  • What HFM Table contains the Hyperion Financial Reporting Modify Date

Does anyone know the name of the HFM table that contains the Hyperion Financial Reporting Modify Date field of a Report?
    Thanks!
    Edited by: user2609991 on Sep 1, 2009 8:49 AM

    1. no "HFM Table" stores any information about Financial Reporting reports. Financial Reporting is part of the "BI+" / "Reporting and Analysis" product, so if there was any information to be found in a relational database, it would be in the BI+ schema not the HFM one.
    2. Oracle / Hyperion do not support customers trying to build their own relational database integrations directly into product repositories. To interact with the BI+ product (e.g. to extract modified by dates of FR reports) you should read up on the API and write custom code using that API. More information can be found in the Developers Guide here http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/E10530_01/doc/epm.931/hs_developer.pdf and in the "javadoc" documentation that comes with the BI+ product.

  • List of Oracle Reports run through Oracle Portal.

    Hi,
It's possible that I am posting my message to a wrong Forum. If that's so, please let me know (and the correct forum too).
I have several Oracle Reports that are run through Oracle Portal (when user clicks a link for a report). I want to get a list of all such Oracle Reports in one go as I need to modify all of them. At the moment, to get the actual report name that I need to modify I am following the steps below.
When I am at 'Oracle Reports Security' page (in the Portal) where there is a section 'Reports Definition File Access',
    1. I click list icon without entering any value in the box. It shows me a list of all report definitions.
    2. After selecting a report definition, and clicking Edit, it shows me 'Manage Component' page. There are several links available. One of them is 'Edit'.
    3. I click 'Edit' and it shows me the actual 'Oracle Reports File Name'. This is the file I need to work on.
But instead of following the above steps for each of the several reports I need to modify, is there any way, say by running a SQL query, to find out the actual Oracle Reports file names?
The 'Manage Component' page shows 'Run Link' and links for 'PL/SQL source'. I tried to search for the schema name and package name in the database (by connecting as SYS user). However, I found neither the Schema not the Package.
Hope my question is clear. In brief, I want to get a list of Oracle Reports file names that are run through Oracle Portal.
Any questions, please let me know.
    Thanks and regards,
    Manoj.

    Jim,
Did you ever try to add Reports portlet as an item, so that user can click on each item to customize/schedule the report? You can have 50 of them, if that is what you really need.
Any reason why you want to create custom user interface, instead of using this vehicle that Portal provided by default?
You mentioned "The report Portlet ... does not allow customization." Actually, it does. You can do it by clicking on the Customize link of the Reports portlet.
    Hope this helps,
    -Jeff

  • Tracking Discoverer Reports Usage, which table contains that?

    Hi there:
Just wondering if anyone here knows which table that contains the discoverer reports. I'd like to come up with a list of all reports that have been created, when they get created and also how frequently they are used.
    Thanks
    Hui

Here is a query to identify workbooks:
    List of Workbooks
    SELECT doc_name "Workbook",
    doc_developer_key ,
    doc_description "Description"
    FROM eul_owner.eul5_documents
    WHERE eul5_documents.doc_name LIKE '%&enter_workbook_name%'
    ORDER BY doc_name
With respect to workbook usage, try this:
    SELECT a.QS_DOC_OWNER USERNAME,
    a.QS_DOC_NAME WORKBOOK ,
    a.QS_DOC_DETAILS WORKSHEET ,
    MAX(a.QS_CREATED_DATE) LAST_USED
    FROM EUL_OWNER.EUL5_QPP_STATS a,
    EUL_OWNER.EUL5_DOCUMENTS b
    WHERE a.QS_DOC_NAME = b.doc_name
    GROUP BY a.QS_DOC_OWNER,
    a.QS_DOC_NAME ,
    a.QS_DOC_DETAILS
The Oracle Discoverer 10g Handbook in appendix A discusses many of the EUL tables.

  • How to list all reports in Infoview

We have over 2,000 reports avaiable in Infoview. We can see the reports via the CMC.... and we would like to export that list to Excel or at least get a list of all reports available in InfoView on paper.
Ideally, it would be nice to know the last time run and who ran the report as well.
Is there a method to list all reports or a SQL query that can be run to show all report names?
    Thanks!

Sorry to say I don't know anything about the Query Builder, but will do some research on that and the Auditor.
And though I appreciate the suggestion of VBA and Excel. I am not familar with VBA/Excel to pull this one off. -nor could I tell which one on that page you are referring to as the link goes to the BOB and does not narrow down what in that forum works.
I am surprised this task is not so straightforward and requires Excel and VBA.
    thanks again.

  • How to list all reports with details for when it was last run by whom?

    Hi, Expert:
We are running BW3.5. I need to create a report to get a list of all reports (including queries, workbook, web report) with the details of on which day was the report last executed and which user ran it.
Is there any report in bussiness contact provide this information?
I was tring of using statistic cube 0BWTC_C02. Is it the right cube to use?
I was setting up filter by characteristics "Process Type OLAP" including only values of "Execute Query/Navigation Step" and "Query in WWW", also by characteristics "Object Version" including only value of "Active". Will these filter get correct data?
Can someone please tell me what the following date/time fields mean? e.g. when it is executed, changed, data captured?
    Key Figure: "Start Date"
    Characteristics: "Calendar Day"
    Characteristics: "UTC Timestamp"
    Thanks,
    Jenny

    Hi,
This below help link provides a detail description of each and every field of 0BWTC_C02.
Also it gives details about the calculated key figures like "when the query was last run" etc.
Check if all your reports based on InfoCubes and are the statistics ON for those cubes or reports?

  • How to find the list of all queries on each and every cube in the system???

    Hi All,
I need some method to get all the reports(queries)(technical name and description),run on all the infocubes in the system. The number is very huge...roughly...on each cube there are near about 40-50 reports and the number of cubes is also too high.
Is there any table or function moudle which can make this job easy and less time consuming.
Freinds I need this solution urgetly. Please rush back...
    regards,
    minal

    Hi Minal,
RSZCOMPIC table lists queries built on the cubes.
COMPUID is an ID of the query.
RSZELTDIR table contains description of the reporting elements. DEFTP field equals “REP” designates queries.
Search for  RSZELTDIR-ELTUID = RSZCOMPIC- COMPUID. Field MAPNAME will contain a tech name of the query and TXTLG field – its description.
    Best regards,
    Eugene

  • Table that lists InfoAreas, InfoProviders, Queries

Does anyone know if there's a table that I can get to in SE11 that has a list of Queries in the system?  I would like to get a list of all the queries on our system grouped by Infoarea and Infoprovider.
    Thanks
    JP

    Hi,
table RSRREPDIR directory of all reports
OBJVERS 'A' and 'D' give the infos you needed !
If you restrict the selection for 'A' you will see all (only) the active queries ! Or do you want to see only the custom ones ?
    or
Another way to display all active queries assigned to cubes/MultiProviders is to go to transport connection (rsa1) and then from menu chose Goto --> Where-used list and then pick your InfoProvider. You will then see all created queries and assigned workbooks. You are also able to see structures with assigned queries

  • Table/program/Report to list down all fields in a query.

    Hi BW Gurus,
Is there any table/program I can use to list down all the infoobjects used in a query. (like all free characteristics, fields used in coloumns, rows etc).
    Thanks in Advance
    Neha

    Hi Neha,
    One very easy way is:
Run a program RSRQ_QUERYDEFINITION, give a query name, check all the checkboxes and run
The program details the the query object. Transaction - RSRTQ
I am sure you will like this way
    There is another way....
    Tables RSZELTXREF and RSZELTDIR.
    Take an excel.
Go to RSZELTXREF. In SETUID give query technical definition name like (ASFWDSVD.....).
    Run.
You will get a lits of TELTUIDs.(ie a lis of records)
Copy all TELTUID' in column in excel.
Now copy these TELTUIDs as multiple values in RSZELTXREF in SETUID
Again copy all TELTUIDs and append it to the existing records in Excel.
Keep doing this until you get no records in RSZELTXREF.
Now your TELTUID column is ready.
Take all these values to RSZELTDIR and coopy them to ELTUID as multiple values.
In the default hint, it will show you your characteristics and key figures
After you get the answer, please close the question, marking it solved and rewarding appropriate points. There are star icons to do this. This will help others to find right anwers and appreciate community members for their help
    Hope this helps,
    Best regards,

  • Is there a List of all Oracle R12 EBS Standard/Seeded Reports?

    Hey,
Does anyone have a list of all Oracle R12_ EBS Seeded Reports in the system?
    - Particularly for Finance and/or Purchasing modules
    - Ideally with additional information and details regarding what each report contains (a general description or all the fields it includes).
I can only assume there should be a document that lists them all out by module, and includes details of each report. I dug through the document library, but was not able to find anything like that.
Even a list of report names per module would be nice?
If there is a perfect query that brings in the exact Active Report Names and associated Application Name / Module Name that would work too... (emphasis on perfect: Comprehensive, correct, and includes names of relevent Application and/or module)

  • Reporting In Service Manager 2012 - How To Get A List Of All Service Requests Regardless of Status

Within the Custom Reporting Options available to users of Ssystem Center Service Manager 2012, which would one use to create reports that do not contain any agregated data but are instead detail level info such as a list of all Service Requests reardless
of status?  I want to include within the report the same data you see on the main page of a Service Request when you double-click a Service Request within Service Manager and it pops opne the details of the Service Request.
I'm trying to get the following info for each Service Requests
    SR ID (i.e. SR1234)
    Affected User
    Title
    Description
    Priority
    Source
    Area
    Support Group
    Assigned To
    Created By and Created On
I know the cubes w/Excel offer a great way to get data for a **piece meal report or for getting agregated data (I.E. counts, sums, avergares, Max's & Mins) but I need a report that has zero totals and no agregations.
    Thanks
** A piece meal report is a report that has to be manually pieced together by combining data from others reports and other sources because no single report can be constructed to bring all the data togethere into a single report.  If you've ever
worked with an accountant taht uses Excel for everything but who has no idea how SQL or databases in general are deisgned then chances are you've either been asked to create a piece meal report for them and or seen them do one them selves when they open a
spreadshet and dump into it disperate data from a variety of sources and then ask you why you can't automate that same report for them.

the following thread covers some good SQL queries to get details about the Incident Request, just amend them to cover the Service Request

  • Need a way to retrieve list of all tables through a RFM

I wish to retrieve list of all tables through a RFM.
I know the table DD02L contains a list of all other tables. I can call the RFM RFC_READ_TABLE with table name DD02L or DD03L as an input parameter. I do not wish to do this way as the table name DD02L might get changed in a future release of SAP and break my external C program.
The question is - is there any other RFM that would return the list of tables and their properties. Does SWO_QUERY_OBJTYPES or some other SWO_QUERY_* RFMs can be used?
    Any useful info is appreciated.
    Thanks

    Thanks Ramiro.
If I relay on TFDIR table to get a list of function modules, what are the chances that SAP will rename or get rid of TFDIR in a future release of SAP? I wish to avoid using undocumented interfaces as do not want to change my program in the future.
