    START-OF-SELECTION.
    if kkber1 = '  '.

  • Wrong TDS percentage is showing in TDS Certificate for partial payment

The TDS percentage is not showing correctly in the TDS certificate for partly bill payment. While adjusting the advance payment with partly bill TDS amount is adjusted with the payment correctly but while calculating the percentage system is not calculating the advance part of the TDS and printing the wrong percentage in the TDS certificate. For example –
The Total Bill amount is 10000/-
    Advance payment amount is 1000/-
    Assume TDS percentage is 10%
    Partial payment amount is 2000/-
    Description     Base Amount     TDS     Percentage
    Total Bill          10,000          1000     10%
    Advance          1,000          100     10%
    1st part Payment 2,000     190       9% (Wrong)
Rs. 10 is adjusted with the TDS advance. So the TDS percentage should be 10%.
In TDS cerficate the TDS percentage is printing wrongly. ERP Version we have 4.6C and CIN veriosn 40A.

  • Payment for Absence Days in Off Cycle

    Hi,
If an employee is to be absent during future payroll periods, for example, because of leave, you can pay the employee in advance for the period of the absence. The remuneration is calculated using Absence Valuation in Off Cycle Payroll.
I facing problem in this to determine payment for Absence for Calendar Days = 22.
The formula is Basic Salary/30 Days*Absence Day (Calendar Days).
I tried changing the PCR X011 but the value is not determined.
Can any Expert guide me to resolve this issue.
I have one more doubts, If payment is made in Off Cycle for future Absence Days, then when regular Payroll run, system automatically reduce the Absence Days and pay for the remaining days.
    Regards,
    Ram

    Hi Sikindar,
    Thanks for the reply.
Customer want every month the Calendar Days as 30 Days and 22 Days for two set of Employee Subgroup.
    The formula is below;
ESG PCR 3 = Basic Salary/30 Days * No of Abscence Days (Calendar Days)
ESG PCR 2 = Basic Salary/22 Days * No of Abscence Days (Calendar Days)
You mean to say we can create two constant for two set of Employee Sub Group.
Pls. see the screenshot of Table T554C.
Now guide me how to write PCR for this.
    Regards,
    Ram

  • TDS Payment entry after Go-Live.

    Dear All,
My client goes live on 01.04.2014. In their legacy system they used to pass entries related to TDS payment is like

    TDS -- Party B ---  200.00
    TDS -- Party C ---- 300.00
                 to  Bank a/c --- 600.00
From this they used to get report like vendor wise TDS payment in their legacy system.
Now my issue is how can I post this entry in SAP , where I can get Vendor wise TDS report. I know that if we will follow TDS cycle as per SAP standard then we can get the report from J1inmis. But here I have to make payment entries after go-live where I cannot follow TDS cycle for cut over entries/data.

  • TDS Payment Issues

    Dear All,
I have made down payment request through F-47 transaction code and down payment made by Transaction code : F-48  and TDS is deducted at this point. There after I made invoice through MIRO / FB60 in which TDS is again deducted for whole invoice amount. How it will adjusted this TDS payment which T Code we will use for clear TDS payment
At the time of create remittance challans system has taken both amount
so in short TDS is getting deducted at time down payment and at time of Invoice for their respective full value.
    Appreciate all expertsu2019 help ASAP
    Regards
    SAPCO

    Hi
When you book the invoice that time in header go withholdind tax tab and there you can give base amount and TDS amount . i.e. your advance is 10000 and your tds deducted amount is 1000 after that when you book the invoice your invoice amount is say 50000 so that time you deduct tds on 40000 so go to header and Withhilding tax Tab and put the base amount 40000 so tds will be deduct on 40000. Also there you can put the TDS amount manually so that can TDS not calculate automatically.
To do that check you Withholding tax type SPRO >IMG>Financial Accounting (New) >Financial Accounting Global Settings (New) >Withholding Tax>Extended Withholding Tax >Calculation >Withholding Tax Type > Define Withholding Tax Type for Invoice Posting    and check that in CONTROL DATA W/Tax base amount is ticked & manual w/tax amount also ticked
Follow the above process your problem will solve

  • TDS adjustment  for MIRO Invoice MM Period Closed.

    Hi Experts,
We Have got issue wrt TDS entry in the system.
Our client plant has entered downpayments for a vendor and deducted TDS on the same for the Period from Sep 11 to Dec 11
The HO has already remitted the TDS Payments to the Government. (Outside the system)
Meanwhile the MM Period is closed for the Period from Sep 11 to Dec 11 ( the Current Period Open are Jan 12 and Feb 12)
Now they want to post MIRO Invoices in the system, but as the MM Period is closed they can enter invoices only for the current period.
How can they adjust the TDS amount posted against downpayment and MIRO Invoice ?
also should they not deduct any TDS on MIRO Invoice or Deduct TDS and Adjust the invoice using F-54 ?
Also should we make remittance challan in the system for Sep 11 ?

  • [Incoming Payments for WTax] Primary Key not exist in DB

While performing the TDS upgrade, I am getting an error message as "[Incoming Payments for WTax] Primary Key not exist in DB".
I have checked that the sheet conforms to the instructions provided in the Upgrade guide but am not able to resolve this.
    Any ideas?
    Regards,

    Hi,
It seems to be some field in the TDS upload Excel sheet which has primary key field not having the correct value.
Double check the same where Primary Key if linked with some value in other sheet, enter the same.

  • Prepayment generates doauble payment for third party payments

    Hi All,
The business scenario is to release house loan disbursement through payroll. So tried the following
    1.     Created a Payment Method of Third Party Payment Type
    2.     Created an earning element of third party payment type.
    3.     Created a contact for the employee for which third party payment needs to be done.(Payment Percipient Check Box ticked)
    4.     Attached the third party payment method to the employee mentioning the contact name to be paid.(Also normal payment method for salary transfer). All are bank transfer.
    5.     Attach the Third party element to the employee and mention the enter mandatory input Values.
    6.     Run the quick pay for earning element only. (By selecting only one element)
    7.     Run the prepayment
    8.     In pre payment amount will be paid twice one in regular bank transfer account and another in third party payment type account.
We are using international payroll. How is this possible ? Is it a bug or expected functionality ?
    Best Regards,

    Erik,
Boy, this is unusual. I would recommend opening a service request with Oracle support and see what they say. There is a credit card/procurement card process in EBS 11, but it is more of a workflow type of thing. Would not be tied in to purchase orders. That is the hard part. And to get a credit card invoice where some stuff is for matching to POs and some is for non-PO stuff. You might be better off making a PO a requirement for everything. Otherwise you might have a mess on your hands. Or you could revise your process to use the Oracle workflow process and require the appropriate approvals for paying the credit card bill items. That basically takes care of what purchase orders are doing for you, in requiring some kind of approval process. Something to think about.

    Hello,
I encountered an error in the Payment Wizard screen as I was creating an Outgoing Payment for petty cash expenses. On the “Recommendation Report” screen, I clicked “Non-Included Trans.” and saw that one of the vendors (Vendor Code: WILCO) has the following error:
“The document amount is greater than the max. amount allowed in the payment methods linked to the BP”
Upon checking, the “PCF-W” Payment Method linked to WILCO does not have any restrictions, nor does WILCO have any credit/commitment limit set. I have also appropriately defined the Dummy Business Partner Bank (under Payment Terms) as well as checked the “Included” box for PCF-W on the Payment Run-Payment Methods screen.
Could anyone please help me on this?

PS - have found other posts indicating that clips smaller than 2s or sometimes 5s, or "short files" can cause this. Modern style editing often uses short takes ! Good grief I cannot believe Apple. Well I deleted a half a dozen short sections and can export, but now of course the video is a ruined piiece of junk and I need to re-do the whole thing, the sound etc. which is basically taking as much time as the original. And each time I re-do it I risk again this lovely error -50 and again trying to figure out what thing bugs it via trial and error instead of a REASONABLE ERROR MESSAGE POINTING TO THE CLIP IT CAN'T PROCESS. What a mess. I HATE this iMovie application - full of BUGS BUGS BUGS which Apple will not fix obviously, since I had this product for a few years and see just hundreds of hits on Google about this error with disappointed users. Such junk I cannot believe I paid money for it and Apple does not support it with fixes !!!
If anyone knows of a GOOD reasonably priced video editing program NOT from APPLE I am still looking for suggestions. I want to do more video in future, but obviously NOT with iMovie !!!

  • How to set up automatic payment for the purchase order

    Hi, All,
I have one question how to set up automatically payment for the Rent Office purchase Order?
There is the requirement from the client. They want to create one kind of purchase order for the Office Rent, then pay the fees in the certain time of every month to the vendor for the rent fees without any invoice. Whatu2019s the normal solution for this kind of purchase order? Is it ERS? Or something else?
Please give me the details and business flow. Also please tell me how to setup in the SAP and T-code.
    Thanks in advance

Either you can set up ERS or you can pay directly from the FI side.
    Prerequisites
Evaluated receipt settlement must be flagged in the purchase order item.
The vendor must be flagged as being subject to ERS in the vendor master record.
The goods receipt must refer to a purchase order.
Goods-receipt-based Invoice Verification must be defined for the purchase order item.
A tax code must have been maintained in the purchase order item.
The order price of the materials may not be an estimated price.
If you flag a vendor as being subject to ERS, the system sets the ERS indicator as a default in each item when you create a purchase order for the vendor. You can prevent this happening for certain vendors by flagging the info record for the material and the vendor as not being subject to ERS.
In Purchasing, you can delete the default ERS indicator in a purchase order item.
Choose Logistics Invoice Verification ® Automatic Settlement ® Evaluated Receipt Settlement (ERS).
    The selection screen appears.
You can use the following criteria to narrow down selection of the transactions to be settled:
    Company code
    Plant
    Goods receipt posting date
    Goods receipt document
Fiscal year of the goods receipt
    Vendor
    Purchase order and order item
You can define the selection criteria for the invoice documents by:
    Delivery
    Purchase order
    Purchase order item
    Goods receipt document
    Credit memo
    Invoice
    Currency
    Choose  Execute.
The system issues a log for Evaluated Receipt Settlement, which displays the following:
    Settled
In line with your selection criteria, the system displays all the order items that were settled (or if you are working in test mode, which would have been settled).
    Could not be settled
In line with your selection criteria, the system displays all order items for which ERS is defined but could not be settled. It also lists the reasons.
If the system reports being unable to invoice a transaction, you should exclude the transaction from ERS to avoid it being included in the log the next time ERS is run.
Select the item and choose Exclude from ERS.
The system also generates and possibly sends a message to inform the vendor(s) about the transaction settled, depending on the settings in Customizing.
You can display the following environment information for the order items selected. To do this, choose Goto ®:
    Display purchase order
    Display invoice
    Display material document
    Display long text
