I'm sorry to say that the Traditional DAQ driver is no longer fully supported, as it was replaced by the DAQmx driver years ago. I'll try to help out as much as possible, but my experience with the older driver is pretty limited. Here's a shot in the dark, in case it helps:
It sounds like your application is starting the card at some specified sampling rate and then running a loop to read from the buffer, based on the system timer. When the timer says that time is up, it stops the loop. What should actually be done is to set the card up for a finite acquisition of the specified duration, then to read from the buffer periodically inside the loop (while monitoring the available samples per channel). When the available samples drop to zero, it means the clock on the HW has stopped and you have all the samples.
You might be running into performance issues in getting data across the PCMCIA bus (via interrupts) and just not reading the last batch of data since your feedback on when to stop the loop is completely independent of the DAQ card's operation. If you don't want to change anything else, you might just break the loop on the timer and call AI Read once more with the sample to read set to "all available" (or the equivalent). This should flush the end of the buffer.

Lightroom has no activation check so you don't need to do anything to your computer. Your old copy of Photoshop must be deactivated / uninstalled if you haven't already done so.

My computer has been a lemon. They refuse to properly diagnose, fix, and document my complaints regarding the multiple failures I have had with this computer. Also, I was told that upon my logic board being replaced back in April or May that the topic of replacing the computer altogether with one of equal equipment would be appropriate. Insofar, I have been to the store at least three times in the past month to discuss my issues with the computer that were not resolved when the hard drive was replaced in May. I was also told that the repairs on my system would be good for up to 90 days after the repair work was done and that I could buy AppleCare at the end of the 90 days in lieu of insuring a product that still had defects. I have been on the phone for what feels like hours with Apple trying to work this issue out but they are not wanting to stand behind their product nor are they willing to stand behind their warranty. The warranty expressly states that a computer can be replaced entirely if the defect is considered hardware malfunction and at the representative’s discretion. Every time I brought it in for repair it was due to hardware malfunction; however, they also said once that it was an accessory that I bought that was causing the problem which ended up not being the case after all. This is totally unacceptable. I also asked Mark from AppleCare to let me know what was repaired the second time the computer was put through a diagnostic at the Apple Store. Beachballs, Gears, excessive heat, not being taken seriously at the Apple Store, being insulted by a Mac Genius at the Apple Store, being misinformed by a Mac Genius, dealing with a misinformed Mac Genius. They replaced my iPod touch without much ado. I was also accused by an Apple Genius of being "hyperbolic." He said this in response to my complaint of the computer melting--literally--items on my computer desk. I am either wanting a refund of my money or a replacement of my laptop. Also, I have lost an incredible amount of data on my computer due to the hard drive being replaced x 2. Not acceptable. Also, the Apple store is 1 hour from where I live. I am currently looking for employment and additionally have a legal case pending where I am the plaintiff. I have lost VERY important documents in both matters which has caused an extreme amount of stress. I do not need the added stress of an unreliable and unsafe computer. Do they really think that I am going to take back a computer into my possession only to have to bring it back shortly thereafter to address one of the many issues causing it to malfunction in the first place? I have owned 5 computers since 1988. All of them PCs. This is my first Mac. Will it be my last?

The only people who can possibly assist you with this is Apple Customer Relations, call your local Apple contact number and ask for Customer Relations then explain your situation clearly and politely (be firm but don't rant).
You might want to investiage what the local laws are regarding defective goods and 'fit for use' definitions on warranties etc. Consumer Protection can be a useful tool to use or bargain with if needed ...

The cover art does not show on My iTunes library even when I'm playing it. The cover art does not show in Word press either when you open it on a laptop. But I think I used a feed burner for the podcast and that's why the word press done now has come up. My question is that iTunes have Successfully I did my podcast however my son now is not my heart and I need to change that. Can anybody here please help me? I think it has something to do with the feed burner or potentially the way I have uploaded. I uploaded the podcast directly into WordPress I did not use any other hosting sites like libsyn.

It's only that I'm not clear why you are reluctant to post it. If you have a podcast in the iTunes Store then it's there for the world to see - they might search on its subject or title, for example, even if they don't actually know about it from you. I recently downloaded a program and have now lost Firefox's "awesome bar" which has been replaced by the program's own search bar. How can I restore the "awesome bar" and get rid of the other search bar?

I recently downloaded Bearshare.com which then overrode my Firefox "awesome bar". Now when I enter a search item in the search box at the upper right of my screen, I'm automatically shunted to this new search bar where I have to re-enter my search item and click return before it will begin a search. Previously, the Firefox "awesome bar" opened automatically together with my home page and I had the choice of searching using it or the default search box at the upper right of my screen. I 'uninstalled' Bearshare but it now continues to come up when I search using the right hand top search box , forcing me to use it instead of the search box at the upper right of my screen. How do I get rid of it completely so that only the "awesome bar" appears as an extra tab when I open Firefox browser?

First, some clarification:
* The location bar (often called the "awesome bar") is the larger bar on the left that shows you the address of the page you are currently viewing. As you type in the location bar it searches your history and bookmarks for matches.
* The search bar is the smaller one on the right. It typically displays an icon of whichever search engine is currently selected and may display search suggestions as you type in it.
It sounds like you are referring to the search bar rather than the location bar. You can change search engines for the search bar by clicking on the icon on the left edge of the search bar and choosing a different one. You can also choose "Manage Search Engines" to remove ones you aren't interested in using.
It also sounds like Bearshare might have changed your homepage in Firefox. To restore that you will need to open the preferences menu (click Tools > Preferences), go to the General tab (first on the top left), and click "Restore to Default".

I have an ipad wi-fi cellular 32gb. Died in march after 3 month has been replaced now the replacement has died, holding home key and button on top doesnt work at all, not even if left over night and the next day and night, still nothing.

I was given a ipad after xmas 2012. Within a month it was freezing up and returned to apple to replace. It was sent straight back to me saying it was fine. The day I got it back it was faulty again only this time it was worse, it was switching itself off and turning itself back on when it liked. A back up and restore was completed AGAIN. 3 weeks later it was sent straight back to apple to be replaced, this time a higher authority from apple in brisbane said it was to be replaced immediately. Which it was. Then within 6 weeks this ipad the replacemetn ipad has started having issues by turing itself off. Now it has completely shut itself down and off. Charge was at 81%. I put it on charge as maybe the %% was wrong. A few hours later, tried turning it on by holding top button, nothing happened I have also held down top button and home key for 10 sec, nothing so I tried longer nothing happened. Rang apple support and they have suggested holding top button down for 10 sec then add home key for 10 sec both top button and home for 10 sec then they top button off followed by leaving home key for 10 sec by itself. This did not work. I have tried this again this morning and again at lunch at work and again now tonight. Still nothing at all. Even plugging it into the computer doesn't do anything at all. Has anyone else come across this at all with two ipads doing exactly the same thing. My power points are fine, I've had an electrician check them and my computer is fine aswell. I stumped as to what can be going wrong. Thanks

Dock has been replaced by the "default" version.

iMac G5. I just returned from a 2 week trip and powered up my iMac. When I logged on, my custom dock settings had disappeared and the default dock settings are in place. I checked the com.apple.dock.plist and it showed a creation date of today. I tried replacing the plist with the one from my backup/clone but a new "default" plist is created and wipes it out. I've tried logging off and on and also restarting but the plist is always replaced with a new default one.
Suggestions?

Important: Do not click Continue in the first screen of the Installer. If you do, you must restart from the disc again to access Disk Utility.
3. Click the First Aid tab.
4. Click the disclosure triangle to the left of the hard drive icon to display the names of your hard disk volumes and partitions.

6. Click Repair. Disk Utility checks and repairs the disk."

Then Safe Boot , (holding Shift key down at bootup), run Disk Utility in Applications>Utilities, then highlight your drive, click on Repair Permissions, reboot when it finishes.
The usual reason why updates fail or mess things up, or things don't load/run, is if Permissions are not fixed before & after every update, with a reboot... you may get a partial update when the installer finds it doesn't have Permissions to change one obscure little part of the OS, leaving you with a mix of OS versions.
Some people get away without Repairing Permissions for years, some for only days.
If Permissions are wrong before applying an update, you could get mixed OS versions, if Directory is the slightest messed up, who knows!
If many Permission are repaired, or any Directory errors are found, you may need to re-apply some the latest/biggest updates again, or even do an A&I if you have enough free disk space.

CD icon has been replaced unknowlingly-How do I get it back?

Somehow mysteriously when I install a CD, the CD icon does not appear. It has been replaced by the icon of one of my other applications. How can I get the CD icon back. Thanks for any help.

Angelica, welcome, just select the icon on your desktop, got to File/Get info, click on the image and hit delete. This should take it back to the original icon.

Warranty on iphone that has been replaced

I bought an Iphone 5 sprint. It suppose to have warrenty. But when I check the serial number on apple website it says this device has been replaced. The iphone has problem now and does not stay on. I thought I really could use some warrenty just now.
Does that mean I'm screwed again? :-(

The arrow at the top Left of the search line has been replaced by a sign which can be used to add bookmarks. How can I restore the arrow at the top left to go back to the previous page?

1. Sales order has been created - showing the status of COMPLETED.
2. Delivery Document has been created - showing the status of Being Processed.
3. Goods Issue document created successfully- showing status as COMPLETE
4. Billing Document has created successfully - showing the status as COMPLETED.
5. Customer Account got updated properly.
Query: Despite of completion of SO, DELIVERY, GOODS ISSUED, AND BILLING DOCUMENT u2013 and accounting document is cleared why the outbound Delivery document status is showing as BEING PROCESSED.
If I go T-code Vlo3n see document flow
Delivery 5080789885 being processed.
Go to VF03 document flow also it is showing
Delivery 5080789885 being processed.

Hi ALL,
Further to my query I would like to clarify the following:
It is happening since 2004 all Bom components status (Delivery being processed) all the BOM main items header status is showing completed.
It not impacting the business, but suddenly user raise query SO, DELIVERY, GOODS ISSUED, AND BILLING DOCUMENT completed why still delivery showing as being processed.
1. I have checked at SO level -- all the line items were delivered. ie: delivery, goods issue, billing completed.
2. I checked the Header Level data completed and Item Level data being processed.
3. If I look into the each item level also it is showing as being processed.
4. Even the SALES ORDER HEADER LEVEL showing the status of Completed.
5. Removed credit check in delivery.
The only issue is OUTBOUND DELIVERY DOCUMENT: Status alone it is showing as ' Being Processed' -- surprisingly!

I am getting a strange error trying to use the NI PCIe-1427 with the MATLAB image acquisition toolbox configured with continuous acquisition. After about 5 minutes of acquisition, I get the error below:
??? ni: A frame has been dropped and the acquisition has been canceled.
Does anyone have any clues as to why I am getting this error / where I can find out what causes it? I need to acquire several hours worth of data and this error completely aborts my acquisition.

Turns out that I found the problem. I had a slow memory allocation in my MATLAB code and this delay allowed too many frames to be accumulated in memory. I still do not know the source of the exact text of the error, but upon removing the slow memory allocation the error no longer occurs. I believe that it may have resulted from a buffer overrun of some sort in the underlying driver.
Given that this no longer poses a problem for me, I will not pursue it further.
