System status not get updated.

hai any one can help me in this pls
my client created sevice orders in crm system and in these some details are reflected in to mobile client.There is integration between in CRM & Mobile clients.
present requirement is system status is not get updated.
user status is released.but in system status showing like 1) open  2) contains error. This is occure for some sevice orders  which are created in perticular transaction type  for suppose if my client created 1000 service orders in that 200 or 250 orders status not get updated.
Because of  this the followup document is not created.
For temparary pupose to overcome this issue we are doing like this. There are two mandatory fields are there in that any one delete and reenter the same value then automatically the system status get updated in to release status.
where the problem whether  is in configuration or it is in system
or it is some technical. Before its worked properly recently they got this issue. How can i overcome this issue permanently.

The status of a sales transaction, saved in CRM Enterprise must be without errors so that it can be transferred to the mobile client
Sales transactions with errors can be transferred from the mobile client to CRM Enterprise.
Check the table CDBD_STATUS

    System Status ACPT will not be updated ...
            1) if the pricing condition is not updated in the sales order (or the net value is zero in the sales order).
           2) if the sales order is under credit block.

  • BDOC status completely processed: data not getting updated

    Hi Experts
       I'm  downloading BP data from R/3 system to CRM system , data is successfully getting into the CRM system when checking the SMW01 it was showing the status fully processed (status green) ,but data is not getting updated in tables.
    Please let us know what could be the possible reason

    1) First check the data in the BDOC. Check if the partners are really cmoing.
    2) Check if there are any dumps created in ST22. If yes Pls analyze them.
    3) Check the flow defintion for bdoc type BUPA_MAIN. You can check this in SMW01. Check if the actual call to upload the data and  create BP is done.

    Stock value is not getting updated in APO system From ECC automatically but if we do it manually from transaction CFM2 it will get updated.
    for this we are using EXIT_SAPLCSTK_001.
    I am using VL10A for delivery and VL06G for PGI
    I have also checked integration model for material and stock.
    Please help me out as it is very urgent.

    for transferring the stock data from R/3 to APO automatically, you need to have the integration model for material and stock activated.
    please check the same.
    if this does not help, let me know in detail the steps which you are following..

  • Data is not getting updated in table using RFC

    Hi Experts,
    In my scenario, I am calling one RFC using RFC receiver channel. After running scenario, channel is showing status that RFC executed successfully. But when I am checking tables in R/3 system, data is not getting updated.
    Moreover , when we tried to execute the RFC manually in R/3 system, that time data uploaded into table successfully.
    Could anybody tell me what would the reason that data not uploading into table when we send it through XI.

    as you have scenario with RFC receiver.. and as you mentioned that it not updating tables when run through PI but when you execute RFC manually tables got updates.. then following are the options you can check..
    -- if you check RFC communication channel and if everything ok on then.. this means that your RFC is getting triggered successfully..but as you said tables are not updated.. for this you can go to SXMB_MONI and check the log take payload after mapping.. and compare it with the input when you try to execute it manually.. I think the input when you try manually and input to RFC when you try through PI is different and that is causing the Problem.. you will be able to see the difference in input then check.. I think the problem is data and not RFC communication channel..so by using this you will come to know difference
    -- else if possible configure your ID in PI in RFC Receiver and then check and put breakpoint on ABAP side.. so that when PI will hit RFC you will get it in debug mode and able to see what is going wrong..

  • Leave approved in Portal is not getting updated in Infotype 2001

    I am using the standard WF - WS12300111 for Leave Request in the Portal.
    The workflow is working fine in the portal; Manager could approve / reject the leave request in MSS and it is updating the portal Team calendar and ESS Employee Leave details.
    However the approved leave is not getting updated in the Absence infotype 2001 in the back-end system.
    Could you help ?

    Program (SE38) - RPTARQPOST has to be scheduled in order to update the status of leave requests and post to PA2001 after they have been approved.
    Is there any other way ?

    For calls with status "New start called " will get updated in MHIS and for these call you will  only have the field scheduling status :planned date called " as marked . pls check

  • Picked quantity not getting updated in ERP outbound delivery

    I have an outbound delivery which is replicated from ERP to EWM. I have confirmed the Warehouse task for picking & completed PGI in EWM system. The status update has taken place in ERP delivery (i.e ERP delivery status shows that goods movement is complete and the distribution status shows processing of the delivery in the decentralized system is complete). However the picked quantity (LIPS-PIKMG) is not getting updated in the ERP delivery. How do i make this happen?

    Picked Qty in ECC will never get updated when do the PGI in EWM. I think, this field is not designed when delivery is distributed as system assume picking will be done in other system in this case it is EWM.
    But You can always refer VBFA (Document flow table) to identify the picked quantity if you are working z report or interface to send this information.

    We have installed SAP IDES for ECC6.0 using Oracle Database in our Windows 2003 Server. Everything was fine till we dicovered that the materials we create are not getting updated in the Database. When I checked SM12, the lock was created and in SM13 the data is still at initial stage as follows

    Can somebody explain why this is happening and how can i resolve the same?

    Hi Siddesh / Samrat,
    The logs are pretty low. Infact the system is 1 week old i.e. we installed it only a week back.
    I checked the SM 14 status.. it says Update is Active.
    I checked even the hard disk space and it shows 30 Gig free space..
    Please let me know anything else I need to see.

    The currency is not getting updated in the table VBAP. The currency was suppossed to be copied from the header table VBAK for a Sales Order. When the user creating a Sales Order the currency WAERK is not shown in VBAP table. VBAK-WAERk is in EUR . Does anyone know why is this happenning?
    Currency is maintained in the Customer Master, Material Master and Sales Org. Any suggestions?.
    Also it is happened for only one line item in a set of line items , Other line items did display the currency field.
    The net Value has data in it .
    The system is ECC 5.0

    Please apply the following notes (if they apply to your support pack level) and retest:
    1460621 VBAP-WAERK is deleted after the sold-to party is changed
    1426441 VBAP-WAERK deleted for subitems
    1493998 VBAP-WAERK deleted for subitems

    Item text (BSEG-SGTXT) is not getting updated in Payment document generated through F110.
    After generating the payment document via Transaction Code u2013 F110, system is not updating the
    Text field (BSEG-SGTXT) in the payment document with the text that we have entered in the Invoice (MIRO or FI Invoice).
    In case of manual payment (F-53) we can input the text manually hence that will get updated in
    payment document but this thing is not possible with F110.
    How can I update it?
    Is there any configuration for that?

    I've applied the two notes as recommended. However, when I run FBL3N for payment run items, the Text field is update with wrong data, i.e. not from the Text field in FB60
    Thus, I'll like someone to help me with what should exactly be done on the 'Step', 'Pre-requisite' and 'Substitution' side of the Substitution rule (TCode GGB1), I did not fill anything in the Pre-requisite box - is this right?

  • Delta Records is not getting updated in delta queus when changes done

    In Quality system , when a user makes a change to an order's ship-to address, the changes are "triggering" a delta record into the delta tables for BI to extract. This can be seen via tcode rsa3's delta tester.
    In Productionn System, when the user makes the exact same change, nothing is added to the delta table and the changes never come over to BI unless a full extract is request for the order.
    Why changes not getting updated, please give your inputs.

    Do you have your V3 update job active and running? THis job wites changes to the delta queue. Of course your datasource has to been initialized and a delta queue should be setup. You can check it in RSA7.

  • Product ID is not getting updated in SC Goods /Service field

    Hi Gurus,
    While creating shopping carts in EBP, we are able to find the Product ID from the Good/Service find option, but when we select the Product ID in the search, it's not getting updated in the SC Goods/Service field.Also when we try to find the Cost center / WBS using find button it's not going to the search area after software upgrade.
    Could you please suggest us why system is behaving like this.

    Also few of the Product ID's are getting updated from the search help to Goods /Service field of the SC and some are not getting updated. while debug the SC , we are geeting the error message as BBP_SC006, Its relavant to catlog. But we are not transfering the Product from catlog to SC item.
    The error mesage as: Good/Service & does not exist.

    After generating the payment document via Transaction Code u2013 F110, system is not updating the Text field in the payment document with the text that we have entered in the Invoice (MIRO or FI Invoice).
    While processing the document via transaction code u2013 F110, in the layout shown for the Invoices to be considered for payment (screen of u201CEdit Proposalu201D), text is not getting updated. When we pressed F1 at the Text field (Which is blank) we came to know that it is a u201CItem Textu201D with u201CTable u2013 REGUEu201D /  u201CField u2013 SGTXTu201D.
    In BSEG (SGTXT field) as well as BSIK (SGTXT field) we are getting the Invoice document with the text maintained in it via MIRO or FI invoice.
    But while processing the invoices through Tcode - F110, in the layout of Edit Proposal (Table - REGUE / Field - SGTXT) we are not getting the u201CText fieldu201D but getting the other data such as Doc. No.( Table - REGUE / Field - BELNR), Fiscal Year (Table - REGUE / Field - GJAHR) etc for processing the proposal which is getting shown in BSEG as well as BSIK.
    In case of manual payment (F-53) we can input the text manually hence that will get updated in payment document but this thing is not possible with F110.
    Can anybody guide me on getting the ItemText (Not Doc. Header text) in FI payment document after F110 execution?

    Have you refer OSS before arriving at the conclusion of developing ABAP program since the Item Text is a std. field of Std. Tcode - F110. Same should had been get updated while making the payment in reference to the Invoice which haves item text in it ?

  • Inspection lot  is not getting updated in quant

    Hi Experts,
    Need your help..
    I have posted two material doc with same material following is the consequences :
    1.we have immediate TO creation process , so now we have 2 TO's and 2 inspection lots.
    2.When i am doing UD for first inspection lot PCN does get created.
    3.Now i do TO confirmation for putaway for TR and then TO creation and confirmation for PCN and material is in bin.
    4.When i am confirming the TO(TR i.e putaway TO) ,Inspection lot  is not getting updated in the quant due to which i am not able to convert PCN to TO
    Because in quant i found previous inspection lot which is different from having in PCN document.
    So is there any solution which will update the inspection lot in quant once we confirm TO(putaway TO) ?
    Any help on this will be highly appreciated.

    Thanks for you help but now i going for below development :
    Once UD is done system will take the inspection lot from from the quant and will overwrite to the
       newly created PCN
    So that during PCN to TO creation (LU04) inspection lot will remain same both in quant and PCN .
    Do you have any idea on this i mean where in QA32 tcode i have to write this logic ?
