You cannot change extent allocation type. SQL Reference for CREATE TABLESPACE statement http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E11882_01/server.112/e26088/statements_7003.htm#SQLRF01403 says:

What could be the effects of two "allocation types" of Tablespace in 10g??
.EXTENT_MANAGEMENT --> LOCAL
.SEGMENT_SPACE_MANAGEMENT--> AUTO
.ALLOCATION_TYPE --> (system, uniform)
As you know, oracle recommends "LOCAL" AND "AUTO" tablespaces.
However, I am not sure about "allocation type of tablespace".
The database is for DataWare housing, not OLTP.
Which option is recommended and why?

I prefer using Uniform size clause as we have got control on the extent size. You can have multiple tablespaces with different Uniform size so that based on your requirement , you can allocate tables to different tablespaces

In my requirement, during VA01, I need to get the ARTYP (Allocation type). At what point of sales order creation is this determined and in what structure I can find this value ?
If I have it in some structure or global variable which I can access in MOVE_FIELDS_TO_VBAK, it would be good as I need it to be used further down in my logic.
I need this value before the sales order is saved.

I am using weblogic7.0 to deploy my applications. I wrote a web service and
was able to deploy it sucessfully. I am trying to access the web service through
a jsp page. I am the error posted below on my server and " error:505 internal
server error" on the browser. Can any one please help me out with the problem.
My jsp page just displays the float value i am returing from the session bean
method.

I am using BEA weblogic 7.0 to deploy my applications. I have a web service and was able to deploy it sucessfully. I am trying to access this web service from another web service previously succesfully deployed too. When I call the second one, I have the next problem:

It looks like that you had not installed the ADS(Adobe Document server) for the PDF type reports. Please check with your basis team if you want to configure ADS.
If you need the output as a sapscript then please do the sollowing steps:
(1) Execute transaction SM30
(2) Enter 'Table/View' as V_T5F99OCFT
(3) Select 'Maintain' option.
(4) Select 'New Entries' option from the Application Too
(5) Enter following entries:
     Logical Form Name    = HR_IN_EPF12A_99M
     Form Variant         = (Leave this field blank)
     End Date             = 31.12.9999
     Start Date           = 01.01.1990
     Form Type            = SAP Script (SSC)
     Def. Type            = (This field should be checke
     PDF Form Name        = HR_IN_EPF12A_99M
     SAP Script Form Name = HR_IN_EPF12A_99M
     Smart Form Name      = (Leave this field blank)
(6) Save the entries
The above example I have given you is only for the form 12A.
You have to make entries for all the reports sapscript in this table.
Please goto SE71 -> F4 -> Payroll -> Payroll India here you will find
all the sapscripts you require.

Given a XSD, and a XPath- ways to find the type of the XPath leaf element

Given a XSD, and an XPath (refering to an element in a XML document
satifying that XSD), is there an utility which return the "type" of the given XPath
element.
One approach just to traverse the XSD tree, generated by the XSDBuilder,
as per the elements specified in the XPath, until you find the type of the leaf
element in the XPath.
Is there an API/ utility which does this currently?

For example given an XSD :

Then the type of XPath : /myTypeElem/firstElem ---> integer
and type of XPath : /myTypeElem/secondElem ---> string

Unfortunately,
XPath is currently unaware of XML Schemas and as such cannot tell anything about the type of an element. XPath 2.0 is supposed to fix this in due time.

 i have a problem finding output type and form for the transaction j1iv .actually i need to find the standard output type and form name for the transaction j1iv. how can we do it.

 Go through the following steps.
 1 . Go to the transaction NACE.
 2. You will be able to see the Application and description tab over
 there. Select the Application for which you need the output type.
 3. After selecting the Application..on the top you can see the tab--
 output types...click in that..here you will be able to see all the output
 types for that application.
 4. Now select a output type ..and on the left side u will be able to see
 the tab for processing routines...double click on it...
 5. Here you will be able to see the standard SAP program...the form
 routine...the form..attached to it..

Can't find live type after installation

I reinstalled FCP and components and now I can't find Live type anywhere in the computer. Even I tried to reinstall the live type data and at the end of installation a message says "intallation was succesfull". What can I do to recover it?

What have you done to find it? Spotlight will find LiveType. The installer is a very simple application, not very bright. If it says it installed it, it's there someplace. Search for recent creation dates and huge folders.

When i submit the test through URL its working fine(http://192.17.0.12/AdobeDocumentServices/Config).In SM59 Both sides are working.
When I check The Test : FP_TEST_00 iam getting below error

But
When I check The Test : FP_PDF_TEST_00 its working fine.
And When I check this test : FP_CHECK_DESTINATION_SERVICE without destination its working fine.
When i check with destination iam getting error : SYSTEM ERROR:com.adobe.ProcessingException:Problem accessing data from Destination:dest:FP_ICF_DATA_SMN//sap/bc/fp/form/layout/FP_FORM_SECURITY_TEST.XDP?fp-language=DE.

Condition types are maintained at PO level
Take the EKKO-KNUMV and pass to
KONV-KNUMV field and take the different condition types values from KONV
Take the Material Document No (MBLNR) and pass to MSEG table and take the EBELN field and from EKKO table take EKKO-KNUMV field and pass to KONV
see the table T685 for different condition types.
