The system resource is halted

Question

When i run the program below with SQL*Plus then it does not has any response but the CUP is 100% used, i have to stop the process "oracle.exe" by myself, then SQL*Plus show me "ORA-03113 end-of-file on munication channel", what is wrong with the problem?

Hi Daniel,
actually i got many geometry objects that cause the serious error. Now i have to transform these objects to which just contain straight segments, after that fewer error occur. I will try to find thoes objects causing problem and i wonder if this is the bug of the oracle spatial or is the problem of the geometry data though i have validated them.
