Ted Norder Jr: When I was downloading my Picture in to Adobe Photo Elements 12 it came back said it could not import all the photo's because there was not enough space. Now here is the problem, when I download of my i-phone it deleted everything on my I-Photo's now I have no pictures because of this issue!! Why do I have to buy more space in the cloud, this is not what I bought when I made the move to Photo elements 12?
Hi Barbara B, Thank you very much for helping me with my query. Since the program that I want to use is a trial, I thought that maybe I would have to wait 30 to be able to download it again. I'm grateful to you for letting me know that I was wrong because I am supposed to take some digital scrapbook tutorials with friends over the holidays. Thanks again, and Merry Christmas!

I tryed to install the new version of itunes, but when it was downloading a pop up popped up and it said 'the older version of bonjour can not be updated. please contack your support group.' what do i do?
(1) Download the Windows Installer CleanUp utility installer file (msicuu2.exe) from the following Major Geeks page (use one of the links under the "DOWNLOAD LOCATIONS" thingy on the Major Geeks page):

(2) Doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file and follow the prompts to install the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. (If you're on a Windows Vista or Windows 7 system and you get a Code 800A0046 error message when doubleclicking the msicuu2.exe file, try instead right-clicking on the msicuu2.exe file and selecting "Run as administrator".)
(3) In your Start menu click All Programs and then click Windows Install Clean Up. The Windows Installer CleanUp utility window appears, listing software that is currently installed on your computer.
(4) In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any Bonjour entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:
(5) Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try another iTunes install. Does it go through properly this time? -

You don't "download" iCloud. It is built-in to devices running iOS5 or above.
You set iCloud up on iPhones, iPads and iPod touch. You should know when you set it up, there is no record stored anywhere of when you did that. -

I just upgraded to iPhoto '11. When it was finished many pictures do not appear. I have a black box but the information for the picture is still there. Some are raw and some are jpeg. Also lost all albums. Can anyone offer assistance? Using iOS 10.7.5
Apply the two fixes below in order as needed:
Fix #1
1 - launch iPhoto with the Command+Option keys held down and rebuild the library.
2 - run Option #4 to rebuild the database.

Using iPhoto Library Manager to Rebuild Your iPhoto Library
1 - download iPhoto Library Manager and launch.
2 - click on the Add Library button and select the library you want to add in the selection window..
3 - Now that the library is listed in the left hand pane of iPLM, click on your library and go to the Library ➙ Rebuild Library menu option.
4 - In the next window name the new library and select the location you want it to be placed.
5 - Click on the Create button.
Note: This creates a new library based on the LIbraryData.xml file in the library and will recover Events, Albums, keywords, titles and comments. However, books, calendars, cards and slideshows will be lost. The original library will be left untouched for further attempts at fixing the problem or in case the rebuilt library is not satisfactory.

Why can't we see the details of a picture or video taken with our iphone or Ipad? Detail like when it was taken the picture or when the movie was filmed. I think that this very very important for our memories.
Yes, I know that, but it was easier to see it on the Iphone self, like the other company phones. The name of the picture taken should be the date when it was taken.

Back up your iPhoto library, Depress the option (alt) and command keys and launch iPhoto - rebuild your iPhoto library starting with the first option and trying others until you are succesful

When I was editing a picture that I reposted on instagram, I hit the edit button and then a white screen appears and randomly shuts down. I have also noticed that my iPod has been crashing about every single 30 minutes! Please help!
The iPod crashing when editing a photo is a known bug in iOS 5.1.1.
For the other problem.
Try the following:
- A reset. Nothing is lost
Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Restore from backup
- Restore to factory settings/new iPod.
If you still have the problem that indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order -
I can no longer download music from itunes store. It happened when I was trying to download songs dragged into a playlist. I tried to download more than one at a time. It stopped. Now I cant download at all. Even rebooted my machine.

I just don't understand why I still can't download new videos as I've deleted the software I installed and I've changed my camera settings back to what they were before when I could download into iPhoto. I perhaps should have mentioned it's iPhoto '08 version 7.1.5. Is there any way of putting iPhoto back as the "default download and view" programme?
It could be as simple as longer (larger) videos - iPhoto does not always handle larger video files well

iPhoto is not a download and view program - it is a photo management database program that imports photos - Image Capture is a download program - Preview is a view program
The default program to download your photos is set in the preference panel of either iPhoto or image capture

My program closed on me when i was downloading videos
it just closed on me when i had 9 videos downloading and that thing popped up "send error report" or whatever and i did and then it closed on me. i lost all my files that were downloading and i spent money on them and i dont even get redeemed?
