System.speech.synthesis implementation in web applications

Question

When I press the button, the voice is successfully saved in the directory given and works perfectly when i play it but the
problem is the page in the website after the click is always waiting for localhost. Is it a problem with the code, or with the speach synthesizer?

SpeechSynthesizer voice = new SpeechSynthesizer();
string Filename = "audio.mp3";
string Filepath = System.Web.HttpContext.Current.Server.MapPath("~/") + "audio.mp3";
