Hi all,
I created Table.Iam getting table data fine.In that table displaying Emp,Customer,Vendor data .Iwant to display data different tables by using
tab strip ui element.
If any ody have idea plz help me reg this.

ABAP Webdynpro - onAction Enter not active on last tab control in View

Ladies and Gentlemen, learned colleagues,
I'm developing a WDA application which contains 3 views, the middle one of which is utilising a tabstrip. With certain fields required to be filled in before continuing, I want to have the application do a field check for the fields in the displayed tab on press of the 'enter' key. This event is triggered on the first 3 tabs, but not on the last one, and I cannot proceed to the next view, as the mandatory field check is failing.
Any thoughts would be greatly approciated.

If i understood ur requirement correctly., i think for input field in onEnter u call a method., so for input fields in the first 3 tabs u called that method., and in the fourth tab may be u forgot to call the method in onEnter for input field. pls check that.,
Intead of that., u can check at tab level., first u fill all the fields in tab1 and when u press tab2 check whether tab1 fields are filled., if filled then go to tab2 else display error message to fill all fields., do this for remaining also.,

Input field in a table view control

Hi,
    I have a table view control, with input field in one of the columns.
    That is meant for entering some values.
    My problem is when i am entering a 3 input field with value and then by   using     mouse control i enter say 20th input field with value. After that when i use the directional keys to enter the 21st field, the cursor is not in 21st field, it is somewhere else.
How to correct this problem.

How to get color in the final row of table view( table control)

Hi,
iam having a table control displayed with 10 records as output,in that i need to provide a color for the final row since it is total inorder to show difference from other records.

Total sum to be displayed in a table view control ?

Hi,
it should work once you are restricting the capacity of the out put port then it should provide that much rows only otherwise its a Bug.
Alternativily you are tellin to disaply using sorting then add a Sort operator to the output port and the display ur output port in down order.
But first option should work just check it again.

Create Table/View with Validity Date Control?

Hi,
does anyone know the easiest way for me to create a custom view that uses validity dates to control records by time periods, similar to time constraint 1 infotypes in HR?
For instance, if I define a table to store entries like so
Client (Key): 100
PSubArea (Key): C001
Grouping (Key): 01
End Date (Key): 99991231
Begin Date: 18000101
and I want to ensure that there can only be one record active on any given date, how can I prevent someone from creating a record from 20061107 - 20071107 that overlaps the existing record?
Is there a setting I missed?
Add conditions to generated view coding? Is there a good example?

i am unable to display the contents in the table view control in screen painter....actually i have created two screen one to take input and second to display details on next screen in table view control..but i m nt getting that details...

RSS Table View with Tab Bar Code Error

I created an iphone app with a navigation controller that has a table view which displays an rss feed. My client wants it able to display multiple rss feeds through a tab bar. I have attempted several times and have messed up. If anyone could help me with this it would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Guy, and welcome to the Dev Forum!
I would recommend starting as follows:
1) Start a new project with the Tab Bar Application template;
2) Open MainWindow.xib and select Window->Document from the IB menu to make sure the xib window (the icon winow) is visible;
3) Locate the "View Mode" switch in the upper-left corner of the xib window and make sure it's in the Center position to display a 2-column table showing the view hierarchy as a tree of small icons to the left;
4) Expand the Tab Bar Controller branch, then delete (select and Edit->Delete) each of the two view controllers under the Tab Bar Controller. The only child of that controller should now be the Tab Bar;
5) Open the Library window (Tools->Library), drag a Navigation Controller into the xib window and drop it when it's on top of the Tab Bar Controller icon;
6) Repeat step 5 until you have as many nav controllers (one for each RSS feed) as you want (for this example, assume 4 RSS feeds);
7) The Tab Bar Controller should now have 5 children: the Tab Bar plus the 4 nav controllers; if not, drag the nav controllers until each of their icons is shown indented under the Tab Bar Controller just as the Tab Bar is;
8) Expand the first Navigation Controller branch, and expand it's Root View Controller; you should now see that root controller's Navigation Item;
9) Select the nav item, open the Attributes Inspector (Cmd-1), and change the Title to "RSS 1 Root";
10) Repeat 8-9 for the remaining 3 nav controller branches, so the root views will be labeled "RSS 2 Root", ... "RSS 4 Root" respectively;
11) Save the xib, return to Xcode, and click "Build and Go". The project should build and run without any warnings or errors. If not, return to step 1 and try to see where things went wrong.
Let us know if you need more help after you get the above skeleton app working. The next step will be to change the class of the "RSS 1 Root" controller to the class of the first table controller in your original project, and to add that controller's xib (you can delete FirstViewController.h/.m and SecondView.xib by selecting each in the Groups & Files tree of the Xcode project window and selecting Edit->Delete).
Please avoid the temptation to merge the above steps into your original project. In my experience, moving each of your files into the new skeleton, and testing at each buildable stage will reduce the chances for error while making it easier to spot any incompatibilities in your old code. The process shouldn't involve touching any of your XML parse or table display code, but you may need to override some additional table view controller methods such as viewWillAppear:
Btw, in case this hasn't been discussed yet, be aware you'll face a major decision soon: When tabbing to feed no. 2, what happens on the return to feed no. 1? If the user will return to the same detail view that was last displayed, you might need lots more memory and there will be lots more to go wrong. If the user will return to the home menu, the whole project will be much simpler. Estimate your effort accordingly.
Also be prepared for your client to say something like this during beta: "Oh... one or two of the links in feed no. 3 might be a mp3 or mp4 next month. That won't be a problem, will it?".

View Aquired Image in a Tab control

In order to conserve space I would like to view a live image, aquired from a 1409 board,in a page of a tab control. Also to decrease cpu usage I have set up a Low Level ring. I have tried sending the image to a picture control, but the image is choppy (even if I slow down the loop). My image is perfect in a Vision Window, but this cannot be used as a control on a page. Any suggestions?

Bruce has the right idea, try making a child panel and use WindShow to hide or show the display....Attached is an example I wrote using multiple boards and displaying two images on the pages of a tab control...I hope this helps.

You create and distribute a model in BD64. The details of that are stored in this tables.
A model gives you the details of the sender / receiving systems and what are the message types that are getting transferred between these systems.
Regarding the IDOC segments issue, can you explaing how are you triggering the IDOC and which message / idoc type you are dealing with.

919: Column count replaces query count when opening table/view/etc tab

I don't know whether this is intentional or not, but I have just noticed that opening a table or view tab from the connection pane replaces the existing query count message with the query count from the column query. For example, opening a table tab for a table with 14 columns sets the query count message to "All Rows Fetched: 14".
This is not a big issue, but adds to the aggravation of only having the latest query count message, rather than one for each SQL Worksheet.
Is it possible to find somewhere on the SQL Worksheet that we can put it's query count message (for example to the right of the execution time)?

I am happy for querying the columns of a table/view/etc to display the fetch count of the columns, although I am rarely interested in how many columns there are in a table/view/etc.
However, I already find it frustrating that the query count is only for the last fetch - it can be very useful having the query count for last fetch per SQL Worksheet. Having the last fetch overwritten by opening a table tab only makes it more frustrating.

Suppose user wants to delete one particular record(sales details) from that table view while entering this sales details .here i want to know which is that particular row that the user selected. Table views which property keeps this row no information. i am very glad if you people give me more information abount table View Controls .

You would have to use the outbound plugs to transfer data from your component to the other component. Here you have a parameter IV_DATA_COLLECTION. Fill the entries you want to fill here.
Check the Sold to Party pop up while creating Quotation for Sales cycle when you log in with SALESPRO.
