Terms of Sale changed Canadian Store
Any one understand exactly what the deal is with the new terms of sale in Canada? Purchases or rentals from the iTunes store are available only in Canada. Are they trying limit the use of app's which I may have purchased (like browsers, etc) to use in Canada??? I have a question into Apple.com, but expect to get usual canned reply which never addresses the actual question.
If I am going to be limited to Canada, for something I have purchased, then I am going to be EXTREMELY steamed!

Sounds like a nasty pickle. You could try and external vendor for renting/buying movies for the meantime.
It's most likely some "political" or "economic" reason that big companies are never required to address to the end user.
We are but human and have no real choice do we? We could all complain, sometimes companies get wind on this and change thier policies, but more than not we wast our breath.
*Most likely the issue arises from different rating standards/restrictions between the two countries.*

Try going to the bottom of the Featured tab in the App Store app on your iPad and tap on your account id, tap on 'View Apple ID' on the popup and log into your account, and then select the Country/Region section and select Canada.

I'm traveling in the US, I want to download something, but it tells me I am not authorized to use to US store. How do I switch back to Canadian store?
Launch the App Store app. Tap the featured tab. Swipe to the bottom of the screen and tap on your Apple ID. Tap View Apple ID. Enter your password. Go to Country/region. Change the store in that setting.

Go to Settings > iTunes & App Stores > tap your Apple ID: > View Apple ID > Country/Region. Even if it says it's already in the UK in the country/region secction click on it and select the UK again. I ran into that problem before and some how by clicking on the US again it worked.

Ok I don't understand why this sign that says "Terms and Policy of App store has changed!" So it tells me to go agree the new terms and policy. After i did that it returns to the App Store where i was before. And only like ten to five seconds it appears again! I just dont know what to do! Can anyone help me?!
Sign out of iTunes and sign back in and try again. The issue is being reported as being solved....

What worries me is this phrase: "You agree not to use or attempt to use the service from outside of the available territory."
Does that mean I dare not view 30 second previews on iTunes Store USA or UK?? In this case I am "attempting to use" . What are they going to do? zap my Mac? Ban my account?

MichaelThis is not new; it's been part of the terms of the iTunes Store for quite a while.
I'm no lawyer to interpret the language of the Terms of Use with any legal opinion you can count on, but the "use the service" usually is taken to mean attempting to obtain any of the content, not just looking at the site (something I doubt Apple could legally prevent since the iTunes Stores are more or less "public" sites). Note that the line specifically refers to "purchase".
Beyond that, there's not much anyone here can say since few if any of us are lawyers. For just viewing previews, though, I would suggest you not worry about it. I strongly doubt Apple would or could take any action just for someone viewing previews on iTunes Stores in other countries.

You need an account in the US, a US credit card and billing address, so if you have an account, then go to Settings > iTuens & App Stores > Apple ID > View Apple ID > enter password > Country/Region to change country.
