I want to add leave details of previous month in standard  HR payslip.
please can any one help me out giving steps to do it

hi,
In hrforms transaction code select the country grouping as 40 and copy the standard payslip to zpayslip and double click on that form there you will find the smartforms name just double click it wil takes to smartforms just change the logic there and come back and activate the hrforms and try ro execute it there only by double click on driver program and pass some pernr and check the payslip.

    For this you need:
    1.- Find the corresponding screen structure.
    2.- Find the corresponding field group.
    3.- Add the fields to the screen structure.
    4.- Add the new fields into field group.
    5.- Creat the ZMAC and replace it in the Application set.
    5.- Implement the logic for mapping the values from the screen structure to the Function Module or API which is executing the search.
    Hope this approach guides you to the right way.

    I want to add "Business Place" field in the screen layout of F-53  under "Bank Data"  after Assignment field.
    How can I add this new filed?
    As validation is developed, system is giving error for entering business place in this screen.

    use the WE31 Tcode to edit the segment
    see the following steps
    WE30 - you can create a IDOC type.
    An IDOC with data, will have to be triggered by the application that is trying to send out the data.
    FOr testing you can use WE19.

    To Create Idoc we need to follow these steps:
    Create Segment ( WE31)

    Create Message Type ( WE81 )

    Creating a Segment
    Go to transaction code WE31
    Enter the name for your segment type and click on the Create icon
    Type the short text
    Enter the variable names and data elements
    Save it and go back
    Go to Edit -> Set Release
    Follow steps to create more number of segments
    Create IDOC Type
    Go to transaction code WE30
    Enter the Object Name, select Basic type and click Create icon
    Select the create new option and enter a description for your basic IDOC type and press enter
    Select the IDOC Name and click Create icon
    The system prompts us to enter a segment type and its attributes
    Choose the appropriate values and press Enter
    The system transfers the name of the segment type to the IDOC editor.
    Follow these steps to add more number of segments to Parent or as Parent-child relation
    Save it and go back
    Go to Edit -> Set release
    Create Message Type
    Go to transaction code WE81
    Change the details from Display mode to Change mode
    After selection, the system will give this message “The table is cross-client (see Help for further info)”. Press Enter
    Click New Entries to create new Message Type
    Fill details
    Save it and go back
    Assign Message Type to IDoc Type
    Go to transaction code WE82
    Change the details from Display mode to Change mode
    After selection, the system will give this message “The table is cross-client (see Help for further info)”. Press Enter.
    Click New Entries to create new Message Type.
    Fill details
    Save it and go back

                        The requirement is to add the attachment feild in the support desk message screen  in the Fast track tab , although in the transaction tab already the document option is available for attachments the end user's want it in intial screen
        I think this can be done EASY ENHANCEMENT WORKBENCH - EEWB but i have not worked with it,can anyone tell me about its working?....IS there any screen Exits or USer Exits available for the same?

                     Thank you for sending me the useful link that gave me the steps to go ahead in EEWB.
    Now i have created a object and extention in EEWB ,the it took me to the wizard automatically ,i followed up the notes in wizard and after it is completed, it shows a ERROR message as "Definition CRM_BTX_ADD_NEW_FIELDS is of the type 'TSK' and should run on an external system. This is not permissible. Only definitions of type 'SEQ' may be created for external systems."
    The inputs that i gave in  while creating Extention are :
    1)EEW Businness object : BUSINESS_TRANSACTION ( i.e) CRM BUSINESS
    TRANSACTION)
    2)Extention type : ADD_NEW_FIELDS
    The  inputs that i gave in wizard inorder to add attachment as a new feild in CRMD_ORDER  transaction are:
    1) In step 2  of wizard to select thae business transaction type i choose service process and tried even business activity .
    2) While defining the feild name, i gave Attachment as the feild name and choos check box.
    then follwed with the rest of the steps and completed the wizard.
    Now can you tell me,if the steps and the inputs that i gave are right or nt?
    and what does the Error Message mean?  i think it is some system settings ,how to resolve this ?
    Please give me your suggestions ASAP.

         I you have the access key - you can copy the 901 table and create a new table along with your required field. v/03
    Or
    in the access sequence for the condition type - add 1 more step and add your field.
    ie 10 - 901
    and in 20 - your required field

  • Unable to add new event in iCal, Lion 10.7.1

    Hi,
    On Lion 10.7.1, I can't seem to add new events to iCal.
    I have tried the following:
    1. 2-finger click on a day in the month-view. This pops out the menu and I can click on 'New Event', but after that, nothing happens.
    2. Clicking on the '+' button at the top. This pops out the 'Create Quick Event' window. After typing in a new event and hitting return, nothing happens.
    I can create a new event in the 'Day' and 'Week' view though.
    iCal was working fine for me last week, but it seems to be broken since yesterday. I'm not sure if it stopped working after the 10.7.1 update.

    1. Get info regarding the chart of accounts.  It forms the basis  for FI\
    2. Though automatic postings are not regular, check the required details for configuration for APP.  If you are going for APP, u need to check house bank also
    3. Check the tax procedures (Varies between countries) - Sales Tax and Withholding tax config
    4. Payment terms
    5. Discount received / paid configurations
    6. Dunning details - Check if existing standard SAPscripts will suffice ur needs.  Else u may need the help of ABAPers

  • In LR 4.4, can no longer add new photos/video

    Windows Vista, Service Pack 2.  4 GB RAM.
    I've had LR 4 for more than 2 years.  Worked just fine.  Have not used for past year, as I have been traveling.  Now, I cannot add new photos or video to my catalog.  I have tried using my usual method of "Optimize Folder."  Always freezes at 70%.  Also tried via "Import into folder."  Hit the same 70% wall.  I sometimes get an "out of memory" error message, but not always.
    Steps I've taken.
    a.  Reboot computer.  (Obviously).
    b.  Ensure that LR is only program running.
    c.  Moved a ton of data from hard drive to an external hard drive (since error message did not specify what type of memory I was out of, I wanted to make sure I eliminated "not enough hard drive space" as an possible problem.  I have more than 1 Terra-byte of available memory/space right now.
    d.  Uninstalled entire program, downloaded most recent version, and reinstalled it.
    What should I do?  Not sure what else to try.

    To clarify, it turns out that base.keychain does not need any repairing. It merely needs to reside in a writeable directory.
    As for moving this keychain to ~/Library/Keychains, I don't doubt that the suggestion is appropriate in general, and that's certainly where my login keychain resides. But I use base.keychain for a variety of sensitive passwords which I cannot afford to lose, some of which have nothing to do with my computer. (Yes, I know this is what backups are for.) I had also contemplated FileVault'ing my home directory at one point, so I wanted to be sure I kept critical passwords accessible no matter what went wrong.
    Perhaps / is a bad choice. Perhaps /Library/Keychains would have been better. Where would you put a keychain that didn't really belong under /Users?

    I think of something like:
    First, you create extension, with transaction WE30.
    Then, reduce your idoc, your extension should also be proposed.
    Do not forget to add this extension in outbound we82, and/or we57 in inbound, and WE20, and find BTE or exit to populate extension.

    Hi Sunil,
    If you want to add new info object to the IC or DSO which is already holding data - then you need to make a copy of that particular DSO/IC and load the data into dummy.
    Now delete the data from the IC/DSO to which you want to add the new info object. once the data is deleted it will allow you to add new info object to you IC/DSO.
    save it and activate the IC/DSO
    load the data from Dummy DSO and from new run on wards the newly updated info object will also get updated(historical data will not be updated if its newly added to DS as well).
    If you want the historical data for the newly added field then you need to drop the compelte data and need to extract from source.
    Note: You can't include the new info objects are change the existing info objects if there is data exist in the IC/DSO

    when created added a field on the screen by using user exit then after that you have add the field in main table where you will be getting these table in the userexit only, please make sure about this. And i am sure defenitly it will get updated in to the table.

    We are trying to enhance adobe form for scenario SRQ1.
    We want to add some new fields to tha form.
    For that we have copied the existing standard form to zform.
    We have implemented the zinterface too.
    To add new field on form we created as an import parameter in form interface.
    We added to context of adobe form and on layout.
    But we are not getting that field in 'special_data' table in BADI implementation of SRQ1.
    Please let me know how and where we should write a code to add new field in 'special_data' table.
