Tag commisioning - error

Hi,
when I try to do tag commisioning
I see: ERROR: no data saved
I don't see anything in the application weblog (ABAP stack)
is there any other place I can check ?
Regards,
michal

Hi Michal,
The transaction SLG1 will help you analyze the errors as it maintains log of every transaction you carry out in AII.
If the RFC destinations are incorrect then the log is not maitained this is my observation.
Because while working on Auto Id test tool kit in Easy access menu if you try to simulate the PML/ALE message and give wrong RFC destination System says " Message send Successfully" but log is not mentioned.
I believe in your case lets say your Autoid communicates with the ABAP engine through RFC AIN and you maintain path prefix as <b>/sap/scm/ain</b>(this is the http service to commincate with Device controller with PML/ALE format). So when you carry out the tag commissioning in Autoid **** pit, the RFC destination maintained against the Device Controller in RFID device settings (easy access screen) gets called and if you have maitained path prefix as /sap/scm/ain or any other wrong path prefix it expects the message format of the respective type which you are not sending when commissioning through Autoid cockpit. This gets resolved by mentioning what i said in my earlier mail.
I hope this helps. please ask doubts so that it helps me understand my lack of understanding if any.

Amit Deshpande

  • Resource registration is failing - Couldnt run method tag. Error in execve

    Hi,
We have solaris cluster setup with two nodes and a resource group exists which contains a zfs resource which could be mounted on to one of the nodes in the cluster.
Our application is installed on one of the directory in the zfs file system. The file system and the application would be to be on one of the nodes and if somethings goes bad, it shoud failover to other node.

Are there other logs than /var/adm/messages to check for errors ?
What is causing this error ? Any help is appreciated.
    Thanks in advance!

See if adding the execute permissions to the scripts solve the problem.
In general, I just use the SUNW.gds resource type directly rather than use the agent builder. If you want to build something a little more complex, then I would recommend sub-classing the SUNW.gds agent. There are a number of Oracle supplied agents that do this, for example, the HA-LDoms, and HA-obiee agents. Have a look at how they work.

  • Tag Library Error

I am using Jdeveloper and BEA Weblogic 8.1 application server environment.
I have custom tag and tld file for the tag. When I try to compile it , I am getting this error which just points to the begininng of the jsp file which uses the tag.
    Error: java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: javax.servlet.jsp.tagext.TagAttributeInfo.<init>(Ljava/lang/String;ZLjava/lang/String;ZZ)V
I've tried searching online and found that it may be caused by the the wrong jar reference in classpath. I've tried adding whole bunch of different versions of servlet.jar to my classpath in the project properties but I am still getting the same error.
    Please advice
    Mikhail

I've tried putting weblogic.jar into the web-inf/lib folder and also added library reference in the project properties but that did not fixed it.
I still receive this error in all jsp files where I have a tag:
    Error: java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: javax.servlet.jsp.tagext.TagAttributeInfo.<init>(Ljava/lang/String;ZLjava/lang/String;ZZ)V
Here's the content of my simple tld file:

  • Internal Tag Stack Error

I have a Bible reading app from Olive Tree, I have recently installed a new bible translation and now when I open the app I receive an error - "Internal Tag Stack Error: Tag Stack too deep" The only option given is to press OK but then the error repeats. Any clue what this is or how to avoid this problem?

    Try resetting your phone:
Press the sleep/wake button & home button at the same time, keep pressing until you see the Apple logo, then release(ignore the slide to power off). If you get the same error again, delete the app from your phone & then reinstall it.

  • GoogleSearch WSDL and "Bad envelope tag:  definitions" Error

Hi folks - I'm at my wits end with this. I'm dynamically accessing a WSDL, generating and compiling the stub code, loading it in via reflection, and trying to use it's methods.
Now, it seems whatever I do I get a "Bad envelope tag: definitions" error when I invoke the remote method. This occurs whether I do the invocation through WSIF, Axis api, or just using reflection and only using Axis for the type mapping.
Obviously this is a complex situation, but any help anyone can provide would be fantastic.

    Message was edited by: Lee
Just to further embellish - its a SaxException, and the WSDL doc and web service I use to practice is the standard Google one. Thanks.

    >> Does anyone have any experience of intergration with Tririga or has come across this error before?
Yes, I worked with TRIRIGA and its Business connect API.
    Question:
Why do you use SOAP Axis adapter not SOAP Adapter? Is there any reason for it?
This issue seems to be at your end not at TRIRIGA side.
Suggestion: Please specify wsdl url properly in your SOAP receiver CC.  Also first import wsdl and test via XMLSPY or soapui client and see how that works. Then go for PI unit testing.
Are u using runNamedQuery? or something?
I would use PROXY to SOAP Synchronous for this.
    Just my few cents.

    Hi,

  • Vim "No tags file" error with python

I'm trying to get vim set up for python IDE stuff, but when I ctrl+] on a method or anything else, I get a "No tags file" error. I have the TagList plugin installed. Is there anything else I need to do to set this up?

You need the "tag file" before you to use "ctrl +]".
To get the tag file run this command "ctags -R *"  in your source files' directory.

  • Tag Query error when assigning mode in Link Editor

    Hi,
I am receiving the following error when I run a transaction that contains a Tag query.  In my transaction I have set the tag query mode to be defined by a local property via the link editor.  Then when I execute the transaction I get the following error:
"[ERROR] [TAG_QUERY_WRITE_TAG]com.sap.xmii.Illuminator.logging.LHException: Mode parameter was not found or is malformed"
    I am on version 12.1.8 Build(43).
I import the project into MII 12.1.4 Build(53) and the transaction works as expected.
In the new verson of MII is there a bug utilizing the link editor to set mode?  Or is there a specific way it wants the mode linked. (e.g. specific case)
    Additional details:
I am trying to use the CurrentWrite mode.  I have tried setting Current mode via the link editor and that isn't working either.
    Any suggestions?
    Thanks,
    Justin

    Hi Mike,
Please correct me if I understand the logic incorrectly.  But here is what I am thinking....
I have configured my transaction to have this flow:
    String_List_To_XML_Sequence --> Repeater_TagValues  -->  TAG_QUERY_WRITE_TAG
    The String_List_To_XML_Sequence would contain String_List_To_XML_Parser_TagValues & String_List_To_XML_Parser_TagNames.
With this flow the logic would say that I will be running a seperate tag query for each tag value.  So if I have 100 tag values that I want to send, I will run 100 tag queries.  This doesn't seem the most efficient.  Also if this is how you were thinking I would configure the transaction then I could use the following links:
    Target Xpath: TAG_QUERY_WRITE_TAG.TagValue.1
    Expression: String_List_To_XML_Parser_TagValues.Output{/Rowsets/Rowset/Row[#Repeater_TagInput.CurrentItem#]/Item}
    Target Xpath: TAG_QUERY_WRITE_TAG.TagName.1
    Expression: String_List_To_XML_Parser_TagNames.Output{/Rowsets/Rowset/Row[#Repeater_TagInput.CurrentItem#]/Item}
With this configuration updating 10 tags takes 2 seconds:
    [INFO] Statistics [Load = 35 ms msec, Parse = 35 ms, Execution = 2015 ms, Total = 2067 ms]
With my old configuration updating 10 tags took 700 ms. (original transaction on 12.1.4 Build (53)
    [INFO] Statistics [Load = 11.137 msec, Parse = 224.113 msec, Execution = 451.78 msec, Total = 736.62 msec]
Please let me know if I interpreted your thoughts incorrectly.
If there is a way to utilize only 1 Tag Query, then I am not sure how the transaction flow should be configured.
    Thanks for your time,
    Justin

There are a number possible reasons for the error "runtime failure in custom tag
'process'" for WLCS 3.11 and 3.2. You might check the following:
    1) Make sure that WebLogic Server 5.10 SP6 is installed correctly and that
weblogic510sp6.jar and weblogic510sp6boot.jar are at the fronts of
    weblogic_classpath and java_classpath, respectively.
    2) Check to see if weblogic-tags-510.jar from WebLogic Server 5.10 SP6 is copied
    to %weblogic_home%\lib\weblogic-tags-510.jar.
    3) The WLPS database is corrupted for reason or another. Rerun the appropriate
    database script at \weblogiccommerce\db\cloudscape\create-all-cloudscape.bat or

  • Unable to unlock tag; causes error and crash!

I am running InDesign CS3 and newly installed OSX 10.6.4 on a GS5 Quad-Core Intel.
I'm having difficulties with a multipage file that I created and tagged. It has produced an error message during packaging. And if I continue to package the file for print (which it will let me do) and then try to open the newly packaged file, InDesign crashes with the following message:
"Cannot modify elements that contain locked content, or are contained by  locked content. Please unlock or check out the content and try again."
Here's the curious part:  I happened to notice that one of the tags in the "Structure" panel seems to point to content in my document that does not really exist. In other words, I double click on the tag and a box is highlighted in the actual document; yet, the box does not highlight with either selection tool, directly. Additionally,  there is no indication that the "content" there is locked, so I'm not given the option to unlock either the content or the mysterious tag, which I would like to delete.
I've never had a problem like this until recently, which leads me to suspect that my new operating system is not speaking to the CS3 version of InDesign!
    Has anyone encountered this before?
Is there a work around? Or, am I doomed to scrap my very complex and otherwise completed document and rebuild the whole thing????
Any insights on this would be greatly appreciated!

I was not able to unlock or delete the errant tag; however, saving an .Inx version seemed to eliminate the problem of crashing and the error disappeared. Good enough for my purposes!
Now, I can proceed with my print deadline.
    Thanks a lot!

  • Custom tag: Compilation error

I created a simple class for a simple custom tag. Whenever, I tried to compile, I got this error message:
    package javax.servlet.jsp.tagext does not exist
    Here's what I did:
    javac -classpath c:\jakarta-tomcat-5.5.9\common\lib\servlet-api.jar com\app\mytags\errorTag.java
I'm using J2SE 5.0 SDK and Tomcat 5.5.9. In addition, I also included the servlet-api.jar in classpath.
    Thanks so much,
    Raja

    Here's what I did:
    javac -classpath
    c:\jakarta-tomcat-5.5.9\common\lib\servlet-api.jar
com\app\mytags\errorTag.javaUnless you have put com/app/mytags/errorTag.java into that jar file, that isn't what you did. If you did, the compiler would complain that it couldn't find errorTag.java. Because you don't have a classpath entry where it might be.
