The only way to do what you want is to log into your wife's iTunes Store account on your iPad. Doing this will lock you out of your account for 90 days.

I have an iMac running Mavericks 10.9.4 I also have about 30 Kodack photo CDs that I wish to convert from PCD to Jpeg but Mavericks will not see the files, they are grey. Is there any way to convert them or must I do it on another machine?
KaibiliPhoto used to support the PCD format up to a few years ago. It's extremely frustrating that Apple decided to no longer support this format and now I'm directed to pay nearly $40 for an app that will (GraphicConverter 9). Did Lemke Software make a deal with Apple so we'd have to pay a premium for a very overpriced converter? And, how are decisions like this supposed to encourage the use of iPhoto?
Apple users already pay a premium to use a Mac. Obstacles like these eventually destroy loyalty to the Apple brand. Just ask Microsoft how their back room deals that exploited their customer base worked out for them. -
Does anyone maybe know why the new Macbook pros don't have iWeb and how i can install it. My Macbook already came with the iLife thing, but it seems to only have iMovie, iPhoto and Garage Band. is there any way that i can install iWeb?
Apple discontinued iWeb. That's the case for over a year now.
Topics in this forum will tell you that in order to install iWeb you have to find a copy at eBay, Amazon and similar places.

Was the content not synced with a computer previously? If it was, simply re-sync with that computer.
Syncing an iDevice to a new computer will do exactly what you describe above as this is not the way to move content to a new computer. -
My kid`s been using my apple ID/account for years, but now that he`s older it`s time he got his own. Is there any way to either make a twin account so he doesn`t lose all his purchases from iTunes/AppStore or does he have to start from scratch? They payment can still be from my card/account, that`s not the problem, but facetime, imessage etc. is a available on both mine and his apple products (I know you can check what email/phone number we can be reached at, but it`s just a click and he see my messages and I his). It`s the privacy problem that is the most important.

He needs to have his own account, the sooner the better.
As for content, non-protected songs can simply be copied to his own new library, and he can use them. As for protected content and apps, anything he still wants will have to be replaced. -
I was an apple beta tester for iOS7 and now my iPhone 5 shut down, it's unresponsive it gets recognized by iTunes when plugged into the computer but that's it. Since I was a beta tester is there any way to fix my iPhone??
Are you still running iOS 7 bet?. If so go to the private developer section for help. We cannot help you here with beta software.

I messed up when I bought the second season of Game of Thrones recently. I wanted to buy the season pass, but it seems I bought the first four episodes instead. I am now living in the UK and need a UK account for my apple ID but my US account won't let me change it because I have some store credits. It is only about 7 or 8c and I no longer have an american credit card to charge any more to it to use up the credits. Is there any way I can go around this without having to use up the store credits, as I really need to change over to the UK apple ID. Thanks

Basically my computer is running on Snow Leopard. My father bought the Lion upgrade to install on his computer, however, it ended up being that his newly purchased lap top already came running with Lion -- thus, he never ended up using the Lion upgrade he purchased. Now, I would like to use the Lion upgrade he purchased but did not use to upgrade my computer to Snow Leopard. The information he gave me for this was the Web Order Number, Part Number, and Content Code for the Lion upgrade. How do I redeem/use his upgrade to update my computer to Lion without having to purchase another copy of the Lion software from the App store? Is that possible?

I sent iTues to trash by mistake (trying to delete files from "yesterday"). I got the program back but have to "put back" songs one at a time. Is there a way to put back multiple songs using the "select all" command or anything else? Thanks for the help.
The prgram is in one location and the library (media + library files) are in another. Sending it all to the trash would take some pretty delibrate multiple actions and digging through multiple folders, so I don't know how this was managed unless there's something in Snow Leopard that's new. Occasionally I have moved a file to the trash in Finder that I didn't want to and I can use Finder's "undo" to undo the last move. With many files...?

I needed memory to upgrade so I exported all of my iphoto to an external hard drive. I then deleted and emptied the trash. The photos are fine but the videos are blank. Is there any way to recover the videos? Any software recovery programs apple supported?
no official way but if you open the Apple TV and put the hd in the external case it should mount and give you access to the data on it
