Testing application module in jdeveloper 9.0.2

Question

I have created the following view:
create or replace view emp_dept_vw
( empno, ename, job, hiredate, sal, comm, mgr, mgrname, deptno, deptname) as select
e.empno, e.ename, e.job, e.hiredate, e.sal, e.comm, m.mgr, m.ename, d.deptno, d.dname
from emp e
, emp m
, dept d
where e.mgr = m.empno and m.mgr is not null and e.mgr is not null and e.deptno = d.deptno
i have created an entity object with wizard within jdeveloper9i
i have created an view object with wizard within jdeveloper9i
i have created an application module with wizard.
Problem:
while testing the application module i saw that the application module does not retrieve any rows
instead of 14 rows wich the view returns in sqlplus(Oracle8i EE release 8.1.7.2.0)
my emp looks like this:

You can switch to US english by modifying ${jdev.home}/jdev/bin/jdev.conf and adding the following two lines:
AddVMOption -Duser.lang=en
AddVMOption -Duser.region=USThanks,
