TitleWindow and State View

I have an application with a titleWindow. On the titleWindow,
I have a "Yes" and a "No" button. If the user click "Yes" then the
button will take them to the next state view. If no, then the
titleWindow is canceled or closed and take the user back to the
application. I don't know how to pass that "event" in the
titleWindow to take the user to another state view. I hope this
make sense to somebody.

NOT WORKING - VZ On-line Bill Pay and Statement viewing

I have tried ever since I signed up for one time bill pay - 1st of June 2013 to access my data and tried to paid on line. EVERY time it said access not available. I thought I made a payment on 8/5/2013 for July 1, 2013 due date and then I was told last night over the phone that the payment never came out of my bank acct. For the last 6 weeks I have tried to get in access all and always the same note: Access not available at this time. I tried to pay the Aug 1, 2013 DUE date for the last 3 weeks. Same answer. I called last night and was given two tel numbers to call for bill pay and getting my account up to date AND a number for e-center about my on-line account and the VZ issues. Did not call them yet since past 6pm. I did try again to get on line after making payment over the phone and VZ allowed me to see my statements and view all. WHY did VZ finally let me do this after all of my attempts for the last 6 weeks? This on going issue needs to get fixed. I even did over FIREFOX and it still did not work until today after 6pm. This needs to be reported to VZ TECHNICIANS PLEASE. See what they can do.

endoshore, exactly what does the bank say is the problem on your end? It's just probably that the bank doesn't want to support Mac. Did they say that their site should work with Mac? Do you have an Intel-based Mac?

My free Adobe subscription is expired. I tried uninstalling the Reader and installing the new free Reader, but my system will not let me open a file and states I need to purchase the Adobe Reader. Any other way to view a PDF file?

How to find schema of a table and a view

Hi,
I have an old form which uses one table and one view. I know its database. Now I'm making another form in some other database and want to use the old form but for that I need to know the schema of that table and the view so that I can give the schema name and db link to connect (meaning schema.table_name@dbname). How do I find out the schema for that table and view.
I did a search by using "select owner from all_objects where object_name = tablen" and it says PUBLIC. There's no schema called Public. I can see Public Synonyms but cannot find that table and view in it. So please help. I'm trying since long to find its schema.

Isn't it peculiar that i have declared a public synonym on table BIOGR as user523269 does.... and the sql statement:
select owner from all_objects where object_name='BIOGR' works.... whereas of user523269 does not...?????
SQL> select * from dba_synonyms where table_name='BIOGR';

Oracle equals_path condition NOT working with table and materialized view

The user i am using is xdb with dba role.
1.When i try to use the statement
SELECT PATH FROM xdb.path_VIEW
WHERE
EQUALS_PATH(res, '/home/OE/PurchaseOrders/2002')=1
the result is

2. When i drop the path_view and recreated it like materialized view with statement

Thanks Jonah. I was under the impression that I already had it but seems like it has to be a direct priv - thru a role doesn't work.
I granted the reqd privs and then it worked fine. Thx for your help!

State View powershell cmdlets

I am trying to use powershell cmdlets to pull up the health state of certain groups like "agent" and "Health Service" from a specific custom created state view in Operations manager. Is this possible? If so what is the syntax?

Looking To Delete|Hide The "Monitoring\UNIX/Linux Computers" State View

Seeing as we do not manage any UNIX/Linux boxes in our environment, I’d like to be able to remove the
UNIX/Linux Computers state view from the console.
I was able to track the view down to Microsoft.Unix.Servers.State.View, hosted by the
Microsoft.Unix.Views MP, which is unfortunately sealed.
This of course is preventing me from simply deleting the view directly from the console.
Also, it would appear that the Show or Hide Views… option should instead be labeled
Show or Hide Folders..., as it only allows for showing/hiding folders!!!
Can anyone suggest an alternative?

If you don't have any Unix/Linux boxes you could delete the Unix/Linux management pack. After deleting, you will not have Unix/Linux Computers state view

Is there a way to export the members of a State View to a csv file?
I have created a State View of servers and have just the columns needed to view the servers, but can the contents of this view be exported?

Adobe reader does not always down load IRS and state tax forms.

Can I pay for the Adobe Reader service so it will always download the Fed and state tax returns in PDF format. Now, most of the time nothing happens even though I have Adobe Reader X. go on line, bring up the form and then no matter what I do nothing prints.

Adobe Reader is a free software to view, print and collaborate on PDF files.
There is no paid version of it.
Are you able to download the tax returns? If yes, are the downloaded files in PDF format?
Try to open PDF files in Adobe Reader and try to print it. What happens when you try to do it?
Also can you try to open any pdf using your Web Browser, ex- http://www.education.gov.yk.ca/pdf/pdf-test.pdf ant try printing it.

Component binding and state saving

I have a few questions in regards to component binding and state saving (specifically in regards to the reference implementation) when the saving method is client and backing-beans are in the request scope rather than in the session scope:
1) if a component instance is bound to a backing-bean property then does the state of that component get saved when the view state is saved?
2) for UIData component, if the component value is bound to a list, does the actual list (after being wrapped) serve as the local data for the component? If this is the case, when the state is saved and then subsequently restored, does the list get re-created with the original number of items?

(2) The actual list is not saved; the list will be
re-queried on subsequent requests.The list composition may have changed by the time the list is re-queried. If the table being displayed is updatable then transfer of information from request back to the list (during Apply Request Values) may not happen properly. So does that pretty much mean that the original list has to be kept around (in the session)? If the state saving method is server then does the saved state maintain a reference to the original list across requests?

How to create a state view / alert view hosting more than one class?

We have an applications which has two type of servers: one is connector server while another one is processing server. So I created two classes for each of them: ConnectSrvClass and ProcessSrvClass. Each of the class has a property "Type" to mark
what kind of server it is.
Now I want to create ONE SINGLE state view to display the state of both classes. Samething I want to create ONE SINGLE alert view to display alert coming from either type of the servers. Is it possible? If so, how?

Create an instance group, and then scope the view based on that group. This will work well for an alert view, but not as well for state view. If you want state view with multiple classes using same seed, then you can select the server role as base for
those classes and display state of each in a single view. This is
explained here.

Hello, I'm very new to Flex and have a question about State
Views.
Using ActionScript, Is there a way to retrieve all the States
that were defined for the component?
I'm developing a function that checks if state "X" is defined
in the component, so I think the only way I can do that is to first
retrieve all the states and then see if my state "X" is inside.

Combo Box & State View

Hi, How do I populate the combox box to change to different
state view? I know how to do it with normal link buttons and
buttons: click="this.currentState='exampleState'". I'm just not
sure how to apply that same method to the combo Box.

Remote Control and Remote View Problem

Hi,
I work at a High School running Netware 6.0 SP5 and Zen works 4.01 ir7.
Remote Control and Remote View works great but I noticed one problem.
We have a logo of the school that is forced down on to the desktop when a
user logs in through group policies. This logo works perfect for the
desktop wall paper and loads every time a user logs in.
When I Remote Control or Remote View a computer the users desktop wall
paper turns from the logo being forced down through group policies to the
desktop to a blue desktop wall paper.
I would prefer the desktop wall paper staying the schools logo when I
Remote Control or Remote View because if the desktop wall paper changes to
the blue color I mentioned above when I Remote Control or Remote View the
users computer, they will know that someone is taking over their computer
which sometimes we dont want them knowing.
We have Windows 98SE computer running Novell Client 3.4 and we have some
computers running Windows XP Professional SP1 and Windows XP Professional
SP2 both running Novell Client 4.91 SP2.
The Remote Control and Remote View problem of the desktop wall paper
changing on the users computer occurs on all operating systems mentioned
above.
Is there a solution to my above problem? When Remote Controlling and
Remote Viewing someone's computer I don't want the desktop wall paper to
change.

SAP View is used for :The SAP view displays the SAP structure (document-based structure) for the active CAD object, or another document info record (header document), with a single-level or multilevel document structure in a tree structure. You can variably configure the fields using the layout editor.
CAD View is used for :The CAD view displays the document-based structure of the currently active CAD object, such as the structure of an assembly. The CAD system determines the complete (multilevel) structure and copies it either completely or in stages to the SAP system, in accordance with the default explosion level.
BUT I did not understand it well

Hello Raj,
SAP View can be further described as the view that is based on what is existing already in the SAP system. This view is generally used by SAP purchasing, MM people etc
CAD view is nothing but the replication of the model tree view in the SAP system. This is used by the design engineer and this view replicates only the parts that are actively displayed on the CAD tool window.
