Tachometer in WAD 3.5x - to show Avg of all values in the Data provider

Hi All,
I am creating a tachometer in WAD 3.5x.
Actually the requirement for the tachometer i want to design is that it should display the Average value of the data column that is displayed in the dataprovider(which is a view in this case).
My view (Data Provider for tachometer) contains only one data column, and its Result row contains the Average value for the data column. But when I run WAD, the tachometer doesnot read the result row, instead it reads each of the individual rows and creates a pointer for each record. Whereas as per my requirement, the tachometer should display only a single pointer depicting the average value of all records.
I am trying to suppress all the single value rows and display only the result row in my view, am unable to do so.
Any help would be much appreciated

Just quick thought just try with the swap axis and do the table cross verification..

As per the help in my RnD it is working but it is 7.X Wad just try it in 3.5 hope fully it will works for you..if not please excuse..

There is a bug in Mail triggered by receiving a password-protected PDF as an attachment. According to reports, the bug is fixed in OS X 10.8.5.

G/L A/C OUTSTANDING SHOWING CLEARED IN ALL ITEMS ON SAME DATE

Dear Expert
G/L A/C outstanding documents are showing cleared transactions in all items category
using the same date in FBL1N.
To illustrate in detail when we click on the radio button with
open item with date 17.11.2009 i m getting certain uncleared
documents, now when I am using the radio button with all items with
same date i m getting all those docs which were uncleared showing
cleared.While in the database documents are showing in BSAK table only.
What are the causes for the same .

The items that you are questioning most likely were cleared after 17.11.2009. When you run FBL1N for open items with key date 17.11.2009, SAP will show you all items that were open as of that date - even if the items have since been cleared. When you run FBL1N for all items, their clearing status is displayed as of the current date. For example, if an item was cleared on 18.11.2009, then it was open as of 17.11.2009, but is cleared as of today.

HT204266 app store continually shows '1' but all apps up to date

I have an iPhone 3GS, after installing Real Racing 2, after installing version 1.13.01 (H491), the Apple Apps store continually re-displays a '1' notification, even if I go in to it, it shows 'all apps up to date', has anyone else had this problem? I have not contacted firemint yet, does installing iOS 5 fix this problem?

Tried that, tries a soft reset, and a hard reset, no luck. Funny thing is, my other iphones and IPad work fine, its just the Iphone 5.

Why the tree show different while i use XML and XMLList as the data provider

Go to HTML tab. You will see all the data providers on top. You can delete the unused ones there.

Description is showing for blank key values in master data

Hello experts,
I have loaded master data text. In general the first record of master data will be blank. But my case its showing description (short, medium) for blank key value.
Could any one help me in this matter?

Hello,
Did you check the data source for this in the source system and check in RSA3 or in the underlying tables if anything like that is mainatained...if its a full load then the same thing may get loaded again even if you have changed it in BW.
May be you can try to write a condition in the update rules on not to load the records with blank keys.
If there is no such records in the source system then you can change the master data in the BW and make the text as blank.

Can I have the dock show up on all monitors at the same time

As the topic beckons ... is it possible to have the dock show up on all connected monitors at the same time ?
Currently I have a setup with 2 external monitors apart from the main iMac monitor. Both external monitors are connected via thunderbolt and I'm running MacOS 10.9.4.
I know I can get the dock to appear on any of the external monitors by hovering with the mouse on the secondary/tertiary monitors where the dock "should" be, after a few seconds the dock appears. However I'm looking to have the dock present at all times on all monitors, with each monitor running separate spaces, nothing mirrored or duplicated.

If you want this split screen thingy for a single app, do like captfred suggests or see if the app itself supports some sort of splitting, like MS Excel.

Show a graph without (or hiding) the data set inside the report

Hi everybody,
I created a report very simple with 3 columns:
1) description
2) minutes (number)
3) calculated field (varchar) - where the minutes are transformed in a string which shows weeks, days, hours and minutes
Then I created a graph, initially based on the minutes (Y axis) and the descriptions (X axis)
Now, in my report I'd like to see only 2 columns: the description and the calculated field, but if I delete the column 'minutes', also the graph disappears.....
So, my question is this: Is there a way to hide the minutes column in order to show ONLY the description and the calculated field but at the same time show also the graph (where Y values are always the minutes) ?

thanks for your response.
I created a fragment-based flow and dragged it onto the main page as a region component. The main page contains the panelAccordian with its showDetailItem's. Each of the showDetailItem components of the panelAccordian contain such a region component.
Now I set the partial trigger's property of the region component pointing to the showDetailItem component which contains the region but nothing changed. The graph is still not visible at the first click on the detailItem. I also set the trigger's property of the region component pointing to the panelAccordian but also nothing happens.

IF i use the TEXT related with filter,the workbook become bigger.
In BEx analyzer 3.5 you had the possibility to remove query results from your workbook before saving it.
Any idea's how you can do this in the BI 7.0 Analyzer?

App Store showing updates but all apps up to date

App Store icon on iPad is showing there is 1 update, but when App Store is launched all apps are up to date (there are no updates to be applied).
iPad has been sync'ed with iTunes and everything is up to date.
iPad has been restarted after updating to iOS 8.1.1.
App Store continues to display "1" in update badge.
What to do now?

Accordion not showing up at all in IE6

I have a standard accordion set up at

and it works fine in Safari and Firefox, but does not show up at
all in IE6 (the initial load of the text bits flashes up, but the
Spry re-work of the code seem to fail). I'm using Spry 1.6.1,
freshly updated for DW CS3.
The accordion display a standard RSS XML.

Well, it seems to be a bug in the handling of the XML file
contents. I fixed it by changing the code in SpryData.js to force a
"manual" parse of the XML code. Not a good solution, but I don't
know the codebase well enough to find the root of the problem. I
know that the firstChild.nodeValue is "Object required" but I can't
figure out who sets that and why. Maybe no ActiveX object?

According to your description, you want to show the append changes history of a column in Reporting Services. Right?
In Reporting Services, we don't have a feature to show the change history of a column. However, we can have workaround on SQL level. In SQL Server, we have tables: inserted table and deleted table which contains the recently inserted and deleted records.
In this scenario, we can create a trigger in your database. Once you insert rows into the table, it will be triggered and get those inserted rows. Then insert those rows into another table. Now we can create one more dataset based on this table and display
these inserted rows in our report. This might be the most effective workaround for your requirement. Please refer to a similar thread below:
