Text problem on websites

Question

Could someone who has a new intel imac please go to adobe forums

and see if the text in the forms is all jubbled up. I mean most of the text is overlapping each other making it impossible to read. Mostly on the links but also on the body of posts.
for the record i tired using safari running on rossetta still no go.

Months of trying to not notice it, I finally sat down and (sort of) figured it out.
Problem 1: -webkit-font-smoothing:none;
Developers have found that they can mess with font antialiasing now available to them through CSS. For whatever reason, they would rather not have subpixel antialiasing and use Webkit's powers for evil, changing our pretty text to the garbage we now occasionally run into on our screens.
Problem 2: -webkit-transition:XXX;
Animating with CSS. This is what makes sites like Youtube all screwy. Generally it's something silly like making a tooltip fade in or a panel to move around.
Until Apple actually decides to correct it, there are a few band-aids to throw on the problem by writing a custom style sheet ( Safari>Preferences>Advanced>Style sheet ). Here's what I have:

Not an ideal solution, but it's a place to start.
