Tabcontrol transitions between tab with mouse gesture ?

Hi
Can we create a tabcontrol with gridview in tab, and when we can scroll gridview and tabcontrol with mouse hold and move ?
Example :
Tab1 Tab2
1 2 5 6
3 4 7 8
When we hold and move mouse Up-Down gridview will scroll in tab.
When we hold and move mouse Left-Right we will see tab transtion
Tab1 Tab2
.. 2 5 ..
.. 4 6 ..
Tab navigation will dependent where we release mouse.
Exactly i want do something the same app screen smart phone, exclude it can scroll in Up-Down in a page.
I'm researching in Google but now see anything sample like this.
Please help me.

Often I close tabs using middle mouse button which is also the wheel. When I point cursor on the tabs, wheel accidently rotates and I close wrong page tab.

You can't disable the tab scrolling with the mouse wheel AFAIK, so you need to use other means to close the tab.<br />
You can close the current tab with the close X on the tab or one close X at the end of the tab bar or use the keyboard with Ctrl+W.<br />
Not selected tabs can only be closed via the right-click context menu as an alternative.
Otherwise you can try to set the minimum width of a tab to a larger value to have more room with the scrolling.

Can't scroll between photos with mouse anymore?

I am just beginning to use iPhoto 08, and have noticed that now when I am viewing one of my photos, there are no arrows to move on to the next (or previous) photo as there was in iPhoto 06. Also, I remember there used to be a bar of images across the top of the screen so that if I was viewing one photo and wanted to move on to the next one without exiting back to the menu, I could just click that photo.
Has this functionality been removed with iPhoto 08? Is the only way to scroll between photos (when they're being viewed in the window) to use the keyboard arrow keys? Or to exit out of the picture view and back to the main menu of pictures?

Here's the difference:
When you double clicked on a pick in v6 it brought you to edit view: A strip of pics across the top and the right/left arrows lower right, all in the main window.
To do this in v7 click on the edit button.
Or: iPhoto -> Preferences -> General -> Double click photo: and select 'Edits Photo'

Problem with mouse gestures on an iMac

all of them work except the double click with two fingers to bring up mission control, for some reason it just doesnt work

Option 1
Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Choose to Rebuild iPhoto Library Database from automatic backup.
If that fails:
Option 2
Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. This will create a new library based on data in the albumdata.xml file. Not everything will be brought over - no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your albums and keywords back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one. .

I was forced to upgrade hate it, lost most of my apps, can't get tabs to work, can't change tabs with mouse, can't close tabs,
UNLESS i go to the tab group and then I have a button to close the tab or change tabs but that is a huge pain. Yes i have opened
tabs mix plus and checked all the appropriate boxes, closed, reopened, rebooted nothing works

I changed the about:config to make the rotate gesture move between tabs, and it worked great for well over a year. Now it behaves erratically as described here:

It used to be very controllable to move one tab over, now it is erratic and moves quickly and to unexpected tabs regardless of how slow I do the rotate gesture. This is the main reason I use Firefox over Chrome and I would like to continue to do so unless there is no fix to this.

Just set the browser.gesture.twist.threshold to something around 15-25.

When I open a "pdf" file in new tab with middle mouse click. After few second my mouse will not able to scroll in page that I read. But it will be able to scroll only after I click to any opened pdf tab and click on pdf document and click back on previous tab to continue reading. It is not only happen on my laptop also on my desktop too. (winxp 4gb/8gb ram core2 duo 2.66)

The first two problems (box cycling from element to element on page, scroll bar returning to top) can be caused by a stuck (or defective) Tab key on the keyboard. Such damage can be caused by a liquid spill; just one tiny droplet is enough to short a wafer switch under one key.
The last issue (black box, white text - sounds sorta like a debugger window) I haven't seen, but could be caused by something similar.
To check for that, try using a different keyboard. If you're using a wireless keyboard, turn it off and see if the oddities stop.

I was able to switch between tab groups on Firefox 4 with ctrl-`, but not on Firefox 5; why?

I updated yesterday from the most recent version of Firefox 4 to Firefox 5 on Mac OS 10.6.7. On Firefox 4 I was able to switch between tab groups using ctrl-` (I loved this feature—I find the mouse-based interface clunky). Now that shortcut either does nothing or shows all tabs at once, as if they were in the same group (although, if I use cmnd-shift-E, the panorama view still shows several groups and if I choose one from there, only one group's tabs display).

I am also using Firefox 5 and this shortcut works for me.

Whenever I scroll my tabs with the mouse scroll wheel the tab focus changes from the page I'm currently on to the tab being scrolled to. I usually have a large list of tabs open and I depend on being able to scroll tabs without changing page focus to keep myself organized.

You can create a folder with the home pages by using "Bookmark All Tabs" to open a specific page.
You can place that folder on the bookmarks toolbar or use the Bookmarks menu button that you can find in the toolbar palette to get access to that folder easily.

I'am using Mozilla firefox nightly version in Windows 8.1 .... after starting the Mozilla all toolbar options, minimize, maximum buttons works fine. but as soon as i open a new tabe the (minimize, maximize, close) options do not work with mouse left button clicking. I have to click taskbar "nightly icon" to minimize or close the browser.

Currently Nightly is not a supported version and is changing each day, however please also to not be discouraged to try to start Firefox in Safe Mode to make sure it is not an add on as well as file a bug in bugzilla.mozilla.org.

To burn a DVD with iDVD from the latest version of iMovie, you have to export the movie using the Export button and select 480p as the size. Open iDVD and start a new project, then drag that exported movie file into the iDVD menu window, avoiding any drop zones you see.
