rest api response, it giving the other users also (means user who is not having permission to the item).
I am using below rest query

Following are the steps, I performed:
After adding the item in the list, I went into list item permissions and clicked on stop item permissions. Then I selected all the permissions which got carried over to the item and clicked on "Remove user permissions" in the ribbon. After that
I clicked on Grant permissions in the ribbon and shared the item with one user. Note that last action can also be performed by going back into the list and selecting the item and click on Share.
Finally, I ran the above REST query and returned the user with whom the item was selected and also the system account (which is expected, as admin will have access.
You can try shortening your query as well
/_api/Web/GetFileByServerRelativeUrl('/site/Lists/test/1_.000')?$expand=ListItemAllFields/RoleAssignments/Member/Users
This will return the relevant user permissions and response will contain lesser data and hence will be easier to read. Lastly, try intercepting the traffic
using fiddler, as again it will in reading the response.

1) For each product there are Basic Product Hierarchy and Sales Product
Hierarchy.
2) when creating sales order, system gets the Sales Product Hierarchy
on the Item level with the default logic.
So our question is: how to change the logic to let system get the Basic

In the Accounting document, the posting date will be based on the Billing date.

Incompletness procedure for Opportunity at the item level

Have you already worked on the Incompletness procedure for Opportunity at the item level ?
I have the following request : product must be entered in the opportunity otherwise a message of error must appear
I have used the following data in Incompletness procedure (which is assigned to the transaction)
- Object name = ORDERADM_I
- Field name = ORDERED_PROD
- Relevance = Header and Item
The result of this is : when I enter the product in the opportunity, the message of error saying that "Transaction is incomplete: Enter Product" doesn't disappear, whereas the product and quantity are in
I have done another test, if I enter for Relevance = "Item" intstead of "Header and Item", the message of error doesn't appear at all in the transaction. So I can save the opportunity without getting a message...
Any thoughts ?

Exit/bAdI for changing the item level field in VA02.
Dear Guruss...
I am facing a problem while trying toi change the account assignment group in VA02. The field is present at the iteem level in the tab BILLING.
When I change the field by choosing one of the values provided in the search help and enter, the value is again reset to its initial value. However if I change the value and SAVE (without pressing enter) then the value is saved.
The technical field name is VBAP-KTGRM, I have checked in the include:MV45AFZZ by putting break-points at all the forms but unfortunately none of them is getting triggered when I press enter.
During the debugging I found tha the values of the structure VBAP are overwritten by those of XVBAP everytime I press enter.
I also checked for the bAdI but can not get any help.
Is there any bAdI or exit that can help me for this????

Regd : Error during saving the sales order for Variant configuration

When the item( config material) is saved in the sales order , system scheduled the production order and getting an error as " Posting Rule for Assembly order for item 000010 could not be generated".

This is the process of Assembly to order with variant configuration. In material master, you can maintain gen item category 0002 (configurable material) in basic data view, sales 2 view item category grp 0002 and strategy group 82 in MRP 3 view. After creating of material master, BOM & Routing, You can create sales order in VA01 transaction.
In this VA01, When you create sales order, system will check material availability, capacity checking and system will show variants for each items. And also when you will save the sales order, system will create production order no immdiately.
So you can maintain the above settings compulsory.

How to fill Long Text in Accounting document in the item level.

I need to fill Long Text field in item level of accounting document from the header texts from Billing header(say billing instructions)
I checked the user exit EXIT_SAPLV60B_008 but it didnt worked in my case. I have read the billing instructions in the Billing header using FM READ_TEXT but I am not able to save this text using FM SAVE_TEXT because for the field Long Text the parameter TDNAME is a concatenation of BUKRS(COmpany code) BELNR(Accounting doc. no.) GHAJR(fiscal year) BUZEI(line item) .
But I am not able to capture this accounting doc. number in the mentioned user exit instead I am getting Sales Invoice number and hence not able to give TDNAME parameter for FM save_text.Hi Amit,
In application area FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING , go for node LINE ITEM. Here create a step & maintain the prerequisite as per your requirement & in the check you can mention the code or you can direct it to a custom program like ZFI_RGGBR000.
Here while maintaining the check you will get structures BKPF & BSEG in which you will get the desired field you are looking for.
Just try to explore in your system how the other validations are maintained.
After you are done with all your code, you have to run the regeneration program RGUGBR00.
Here utmost care should be taken while running regeneration program, you should select all the checkboxes in the selection screen except GENERATE SETS, GEN SUBSTN ROUTNS IN ALL CLNTS & TRACE PROG. GENERATE CALLS .

Deletion of the Purchase order at the item level and header level
Hi Gurus,
We are using SRM 7.0 system.
In standard SRM 7.0, the PO can be deleted at header level and at line item level. I need to know the differnce between these deletions. I found that if the PO is deleted at the line item level the deletion indicator (DEL_IND) field in BBP_PDIGP table is 'X'.
But i could not find any clue to find the PO which is deleted at the header level. I need to code this logic in a report .

RKThere are two ways:
1. From the Header by clicking the DELETE button. And this is only possible when the PO is not yet output to Vendor.
2. The second way is to delete all the items in the PO. This is possible any time irrespective of the output sent to the vendor. But provided if there are no follow-on documents for this.
Some times we could see the Deletion icon active in Header , it is because there is change version existing.
When a PO is created and ordered, this is the first version of the PO. And this PO is sent to the backend and output is sent to
the vendor.
Now when you make a change and hold it, SRM creates the 2ndversion of this PO. Then when you delete this PO, SRM marks this 2nd
version of PO to closed. Also you receive the pop-op confirmation that PO was deleted at this point. However, this PO deletion is never sent to the backend and output is not sent to the vendor since this PO has never been ordered. This version is the Change Version. This is shown after the PO number field if you pay attention on the screen.
When you search for the PO, it will show you the ordered PO (No change version shown after the PO number). The system does not show you the deleted version which is version 2. That is why you see status is 'ordered'. -
Incoterms are not getting copied at the item level
HI Gurus,
I have an sales order where If we change the Incoterms at the header level, its not getting copied at the line Items. Its giving an information mesage stating, Header Business Data does not apply to Item.
The Incoterms are intially getting copied from Customer master, but later I am not able to change it.
Please let me know what might be the reasons ? If possible Please let me know some User exits which needs to be checked.

SwathiCheck in VOV8 for your sale order type the following:-
a) If both Check Division and Item division are ticked, then system will pop up this message due to the fact that in the said sale order, the item division differs from header division
b) The field "ProdAttr.messages" should be blank
Next go to VOV7, select your item category and execute. There ensure that the box is ticked for "Business item". If this is unticked, then system will copy all header data to line item and you cannot change it.

In billing it is possible. But if you want in sale order, apply user exit in program MV45AFZB - USEREXIT_CHECK_VBAP.
This user exit can be used to carry out additional checks (e.g. for completion) at item level.
