Timer within a timer

Question

I am looking for a way to add a timer within a timer. To illustrate, look at the code below:

If I would like the red squares to start again at at 0,0 after 2000ms, how would I do that?
I am asking becuase I have some images that display every second from an XML RSS feed and I want to check every minute to see if the RSS feed has changed and to display images from the new feed update.

Ah, now I see. That should be no prob: just let 2 Timers run independently.
Let the first Timer check and set the list of URLs, let the second timer choose one pic from the actually set list and display it.
So you would need:
var picList:XMLList; // this is where the actual list is stored by the checkList-func
var checkListTimer:Timer = new Timer(120000); // 2 min
var randomPicTimer:Timer = new Timer(2000); // 2 sec
checkListTimer.addEventListener("timer", checkList);
randomPicTimer.addEventListener("timer", randomPic);
checkListTimer.start();
randomPicTimer.start();
function checkList(e:Event){
     // check for changes
     // or create new list of actual pic
     // end up with setting the new list to our picList var
     picList = newPicList;
function randomPic(e:Event){
     var picXML:XML = picList[Math.floor(Math.random()*picList.length())];
     var picURL:String = String(picXML.@url);
     // or however you stored the url in the xml
     // ... code to load and show new pic goes here
