To retrieve taxation details

hello everyone.
      I have a scenario where i have to retrieve and display BED and VAT values from database.
     Where i am finding the same fields and tables for the above two values!. Can anyone please explain the procedure to retrieve those values.

for taxation u are to calculate it either by using fn module calculate_tax_item or go to table A363
& find condition record no from there & based upon that select tax % from konp pricing conditions
& calculate it .

VBScript does not retrieve Member details if a Distribution/Security Group have only one Member. I have tried several Scripts even changed the coding in it, also tried few External Script by created by other Scriptor's. Any suggestion on why this is happening.

Query to retrieve encumbrance details

Please, I'll loose my job if I can't retrieve encumbrance details from the oracle financials 11i GL. I don't know where these figures are in the GL database. i need details per cost center per account code/number....

Pl sql procedure to retrieve user details based on the input

I am looking for an example which will retrieve the data based on what he requests. I mean: the user types in an request_name, the procedure will check if the request_name already exists. If yes, then it will retrieve the request_name and other columns from the table R. Else it will create a new request by adding request_name and other details to the table.

If defaults are set for the request table fields and you can get by inserting only the request_name field, perhaps something like the below would work?
T_REQUEST is the table, REQUEST_NAME is the field you mentioned. If the function finds the record, it returns it as a record. If it doesn't, it inserts a blank record with REQUEST_NAME populated:

You need to use multiple classes to get all details like: use SPFarm to get ID name then "SPWebService" to get web application details, then "SPWebApplication.Sites" property to get details of site collections. Just a sample code here
(Note: you need to modify code according to your need)

when i see the opmnctl status in the command prompt its saying that Http server is alive but when i opened that in my internet explorer(http://192.168.20.108/em) the application server failed to start saying HTT-500 status internal server error. I dont know what to do?

Retrieve Catalog details after the processing of SC

Hi Experts,
Scenario:
After selecting a product from the catalog, the shopping cart is waiting for approval or is with the operational purchaser. At that point if the price in the catalog for the product changes then it should be be retrieved from the catalog and be updated in the shopping cart. The workflow should be triggered again.
The problem is that I don't know how to retrieve information from the catalog for a particular product.so that I could do a comparison of the prices.
We are using SRM5.0 and SRM-MDM Catalog2.0.

If you have s sperate server for MDM ,you need to use RFC to fetch the details.I have no worked on MDM catalog,so may be in MDM,the tables might be different.
You can also check these reports in SE38 fro CCM 2.0... There are more of them, do a search on /CCM/*

U can see the sales order number in VBRP table, fields:
VBRP-AUBEL and VBRP-AUPOS.
But if u have the sales order number it's better to use VBFA table.

Need to Retrieve Performance Details from System tables..

I want to retrieve the performance details (execution time , no of tables affected , no of rows selected) of a procedure that i execute, I tried searching the
System Tables and Monitor Views but i am not able to find out into which table all the performance data get stored for the procedure i execute.

Do I have to synchronize when retrieve service detail one by one?

am retrieving some service list and which need the service number,so I have to get the service detail object one service by another. And every service use its own si requester. At first I use a synchronized object to ensure the result can not be misunderstood,but later I found it may have low effeciency,and so that every service has its own requestor ,I think maybe every result should be propery understood,because ther requester can find the "father" who invoke it. Am I right?
I still have such problem about event retrieving,can any one tell me the proper way about that??Thanks!

You can issue multiple requests asynchronously, provided that the event listener has enough information to tell which request it's processing. With the JavaTV SI API, this may not be very easy unless you use a separate listener for every request. The DVB SI API makes it a bit more straightforward because you can pass an application-specific parameter when making the request, and this can be used to tell which result corresponds to that request.
You will probably still need some synchronization, depending what you want to do with the data you have. For instance, you may want to wait until you have the results from all your requests before doing futher processing, but at least you can avoid making every request synchronized.

Retrieving User details

I am using the wwsec_api.person_info function passing in a user id to retrieve a portal users details. I am able to retrieve details such as first name, last name , email address. I need to get the 'Department' that the user is in but can't seem to retrieve this. An ideas on how to do this?
Also within portal, if i edit a users details and put entries into telephone, department, first name etc and then look in the view wwsec_person, none of these details are recorded against the specific user. Is this normal?
Any help would be appriecated.

These are all stored within the LDAP. You can use dbms_ldap calls to retrieve them, or select from the ODS.DS_ATTRSTORE table directly where attname is the attribute you are looking for.

1) How to get the details of Product ( Prod Descr, Product Price etc ).
Please anyone have idea about this share your thoughts.

     What you want is to auto-fill the related details when you select a product from your OVS.
     That means you have to write your codes in Event After Modify.
     We normally use QueryByElements or some other query options given for a particular standard BO.
     It would be like that.
     var query=Product.QueryByElements;
     var selParams=query.CreateSelectionParams();
     selParams.Add(query.ProductID ,"I","EQ",this.P_ID );
     var result=query.Execute(selParams);
     for(var product in result){
     this.P_DES =product.Description;
What I have just written is just a sample code. You have to find the exact name of the attributes of a standard BO in Repository Explorer.

would it be possible to get a bit mroe information on what you wuld like to do, is it to get the name of the shopwhen checking a sales order? i am not sure if this would be possible but you could try using CRM_ISA_SHOP_GETLIST , CRM_ISA_SHOP_DATA_GET but this would only list all shops, you could possible do the query based on the sales org data that is in the shop data to refine the results.
