Time stamp bug

The timestamp indicator should report 00:00:00.000 1970-01-01 however it reports 00:59:59.000 1970-01-01.  Any other year than 1970 and this problem does not exist.
Could someone verify this?  Please see attached code.

  • Data source time stamp bug

    Hi Experts,
I have a process chain which extracts the master data and it failed yesterday mentioning the below mentioned bug
DataSource 0PERSON_ATTR does not have the same status as the source system in the Business Information Warehouse.
The time stamp in the source system is 28.06.2011 07:01:14.
The time stamp in the BW system is 21.09.2010 13:24:08.
    System Response
The load process has been terminated.
    Procedure
Copy the DataSource again and then activate the transfer rules that belong to it. You have to activate the transfer rules in every case, even if they are still active after the DataSource has been copied.
I replicated the Data source but i cannot activate the transfer rules as i am in production.
please let me know the procedure i can do to fix this bug

  • Time stamp bug resolved in Leopard?

There was a known bug in Tiger Mail where the Date Received column for messages always displayed the time using GMT and not the user's time zone. The Date Sent column displayed correctly. Was this bug fixed in Leopard? It was not a universal problem and occurred only with certain ISPs, CenturyTel among them.

I believe this is a bug in Mail since I didn't have this problem using Eudora before I switched to Mail.
The workaround in Mail is to go to View>Columns and click on Date Sent. Then, go back and click on Date Received to deselect that column. Now the date and time will display correctly.
    Is CenturyTel your ISP?

  • Bug report: Time stamp misalignment in recent list

Bug report: With the new compact design, go to recent pivot, tap on a conversation, press back button to go back to recent, notice the time stamps to the right of the list have moved even more right, with text being cut off the screen.
Using Lumia 1020 with Cyan and 8.1.1 DP.

I figured this would be the best place to post it so that an Apple representative might see it.
Actually it's not as likely to be seen here since there are so many posts for any Apple rep to have to scan. The best way to report an issue to Apple is through the feedback pages or, if you're a member of Apple's developer program, through the bug reporter.

  • Time stamp error, bug...

    Hi all,
I am currently doing a lot of work late at night and I've discovered a replicable, strange behaviour in the finder.
All files saved at or just after midnight have a time stamp of "Today 24:03" (example only).
    This should read: "Today 00:03".
Midnight in the 24h clock is 00:00, and 11:59 (one minute to midnight) is 23:59, so the moment the date changes, time should start clicking UP from 00:00.
24:03,4,5 etc. simply does not exist, it's like saying 75minutes past 4 for example...
What's going on here? Is there a fix?
    cheers

    Hi Venkat,
The units of data stored inside the data warehouse are timestamped so that each unit of data in the data warehouse has some element of time associated with the record. The timestamping of data warehouse data signifies that the unit of data is accurate as of the timestamp. In general, there are two ways that a record is stored in the data warehouse: discretely or continuously. In a discrete record there is one instant in time for which the record is accurate. In a continuous record, there is a span of time for which the record is accurate. These records form a larger definition of information over time.
Using timestamps usually leaves a gap in time between the timestamp being logged and the transaction being updated, however. Hence, some documents
may be missed if they have not yet been committed to the database. To mitigate
this risk, SAP often uses a “safety delta” concept, setting back a user’s timestamp selection for a few hours to avoid missing late updates.
Time stamp error's occur in different situations.Depending on the situation we need solve the problem..
Some times you need to replicate the data source and activate the transfer rules...
If copa load fails you need to act differentlyand so on..
    Check these threads.

  • DateAdd(interval, number, date) Visual Basic to LabVIEW Time Stamp add 18 months

    Hi all,
I need to match Visual Basic Cmd  =  DateAdd("m", 18, Date()) which adds 18 months to today's date.  When I use LabVIEW Time Stamp VI's at first I tried adding 1.5 years in seconds. but this did not match the VB generated method?  What method do  I use in LV to obtain the VB DateAdd("m", 18, Date())
Example 'Add one month to January 31, 2000
    document.write(DateAdd("m",1,"31-Jan-00"))
    Output:
    2/29/2000

Well this is how you do it. However, it doesn't seem to work with the month. There was a thread about this problem not too long ago. If you overflow the month in the date/time rec cluster (so it is greater than 12), date/time to seconds returns 0. Every other element works fine. You can add 1000 to the day and it will figure it out just fine. When this bug is fixed, this will work. Also, it might only be a bug in recent versions. I'm on 8.5 and it doesn't work right.
I realize this isn't a great answer to your question, but as far as I know, this is the easiest way to do what you want and have LabVIEW handle all the work.

  • WRT610N certain file types have wrong time stamp

Hi, I have searched this forum for a similar problem with no luck - so here goes...
I have a WRT610N router using the latest firmware 1.00.03 B15. After upgrading the firmware I reset router for 30 sec., and then powerdown for 30 sec. as I have read on this forum, and yes the USB drive was disconnected before hand, but I still have this problem when creating/saving certain file types on the USB drive attached to the router.
I have discovered that MS Word and PowerPoint files (.doc & .ppt) are saved with the correct date and time, but MS Excel, Notepad, and HTML files (.xls, .txt, and .mht) are saved with a time stamp that is one hour later!!! There may be other file types that are affected by this as well.
Example: I create/save a Word file and also an Excel file at 1:00 PM, When I use Windows Explorer to view the details of the files on the USB drive, the Word file has a timestamp of 1:00 PM, but the Excel file has a timestamp of 2:00 PM (in the future). All other functions on the router seem to be OK.
If I create these five file types on the C: drive they all have the same timestamps, I also have a Netgear SC101 NAS which shows the correct timestamps. I only have this problem when using the USB drive connected to the WRT610N. I tried this on 3 different computers - all have the same issue.
This may seem like a minor issue, but Im using SmartSync Pro to back up all the drives on the LAN and it uses the file's timestamp to determine if it should be backedup or not. So Im concerned that backups may not be done properly, or God knows what it will do with files from the future!
Im using WinXP SP3, the USB drive is a WD2500BEVS - 250GB with 4 partitions (largest is 120GB) all formatted as NTFS.
I would appreciate it if others would try this and post their results here so I would know whether to bug Linksys for a fix, or if I have problems elsewhere in my configuration.  Thank you.

    Well, 15 days, 40 views, 0 replies.
Could one kind sole, just one, please; startup Notepad, save an empty .txt file to the USB drive on the router, and then let me know if the file had the correct time stamp?
Preferably someone with a ver 1 router, firmware 1.00.03 B15, and running WinXP SP3.
    Thanks in advance.

  • Change of time stamp on RAW thumbnails

    I have PSE 9.0. I shoot in RAW on a Canon 550D and a Canon G10.
When I open a RAW file in editor, whether or not I edit that file, it changes the time stamp on the thumbnail by 1 hour. If I open it twice it changes the time by two hours, eg from 1.10pm to 2.10pm to 3.10pm. Of course, when I then re-open the Organiser, these thumbnails are out of order as shot.
I have no idea why this is happening. Is there some setting I need to change?

I think unlike jpeg files where the EXIF data will be embedded in the file Adobe will read the XMP data for Raw Files.
You can open an image in Full Edit and click File >>File Info to bring up the XMP dialog. The raw tab offers a wealth of information.
However the behavior you are experiencing seems odd and there looks to be a bug in the most recent update.
As you say it alters the order of photos from their original sequence. I think Adobe could introduce File Name Order as they do in Bridge. This would be a useful alternative for sorting files in the organizer.

  • Time Stamp in millisecond?

I need Time Stamp data in the Build Table VI to be in ms(millisecond) precision. Right now I get values in second precison only. can I format the cell of the table in any way to display milliseconds?

You may also ask why you need this kind of resolution.  Be aware that Windows systems (and probably Mac and Linux as well) are multi-tasking and have many active processes when can interrupt yours at any time.  What this means is that something you thought should be occurring at neat 20ms intervals will do so for a few iterations, then suddenly give you a 500ms interval because an e-mail arrived.  If you need millisecond accuracy on a non-RT system, you should ensure it happens in hardware and get the timestamps from hardware as well.
On the other hand, if you just need to know when things happened, the millisecond resolution will work quite well.  There was a weird bug in LV8 (?) used on Pentium 4 (?) processors where the timestamps were always rounded to even millisecond multiples.  I cannot remember the details, but you can probably find them by searching in this forum.  There was a long thread on the subject.

  • When or How does the time stamp on Report Manager / Data Collection change

    Hi,
I have been waiting since 10am waiting for data to be available. Unfortunately, the Sun MC has not updated the time stamp. I am unable to create graphs for the machines I setup this morning? Any ideas on how to post data faster than waiting forever for Sun MC server?

    Hi,
Clearly a bug. You can try changing your Tools|Preferences|Database|NLS|Timestamp Format to match the Date Format as a workaround. Otherwise why not upgrade to the lastest production SQL Developer release (3.1.07.42)? The bug does not occur there.

  • Time Stamps on E-mail

When I look at my e-mail before opening it, the part you see on the list shows the correct time on the e-mail. But when I open the e-mail, the time stamp in it shows an hour earlier.
What accounts for the descrepancy? And how do I fix it?
(I recently traveled from Eastern Standard Time location to Central Time location and back. The clock on my iPhone changed back and forth successfully. So wouldn't the time stamps match up as well? )

Just had this issue. Was in Montreal (my home base) and flew out to Vancouver -3 hour time zone difference. Placed the phone in airplane mode and when landed, reconnected to Rogers. The phone time reset accordingly. My emails (Exchange) where showing new correct time in the email list but when opening the email it would still be showing Eastern time (Montreal time) for all previous and new emails... a hard reset actually fixed this issue and now time inside the email and in the email list are correctly showing Pacific time... my guess is something is not properly being reset when you reconnect following a timezone change when airplane mode is enabled. Some sort of bug with 3.x...
For now, my advise would be hard reset when you land.
    Cheers,
    David

  • ITunes "Last Played" Time Stamp issues

    I have a late 2011 Mac Mini running OS X 10.8.2 & iTunes 11.0 (163).
Ever since I did the last update to iTunes, the "Last Played" time stamp has not worked.
In the past, whenever a track finished playing, iTunes would place the time & date in the "Last Played" column. This no longer works.
I just came back from the local Apple Store, & one of the workers there suggested setting the iTunes Preferences supply the time stamp.
When I got home, I went through the preferences, but could not find anything for the "Last Played" time stamp.
    Please help.

Go into iTunes Preferences and turn off crossfade.  Don't ask why it works; do ask apple to fix this bug!

  • How does the image time stamp display /modification vary among Bridge, Photoshop, and PS Element Org

I've noticed some discrepancies between times recorded in my image EXIF data as well as the time displayed with images in Bridge and Photoshop Elements Organizer.  For instance I may have a series of images shot within a few minutes of each other.  After having done some manipulation of a subset of the images and later on showing the sequence in both Bridge and PSE Organizer, I have noticed that the time associated with some of the images has changed.  Bridge and PSE Organizer may actually show times that differ by several hours.  It almost looks like the time is converted from the original camera time to UTC and then possibly back to the time zone where my computer is located.  The pattern is not completely consistent and may depend on what Adobe products have been used to adjust or catalog the images.  I'm looking for a good and complete description of how each product handles the image date and time stamp.  I suspect that there is some inconsistency in how this is done across the products.  I'm currently using Bridge / Photoshop CS6 Extended and Photoshop Elements Organizer 10.0 which were recently upgraded from CS 5 and 8.0 respectively.  I also use Adobe Camera Raw 7.1 to edit the Nikon raw files.  This problem appears to predate the upgrade of my products.

Well, it must be a system-specific bug of some sort that's been introduced, because I was able to create a 4200 x 3500 image made by mapping an image of similar size to a cylinder, and the cylinder would move/rotate in real time.  Of course, I have a completely different video card and system than you do, but I'm just verifying that it's not broken everywhere.
Rendering isn't hugely fast, but that's not unexpected with a larger image.
Maybe being more specific would help.  Is your mesh complex?
Is it something you'd be willing to share online or describe how to create?  I would be happy to try to match what you're doing more thoroughly to see whether I can reproduce the slowdowns.
Beyond that, I'm not sure what to suggest...  You don't have a lot of RAM to be working on 15 megapixel images, but as you say the thing to concentrate on is that you're seeing quite different performance from the Ps CS6 beta version.

  • Time stamp changes when exporting...

    Hi,
I sometimes want to export an Aperture album to iPhoto so I can then send it to iDVD as a slide-show. I sometimes use Photoshopped jpeg diagrams (not photos) mixed in with my raw originals in the Aperture album as well. I've altered their time stamps so they everything is sorted chronologically as I'd like them.
When I export to a folder I'm finding that the time stamps are being altered and I have to tweak the order in iPhoto - or export with new filenames and sort by title afterwards. This behavious is very puzzling, is it a bug or a feature???

I have the same problem using Photoshop Elements as the editor. The time is changed by 1 hour. Why....? Has anyone found out how this can be stopped?

  • How to remove time stamp on query export?? HELP

I am runnning SQl Developer 2.1 and built a query which returns dates that letters were mailed and or correspondence received. My Query Results show normal date format (02-Mar-12) within Developer. When I export the results to Excel it includes the time stamp (02-MAR-12 06.13.20.000000000 PM). I had a coworker with an older version run the same query, when she exported the results the time stamps weren't exported, just the date. How can I change the export to remove the time stamp? Any help would be great. Thanks.
