T Code CR11 & CR15 usage

Hi All,
Can anybody explain me the use of Capacity of work center in TCode CR11 and the use of work center capacity evaluation in TCode CR15.
My Actual requirement is like this.
I have a Maintenance work center in which 10 employees assigned.
I want to assign particullar employee to an operation in the order.
I want to evaluate the performance of each employee in that work center in a specified time.
How to do this. Plz explain.....

Hiii
Maven CR11 is used to create capacity. This function is same as you maintain it while creating Work center. Only difference is while creating it for Workcenter capacity is having link with work center. When you create it seperately, i do not have any idea whether it can be assigned to workcenter or not. I need to check it.
Transaction code CR15 is used for evaluation of capacity. You can use capacity evaluations to analyze capacity loads in your company. You can adjust the analyses for each user according to the planning level, planning horizon and the area of responsibility. Available capacities and capacity requirements can be selected according to various criteria and cumulated using any period split you choose.
You can use work center hierarchies to cumulate the available capacities of production work centers and their capacity requirements to superior planning work centers.
To assign a person to order operation just go to operation tab view of the order Select the order operation & click on internal button you will be on internal tab view for the order. There you can assign the person number.
You have standard time for the operation that you define at the time of the defining or planning the tasklist. You have actual time for the operation from AFRU table. You can develop report to compair these two times & get the performance of the person who is working on order operation & by colloecting all timings for all operation you can decide what efficient that person is.
I hope this will anwer your question. let me know if further you need any more information.

  • ISO code 3 character - usage in SAP

    Hello experts,
There is field "ISO code 3 character" which can be customised under t-code : OY01 [alternatively - SAP NetWeaver >> General Settings >> Set Countries >> Define Countries in mySAP Systems ('New Entries')]
It possibly can be entered in transaction OY07 also.
Can anyone tell about its usage in SAP? Once this is entered in customisation, where is this field available for entry/or where does this field show up? (e.g. once document type is configured, it is available for entry in FB01 header data/once trading partner is configured, it is available for entry in vendor master data)

  • Untidy HTML code and strange usage of Tags.

    RH8 HTML
I've been noticing over pretty much all of my topics that the HTML is quite messy, and various types of tags are being used.
Best example is the use of both the    <span style="font-weight: bold;"> and the very standard <b> tag being used to both achieve bold text, the same is occuring for italic text.
sometimes this is happening at the same time, example:  <b><span style="font-weight: bold;">Form Builder</span></b>
I'm using either CTRL+B or the Bold icon in RH to set off the bold text, and it seems to pick whichever tag it wants at random.
does this happen for everyone....is there anyway to lcean this up automatically somehow....I'm not looking to edit this all manually, and if its not broken I'm not going to try, but I like things to be clean, and this is not clean at all.
    Thanks,
    Nick

    Hi,
<b>,<i>,<small>, etc are not (yet) decaprated in HTML and XHTML F,T,S. See http://www.w3schools.com/tags/tag_font_style.asp, although I think that it's sensible to avoid these tags altogeher.
My solution to this untide HTML is avoid inline styling and above mentiond tags altogeher. Personally, I use span classes for every use, even though separate uses have the same styling, such as field names, page names, paramaters, etc. By creating a separate class for every use, you insure that you can easily change the style of a specific type.
This means ofcourse a rather large style sheet and you cannot use the styling options in RoboHelp itself. But once you're used to that, it actually saves you a lot of time. I've had to change some specific styles more than once and it's much easier to to change a style sheet, than change hundreds of topics with a Find and Replace or by hand.

  • Z- T code usage log table.

    hi All,
I am looking for T-code or program usage log standard table to fulfill my requirement.
Like I can get these values username, run date, run time etc.
    -Thanks
      Amit

    Hello Amit,
although it was not specifically meant for this purpose, transaction STAD is an alternative how you can check the usage of a Z-transaction.
    Usage of transaction STAD is:
enter the starting date / time
enter the length which indicates how long the server should be analysed from the starting date / time
in field "Transaction" enter the transaction name you need to check
    simply press <enter>
Transaction STAD contains a huge amount of information about program statistics, so the information won't be kept here for long. However, the amount of storable program statistics should be raised only with care, as it can give a huge additional load on the server.
    Best regards,
    Laszlo

  • Usage metering code

We need to include concuurent usage metering code to our Forte
application to limit the number of concurrent users which may start
our application to the number of run-time licences. The metering code
should allow usage to exceed the number of run-time licences provided
that such excess generate conspicuous user notifications of the need
to purchase additional Forte run-time licences.
Has anyone else implemented this sort of usage metering code before?
If so, how did you implement it?
    Thank you in advance.

Well, certificates have a best-before date, but I have never seen NLDAP

  • Bar Code Sample Example for Usage in Smarform

    Dear Experts,
We are trying to print the barcode on the Manufacturing Sheet and should contain the PART code, Serial Number and the Mfg. Date embeded in the bar code.
Can somebody share the sample  Bar Code Example for Usage in Smarforms.
I never got a chance to work on such development. We are getting different answers from our development partner and sould like to excersize this on my own.
    Appreciate your help
    Regards,
    Ravati

    Hi Ravati,  It's simple!!
Follow the example below for printing barcode in smartform .
There are some SAP standard barcodes(for ex.ARTNR,AUFNR ..etc) and also we can create our own barcode for it by using transaction code SE73.
    1. Steps for using existing barcode in Smartform
For Printing Barcode in Smartform, you need to have the style with barcode active in it. So define new style where the standard settings should define the barcode that you want to use in the smartform.
For example, For product information display I use the Style as ZMFG_BARCODE.
Create paragraph & character format as "P1 - Product Description". In standard setting of character format P1, select the standard or custom defined barcode. This will ensure the printing of Product Information in Barcode format.
Now Create Smartform with output options specifying style name which you have created with Barcode active.
Complete your smartform coding, and when you want to display the information in barcode, concatinate all the required information and enclose that text in character format like,
for Product Code assuming the technical field name as mara-matnr, it should be printed as below:
    <P1>&mara-matnr&</>
    2. Steps to create new barcode using SE73 - SAPScript Font Maintenance.
In SE73, Select radio button "System barcode" to create new barcode.  While creation of this barcode, you have to describe the new barcode, select technology new, barcode symbology and barcode alignment.
You may also chage the barcode parameter if required.
Now follow the same steps to implement this new barcode.
    Hope this will help you.

    Pravin

  • Item category usage - how to configure

    My client requirements are
Need a new Usage code (item category usage)
description =  "Included with System "
The users will use this to add items to the sales order as Free Goods but the revenue for the items is already embedded in the main item
    How to configure this?
Also are there any additional updates required to allow the usage code to be used ?
    Thank you!

    Hi
Usage indicator is something else. Just go through F1 help and see for what purpose we can use this field. What you are looking for is free goods configuration. This has been discussed so many times. Search with thext free goods and see if you find something. If you have some other requirement then come again with more explanation.

  • PP - QM: Reversal of the usage decision

    Hi Gurus,
We have completed Result Recording using QE51N transaction and Usage decision using QA11. It has posted a stock from QI to Unrestricted use. Now I want to take it back from Unrestricted use to QI. This needs reversal of usage decision (What I think).
Can you suggest me the proper way of performing the said transaction?
I will really appreciate your concern.

         Symptom
Goods movements, which were created from the transactions of the usage
decision, can no longer be reversed.

         document
         Cause and preconditions
Presently, the function is not provided in the standard system.
         Solution
The function is not provided in the standard system up to and including
         Release 4.6C.
When you do this bear the following in mind:
         1. Using the attached program corrections, stock transfer postings can
be reset for the usage decision. If it is possible to post this
document in the stock management, the inspection lot is also
corrected and the Quality Management Information System is if
necessary updated. After the reset has been successfully carried out,
the inspection lot, related to the stocks, has the status before the
first stock credit entry. The usage decision is not reset. If, after
the usage decision, further transfer postings are carried out in the
stock management which lead to the usage decision transfer postings
not being able to be reset due to missing availability, these
            postings must be reversed first.
         2. The goods movement is carried out in each case with the reversal
movement type (document neutral reversal). The original documents are
not reversed related to the document. This may lead to deviations in
            the accounting caused by valuation.
         3. Resetting postings for materials requiring serial numbers is not
            supported.
         4. With this correction program, you cannot reverse goods movements for
inpection lots for handling units (HU).
         5. Batch status changes which have possibly been carried out are not
            cancelled.
         6. Batches which have been created in the usage decision during a
transfer posting are not deleted. The classification of these batches
            is not changed either.
                                                                           Page 2
         7. Within the adjustment posting, in Release 4.x, the reference records
are also adjusted between the material document and inspection
lot. This can possibly lead to an incorrect description of the
reference type when displaying material documents for the inspection
lot.In Release 3.x, the reference records are deleted in order to
make sure that individual documents cannot be cancelled several
            times.
         8. The program does not contain any own authorization checks and should
be used with utmost care and ONLY after a successful test. The
program should ONLY be applied in exceptions and should not be part
            of the standard procedure.
         9. The logic implemented in the program for the generation of material
documents or for the update of inspection lot quantities and
inspection lot status should under no circumstances be be changed as
this might lead to inconsistent data. Since this is a program that is
not contained in the standard system, problems that are created as a
result of the program application can be dealt with as problems that
have arisen as a result of a customer modification.
To implement the program, proceed as follows:
         1. Create an executable program and copy the attached source code. Then
maintain the text for selection parameter PRUEFLOS by transferring
            the Dictionary text.
         2. If you a use a Release < 4.6, you must create the function group
ZQMB. In this function group, you must create function module
'ZQMB_QAMB_CANCEL'. Flag the function module as an update function
module (Start immediately) and include table interface parameter
'I_QAMB_TAB' (type specification LIKE, reference structure QAMB).
Afterwards you must include exception 'ERROR_DURING_UPDATE' and
            implement the attached source code.
         3. Use Transaction OMJJ to enter further entries in level 'Allowed
transactions' (table T158B) for transaction code 'QA11' (Record Usage
Decision). The movement types for which these entries must be created
are derived from the system settings for the goods movements for the
usage decision (table TQ07M):The reversal movement type must be
determined for every movement type that is entered in table TQ07M
with the key VMENGE01 - VMENGE09 and the corresponding entry must be
included in the above-mentioned table. You can use table T156N for
determining the reversal movement type:You can determine the reversal
movement type by entering the movement type (BWART) and function code
(FCODE) ST (BWART_NEXT).For missing entries, the system generates
error M7096 'Goods movement not possible with mvmt type &'.

  • Can a CIN be written for Visual Basic code

I've read about C code and CIN usage and seen references to other
languages such as Visual Basic (Visual Studio- don't have NET yet).
Is the only way to create a dll?

Don't confuse a CIN (Code Interface Node) with the Call Library Function Node in which you interface to a dll. A CIN is a c language function only. The Call Library Function Node can be used for any dll in which the parameters and calling conventions are something LabVIEW can handle. You can create these dll's which c, C++, VB, Delphi, etc. The pdf document "Using External Code in LabVIEW" that is part of the shipping documentation explains the differences between the two. You can also find app notes and example code here that might help.

  • Help me in usage of advanced queuing please ....

    hello all,
we are developing a network based application in java servlets and oracle 8i as database at the servers.
to transfer data as costomised messages we are using ibm mq series as middle layer on top of tcp/ip.
we want to replace ibm mq series with oracle advanced queuing.
i could not find any details regarding this latest feature
i want to know what are the java packages available to use this feature and how to use them
are they similar to that of ibm.mq package
can i have some sample code about the usage of them ?
please send me the details ......
    with regards,
    prasad

    Try the standard ORACLE documentation
Oracle8i Application Developers Guide - Advanced Queuing (AQ).
    There are also some examples.
Others you can find in $(ORACLE_HOME)\oci\samples

  • Sales bom usage

can some one explain me where sales bom is uned.
is there any  chance  where we can use it in a production process.

    Hi,
While using the material in each dept. the usage differs so for that sap provided this function. for sales bom is used only sales and also that material already exist in the plant. and mm bom the material has to procure from the some third party that all functionality will control throgh the maitaning bom usage.
You can use OS20 T code for the usage.

  • Segment Usage/Freespace by device.

I need the ability to monitor my segment usage by device in MB for data growth.  The scripts I have found/developed are not providing the information I need.   At a minim the devices are separated by data and index.  Would any one have a good script for this?
    Example.
    Database ScoobyDoo.
    database_name database_size
    ScoobyDoo 284536.0 MB
    reserved           data                 index_size    unused
    164417808 KB 92098352 KB   70607632 KB 1709536 KB
Segment            Device                                   PhyDvSize   AssignedDvSize        DataUsed    %Avail
    Seg_SD_Data    ScoobyDoo _Data1                 81920          81000                       79,999          0%
    Seg_SD_Data    ScoobyDoo _Data2                 81920          81000                       54,399          33%
    Seg_SD_IDX1    ScoobyDoo _IDX_Shaggy        30000          29500                       12,853          57%
    Seg_SD_IDX2    ScoobyDoo _IDX_Velma          30000          29200                       15,478          48%

    Here is the code:
    Select 'Segment Usage'
      select db_name(d.dbid) as db_name, v.name,
       "Data Size," = sum(size * abs(sign(segmap - 4))) *16/1024,
       "Data Used," = sum((size - curunreservedpgs(d.dbid, lstart, unreservedpgs)) * abs(sign(segmap - 4)))*16/1024 ,
      convert(varchar(10),100-ceiling(100 * (1 - 1.0 * sum(case when u.segmap != 4 then curunreservedpgs(u.dbid, u.lstart, u.unreservedpgs) end) / sum(case when u.segmap != 4 then u.size end)))) as '% data spacee avail'
      from master..sysdatabases d, master..sysusages u,
           master..sysdevices v
      where u.dbid = d.dbid  and d.status != 256 and
      db_name(d.dbid) not like '%model%' and
      db_name(d.dbid) not like 'temp%' and
      db_name(d.dbid) not like 'sybsystem%' and
      upper(v.name) not like 'TAPEDUMP%' and
      upper(v.name) not like '%LOG%' and
      v.vdevno = u.vdevno
    group by d.dbid, v.name
    order by d.dbid, v.name
