Synchronization completed - No orders

Dear all,
This is in sequence to my earlier thread where I reached the point of getting MAM appear on my PDA as a link.
The current status of my system is that I completed the MAM related customization in E.C.C. 6. The technical person has enabled the syncBOs in the MI server. However, I am not getting the maintenance orders I created in E.C.C. 6. I am using MAM 3.0
Also, I go hold of a document which asked me to test the customization by running a few function modules. When I ran them and checked the results with the document the customization seems to be correct. What could be the problem with the syncBOs? I see in the work monitor list with the results in the spool saying that no data was retrieved.
I know the query I asked is not specific. But this is the best technical explanation I could provide.

There is one more thing. After I run the synchronization the message appears as Synchronization completed. Though there are no orders should the screen not appear when I click on the MAM link? The application keeps running forever with no result!

Hi Bala,
its not clear that only orders are not present or there is no data on client.. But still you can do the following checks..
1. Replicate all T01/T51 syncBOs
2. Run the getlist for order and notification syncBOs (MAM30_001 & MAM30_010) giving your username as input and see whether it returns any data.
3. Check merep_mon for any errors or syncBOs in I-waiting status..

Hi All,
This is my first time I have setup WebTools and I seem to be having some issues. I have been through the e-learning and all documents I could get my hands on but still am having issues.
I run the syncronisation in the sync manager and it completes with the message "Synchronization completed with 13 errors." I think these errors are minor and only effect the opportunities object. However, when accessing the website administration section, I cannot seem to access any of the information that should be syncronising from the database. I cannot browse any customer information / sales order details or anything else. I am pretty sure it is something simple I have missed but I am a bit lost.
I am currently just running the software in a demo environment and connecting to SBODemoUK database. Any help would be greatly appreciated, maybe a checklist of things to make sure I have not left out?

The errors are as follows:
"SBOOpportunity - SBO ContactPerson (OCPR) 16 does not correspond to a NetPoint Users.UserID.
at NetPoint.SynchSBO.SBOObjects.SBOOpportunity.SBOToNetPoint(SBOQueueObject qData)
at NetPoint.SynchSBO.SynchObjectBase.Synch()"
At this stage I am not too concerned if I cannot view my opportunities via the web, I am more concerned that I cannot view any of my information via the web. The information seems to synch because the records are in the Web database. How should I browse to view these records? When I try to enter a sales order via the web, I cannot view any of the BP's that should be in the system.

"You're all set to complete your order" emails

I'm not sure if this happens to others but it is getting old how many of these emails I get. While browsing, I place items in my cart on BB.com to see the price when that's the only way to see the price or to save them until I'm finished browsing. After I'm finished, I remove all the items from my cart. However, later that day and even the days following I get emails saying "You're all set to complete your order" or "You're all set to check out at Best Buy". These emails seem to have snapshots of my cart at various points while I was browsing but do not know that my cart is currently empty. I have gone back to BB.com, signed in, and verified my cart is empty. I realize the email is considered a marketing email and I can unsubscribe from these emails. But I like getting the emails for the daily deals and such and this type of email seems to be broken. It would be nice if this could be fixed so I could stop getting spammed with emails. Thanks.

Sifting through various marketing emails can be monotonous, and I apologize if you have found an overabundance of these in regards to items that were or are in your cart.
Presently, we are unaware of any issues with such emails. With that said, you should still be able to unsubscribe from these emails and still view the weekly deals and such via the Deals tab on BestBuy.com.
Would you like me to opt you out of the marketing emails?

How to stop notification email of Completion: Purchase Order

When a PO is rejected, user gets the email "RE: Notif. of Completion:Purchase order 4500000695 rej" from the system. It is not part of the rejection task. Does anyone know how to stop it?

The notification of completion email is sent out from workflow and the users don't want to get it anymore. My question is on how to stop the system of sending out those emails.

Length of time to complete book order

I have been "ordering" this book for more than 12 hours. Why is it taking so long for aperture to complete the order? When I try to quit aperture the message is that I cannot until the order is complete. This book is 23 pages. The screen stating that the order was 47% complete disappeared more than 10 hours ago. My message to aperture has not been answered.

It seems that the length of time it might take to complete the order will depend on a few things:
1.How many images there are and the format they are saved in (total size of all image files)
2. You internet connection speed
The entire book has to be uploaded at full resolution before it is a complete process

I pre ordered and album and an early release song was added to my music. However it says complete pre order and if i click that it says "Already Purchased". None of the other songs on the album will downloaded onto my music either. Help

I preo ordered the album "Lost Isles" by Oceans Ate Alaska and the first early realease song, "Floorboards" Was instantly downloaded into my music library. However, today, a new song was released early called "Blood Brothers". It hasn't been downloaded into my music library and will let me purchase it for 99p. The album also says next to it "Complete Pre Order" but if I click that it just says "Album already purchased". Please tell me how to get the album without having to individually buy each track when they are released, costing me at least another £7. :/

Yes - in the book they are sorted by date
Suggest a change to Apple - iPhoto meniu ==> provide iPhoto feedback
You can start the book with one photo and then add others by dragging them to the book project in the source pane on the left

Hi,
You can implement Badi ORDER_SAVE and use method CHECK_BEFORE_SAVE here you can write your logic i.e. until fulfills cetain conditions user should not able to set the status Accepted.

How to find completed work orders

Can any one plz tell where to query work order data?
I need to pull completed work orders in a time period.
and I need to query the items which are generated at my Manufacturing Inventory org upon completion of the
work orders in that time period.

You can query from front end using Discrete >>Discrete Jobs screen. Put completion date range and the select the status button and you can query any required status.
Once you get to the folder you can do an export to look at the data.

To find the completely Delivered Order

Hi all,
i want to check weather a sales order is delivered completely or not. Suppose if a sales order is having say 3 items , out of that only 3 i delivered, 2 are pending, in that case i have to ignore that order, if all the items are delivered then only i have to consider the order.
so, i am checking at the header level for the status. The table is VBUK. and the fields are
LFSTK (Delivery status) and GBSTK (Overall processing status).
if both LFSTK = 'C' and GBSTK = 'C' then it is a completely delivered order.
is this correct ?

Delivery completed purchase orders..

Dear All..
In one purchase order having 3 line items two line items are delivery completed. and one line item will be delivered.
Now im trying to change th purchase order through me22n
the delivery completed purchase orders also allowing to change quantity and price.
if delivery completed for a line item it should not allow to change quantity and price. i have configured via messages..
message no 744
application area 06 i have changed the information to error message.
after this i have tried through me22n the same line item. now its not allowing to change the quantity SAP through out the error as " Already delivery completed for item 001"
but now im trying to change price it is allowing to change price..
it should not allow.. but it is allowing to change price..
Can any one tell me any other configuration is there...

This is Standard SAP Behaviour.
Setting Delivery Completed Indicator Doesnot Stop to Change the Price, Goods Receipt Etc.
If you dont want to allow Changes then Activate Release Procedure and Set the Release Indicator as Per your requirement.

You may want to look at the Sample Code example that is part of the 2005A Business One SDK that shows and external Business One interface written in VB.Net that shows how to create a Sales Order/Invoice in SAP Business One. This example can be found at: Start > Programs > SAP Business One > SDK > Samples > COM DI > 05. OrderAndInvoice. For complete training on the processes you are asking about from within the SAP Business One product, you can reveiw the SAP Business One eLearning product training if you are and SAP Business One partner in the areas that you have outlined at service.sap.com/smb.

Help with Complete My Order for deluxe/standard albums...

I bought some songs on Miley Cyrus's album Bangerz, but I realized the bonus tracks on the deluxe version are good and I want them too, but I go to buy the whole deluxe album with Complete My Order, but since I bought some songs on the standard version, it just says I have those songs Purchased on the deluxe one. Can I re-buy those songs through the deluxe album? Will the "purchased" songs be downloaded again if i complete my order with the deluxe version? I'm so confused, and I don't want to just buy the bonus tracks on the deluxe and still have the other songs from the standard version because I'm extremely OCD with my albums and I don't want 2 Bangerz albums in my library.

It sounds like you are wanting the bonus tracks on the deluxe version of this album but you recently purchased the normal version and so cannot use the Complete My Album function.
