T. Code J1ID - Display Only

Hi Gurus....
When we execute T. Code J1ID, in it we can change everything....like Permanent Account No...etc..
But I want it...Display Only....
It has another T. Code for it....or any idea for it...

Hi,
If you want EXCISE tab & excise to be capture in MIGO t.code, then need to do following settings:
Select boxes of "EI capture" & "Post EI in MIGO" in MIGO Settings segment in Maintaining Excise Group setting in following path:
SPRO -- >Logistics general -- > tax on Goods Movements-- >India -- >Basic setting -- >Maintain Excise Groups
Also set entry of 101 MT for capturing Excise in following path:
SPRO -- >Logistics general -- > tax on Goods Movements-- >India -- >Business Transactions-- >Specify Which Movement Types Involve Excise Invoices

Help with Dynamic Code not displaying only ASP Shields???

Started working with some .asp pages today and it is not showing me the record set in the brackets. Like this {Recordset.Field} Only giving me the little ASP shield. Looks like this. I have search on google and in dreamweave in the pref's thinking something was not turned on. Can any one help this is driving me nuts.

I have been working with DW since UltraDev days and I have never had this issue. I did a fresh install of Win7 Pro and now I get this instead of the dynamic info in the window. I really do not think that it matters what view you are in. I do not want to se what is generated by the DB I just want to see what is supposed to be re-ferenced by the DB in the WYSIWYG.It should not matter if I am working in the Designer or classic or what I usually work in the Dual Mode
It is killing me becasue I can't apply style to the shields it won't let me.
If I run live view I get the proper info. displayed but I should get something like this in the WYSISYG window {rs_innentory.inv-LG-Image} not the damn ASP shield.
I know that I am missing something simple that a tick box or something....it is driving me crazy!

How to display only selected columns in the table on the tableview

Hi All,
I am displaying in the below tableview the data from the SFLIGHTS tables in the tableview using flow logic. It displays all the columns in the database table. How can I set in the code to display only selected columns and not all columns.
Also, in these columns displayed I want to make the key columns of SFLIGHT as non editable and the rest of the columns in SFLIGHT editiable. Can you please kindly share the code to implement this.

I will explain little bit more in detail..
We are trying to have a Mapping between JobTitle and Portal-ID/Name in our database. so for the Portal-ID/Name instead of having a textbox for the user to enter, we want to have a list box which displays all the roles which were created by users (only) - that is I mean custom roles not the roles provided out of the box like useradministration,systemadministration etc.

ESS attendance/absecen category code display only

Hello,
We need to displays only the attendance code only with no textual description when recording time.
When recording time for the employee through MSS (historically known as "ESS in MSS") using Java iview Approve Working Times in Business Package for Manager Self-Service (SAP ERP) 1.4. works OK we can see it displays the attendance code only with no texttual description.
But is not the same case when recording time directly from ESS using iwiew CATS regular/Record Working Time in Business Package for Employee Self-Service 1.41 is not OK beacise it shows code + textual description.
Is there a way in configuration or user-exit could change the ESS recording time displays the attendance code?

By the face of the heading I am unable to understand your requirement.
However I am answering this with an assumption that while you do an F4 search help for searching the cost centers and at this juncture you don't want all the inactive cost centers to be supprssed.
If my assumption of your requirement is correct there is no standard functionality available. However you can customize your search help with an ABAPer who can code the display of values as per your requirement.

How can I display only one value of a field with two or more values?

Hello Tim, would barely fit in this situation since this code resides on the client’s interaction side of things. I’d recommend using JavaScript for this matter, e.g. var Data_FName1 = document.getElementById(‘Data_FName1’).value;. If you still opt for using CFML, then you’d go for proxying your JavaScript code to a CFC.

Displaying diff dates using PL/SQL expression for 'display only' item ?

I am having a display only item -- :P2_FROM_Date . If its Thu,Fri,Sat or Sun I want to set the date as the last Monday's date . If its Mon,Tue or Wed then it should be the present Monday's date .
E.g: Today is Friday and the last Monday was on 18th .
So for yesterday , today,tomorrow and Sunday , the date should be displayed as 18-JUN-2012.
From the coming Monday to Wednesday , the date should of be the coming Monday i.e , 24-JUN-2012
I tried it doing under 'Source ' of item using PL/SQL expression and PL/SQL function body. Not working
Can someone help ?

Setting values to Display Only item during AJAX request

Good Morning!
In a master-detail form, in the detail report, I am populating two columns SERVICE_TAX_PCT and SERVICE_TAX_AMOUNT by making an AJAX request after selection of ACCOUNT_CODE. Values are populated with out any issue.
However, as soon as I make those two fields as Display Only, the values are not getting set. Is there a way to set the values to a field in the same time it should be restricted for user to change it?

DISPLAY ONLY CUSTOM MESSAGE WITH SRW.MESSAGE

Hi.I created a report with Report Builder 9i.I also created two form parameters of type date.I put inside the validation trigger in the property inspector the following plsql code.

*"Please Enter Dept ID"*

Agree with your point. I can't use any code (that is client requirement). Also, still I use, I can't use it in this scenario. I want to display most visited lists and libraries (in last month or lifetime). I can use managed properties such as ViewsLifeTime
and ViewsRecent to sort it If i get the names of lists and libraries. Let me know if this clarifies the question more and you have an idea about it.

Data model 0G: No authorization for entity type Account (Company Code) - activity Display

I have a problem with authorization in MDG-F.
I want to create Account with Collective processing. After, entered Entity type, Edition and Chart of account, Blocking message "Data model 0G: No authorization for entity type Account (Company Code) - activity Display" is displayed.
But, i checked in PFCG transaction, for this user profil, activity are : create or generate, Change and display. So, for me , it is correct.

Hi Heri,
the system behavior is correct. The account in company code consists of three entity types:
1) COA - Chart of Accounts (Type 3)
2) ACCOUNT - Account (A-Segment, related to ECC table SKA1, Type 1)
3) ACCCCDET - Account in Company Code (B-Segment, releated to ECC table SKB1, Type 1).
3) includes 1) and 2) whereas 2) includes 1). If you grant authorization only for 3) but not for 1) and 2), you cannot do anything.

When you are doing fieldcatalog,comment ws_fieldcat-do_sum = 'x'.
if you comment that it wont display totals.
use sort
i_sort type slis_alv...
clear ws_sort.
ws_sort1-spos = '1'<position of field>
ws_sort-fieldname = 'matnr'.
ws_sort-up = 'x'.
append ws_sort to i_sort.
pass this i_sort to FM

Custom infotype - issues with conversion class - making fields display only

I created the custom infotype 9008 using t-code PM01, created conversion class ZCL_HRPA_UI_CONVERT_9008_XX and assigned it to screen structure ZHCMT_BSP_PA_XX_R9008 in the view V_T588UICONVCLAS. Coded the methods IF_HRPA_UI_CONVERT_STANDARDOUTPUT_CONVERSION and IF_HRPA_UI_CONVERT_STANDARDINPUT_CONVERSION. I'm trying to make some fields display only within the method OUTPUT_CONVERSION dynamically. Coded the check class ZCL_HRPA_INFOTYPE_9008 with business logic.
Everything seems to be working fine when I test using the test tool through t-code PUIT_UI.
When I try to create/modify 9008 record through PA30, the code in the methods OUTPUT_CONVERSION and INPUT_CONVERSION is never getting executed. The control is not coming there at all. The fields are allowing input. Any idea why this is happening.
We are on ECC 6.0 and at service pack level SAPKE60035. Couldn't find any relevant SAP notes as well. Appreciate your help in this regard.

The input or display only attribute of table contorl fileds

HI,experts
in the program there is one parameter p_recount.
in my table control ,there are 5 columns, f1 f2 f3 f4 f5
f1 f2 f3 is display only, and if p_recount = 00.,f4 f5 may input but if p_recount != 00.
f4 f5 also display only.
and when i push the "new" button,all the 5 fileds are input fields.
when i use LAY OUT to set attributes for the fields,the input/output attributes may not change
i think.
if there is some way to do this in the program use code?

Hi you group the fields F1,F2,F3 in a single group1 named 'GP1'. and f4,f5 in group 'GP2'..
you also create a another group 'GP3' having all fields.
now in PBO.
