  • Accessing the Logon User Exit from the Internet using an ITS Service

I can access the Logon User Exit (EXIT_SAPLSUSF_001) from R/3, but not from the Web using an ITS service. What am I missing in order to access the Logon User Exit from the Web. The ITS service was created from an ABAP screen program.
    Thanks
    david yee

The SAPGui logon exit is called after successfull authentication has been completed and after a SAPGui session has been attached.
If you logon via RFC, WebGui, ICM or the Wgate then this exit does not trigger.
What are you wanting to add to your code after the logon ?
An solution I have used is to create a wrapper RFC for a BAPI and create a webservice for the wrapper. Before calling the BAPI you can do whatever you want to from a security perspective.
But for that you need to have an appropriate BAPI...
Please explain what you want to do and what you would have wanted in the exit. Often there is a better way.
    Cheers,
    Julius
ps: I moved this to the security forum.

  • User Exit in the Sales order create BAPI

    Hi,
Can some one help me in telling if there exists a user exit for the BAPI '/AFS/BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATE'.
This is urgent. So, pls. throw some light on this.
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi
User Exits In Sales Document Processing
System modifications for sales document processing affect different areas. Depending on the modification, you make the changes in the program components provided:
    MV45ATZZ
For entering metadata for sales document processing. User-specific metadata must start with "ZZ".
    MV45AOZZ
For entering additional installation-specific modules for sales document processing which are called up by the screen and run under PBO (Process Before Output) prior to output of the screen. The modules must start with "ZZ".
    MV45AIZZ
For entering additional installation-specific modules for sales document processing. These are called up by the screen and run under PAI (Process After Input) after data input (for example, data validation). The modules must start with "ZZ".
    MV45AFZZ and MV45EFZ1
For entering installation-specific FORM routines and for using user exits, which may be required and can be used if necessary. These program components are called up by the modules in MV45AOZZ or MV45AIZZ.
User exits in the program MV45AFZZ
The user exits which you can use for modifications in sales document processing are listed below.
    USEREXIT_DELETE_DOCUMENT
This user exit can be used for deleting data which was stored in a separate table during sales document creation, for example, if the sales document is deleted.
For example, if an additional table is filled with the name of the person in charge (ERNAM) during order entry, this data can also be deleted after the sales order has been deleted.
The user exit is called up at the end of the FORM routine BELEG_LOESCHEN shortly before the routine BELEG_SICHERN.
    USEREXIT_FIELD_MODIFICATION
This user exit can be used to modify the attributes of the screen fields.
To do this, the screen fields are allocated to so-called modification groups 1 - 4 and can be edited together during a modification in ABAP. If a field has no field name, it cannot be allocated to a group.
The usage of the field groups (modification group 1-4) is as follows:
Modification group 1: Automatic modification with transaction MFAW
Modification group 2: It contains 'LOO' for step loop fields
Modification group 3: For modifications which depend on check tables or on other fixed information
Modification group 4: is not used
The FORM routine is called up for every field of a screen. If you require changes to be made, you must make them in this user exit.
This FORM routine is called up by the module FELDAUSWAHL.
See the Screen Painter manual for further information on structuring the interface.
    USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBAK
Use this user exit to assign values to new fields at sales document header level. It is described in the section "Transfer of the customer master fields into the sales document".
The user exit is called up at the end of the FORM routine VBAK_FUELLEN.
    USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBAP
Use this user exit to assign values to new fields at sales document item level. It is described in the section "Copy customer master fields into the sales document".
The user exit is called up at the end of the FORM routine VBAP_FUELLEN.
    USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBEP
Use this user exit to assign values to new fields at the level of the sales document schedule lines.
The user exit is called up at the end of the FORM routine VBEP_FUELLEN.
    USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBKD
Use this user exit to assign values to new fields for business data of the sales document. It is described in the section "Copy customer master fields into sales document".
The user exit is called up at the end of the FORM routine VBKD_FUELLEN.
    USEREXIT_NUMBER_RANGE
Use this user exit to define the number ranges for internal document number assignment depending on the required fields. For example, if you want to define the number range depending on the sales organization (VKORG) or on the selling company (VKBUR), use this user exit.
The user exit is called up in the FORM routine BELEG_SICHERN.
    USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMK
Use this user exit if you want to include and assign a value to an additional header field in the communication structure KOMK taken as a basis for pricing.
    USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMP
Use this user exit if you want to include or assign a value to an additional item field in the communication structure KOMP taken as a basis for pricing.
    USEREXIT_READ_DOCUMENT
You use this user exit if further additional tables are to be read when importing TA01 or TA02.
The user exit is called up at the end of the FORM routine BELEG_LESEN.
    USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT
Use this user exit to fill user-specific statistics update tables.
The user exit is called up by the FORM routine BELEG-SICHERN before the COMMIT command.
    Note
If a standard field is changed, the field r185d-dataloss is set to X. The system queries this indicator at the beginning of the safety routine. This is why this indicator must also be set during the maintenance of user-specific tables that are also to be saved.
    USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE
Use this user exit to make certain changes or checks immediately before saving a document. It is the last possibility for changing or checking a document before posting.
The user exit is carried out at the beginning of the FORM routine BELEG_SICHERN.
User exits in the program MV45AFZA
    USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_KOMKD
Use this user exit to include or assign values to additional header fields in the communication structure KOMKD taken as a basis for the material determination. This is described in detail in the section "New fields for material determination".
    USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_KOMPD
Use this user exit to include or assign values to additional item fields in the communication structure KOMPD taken as a basis for the material determination. This is described in detail in the section "New fields for material determination".
    USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_KOMKG
Use this user exit to include or assign values to additional fields in the communication structure KOMKG taken as a basis for material determination and material listing. This is described in detail in the section "New fields for listing/exclusion".
    USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_KOMPG
Use this user exit to include or assign values to additional fields in the communication structure KOMPG taken as a basis for material determination and material listung. This is described in detail in the section "New fields for listing/exclusion".
    USEREXIT_REFRESH_DOCUMENT
With this user exit, you can reset certain customer-specific fields as soon as processing of a sales document is finished and before the following document is edited.
For example, if the credit limit of the sold-to party is read during document processing, in each case it must be reset again before processing the next document so that the credit limit is not used for the sold-to party of the following document.
The user exit is executed when a document is saved if you leave the processing of a document with F3 or F15.
The user exit is called up at the end of the FORM routine BELEG_INITIALISIEREN.
    User-Exits in program MV45AFZB

    User exits in the screens
Additional header data is on screen SAPMV45A 0309, additional item data on screen SAPMV45A 0459. These screens contain the Include screens SAPMV45A 8309 or SAPMV45A 8459 as user exits.
Fields which are also to be included in the sales document for a specific installation should be included on the Include screens for maintaining. If an application-specific check module is needed for the fields, this can be included in the Include MV45AIZZ. The module is called up in the processing logic of the Include screens.
For field transports, you do not have to make changes or adjustments.
    Example
A new field, VBAK-ZZKUN, should be included in table VBAK.
If the check is defined via the Dictionary (fixed values or check table) the field must be included with the fullscreen editor in the Include screen SAPMV45A 8309. In this case, no change has to be made to the processing logic.

  • FB70: User exit when the save button (for posting) has been click

    Hi ABAP Gurus,
With regard to FB70, can anyone provide me the name of the user exit that will be triggered when the save button (for posting) has been clicked?
    Thanks!
    <b>
    Best Regards.
    Brando</b>

    Hello Brando,
With FB70 I recommend you implement the user-exit via the Business Add-In (BADI) way and avoid SMOD exits if possible.
The list below are the BADIs that are called by the <b>ECC6.0</b> system after you click the <b>Save</b> button to post a document. <u>They are listed in the order which they are called before the actual post</u>. You'll have to find the right one as per your requirement - you can view their definition via transaction SE18 then after you find the right one you need to use that definition to create an implementation via SE19. Here again, you'll have to choose the right method that suits your requirement. You'll find the method and class documentation in some cases with examples on how to implement, you need to write the code between the Method..EndMethod statement using the parameters provided by the Method.
    1. PPA_CUST_BADI
    2. FI_RES_ITEM_CURRENCY
    3. AC_QUANTITY_GET
    4. BADI_PRKNG_NO_UPDATE
    5. FM_POP_CORE
    6. FMRI
    7. FMRE_BUS_PROCESS
    8. FAGL_SET_SEGMENT
    9. EXIT_XFMPR1_001
    10. BUAVC_CHECK_RESTRICT
    11. UKM_R3_ACTIVATE

I spent a bit of time debugging FB70 to find this info for you, please appreciate by rewarding points (or else
    Good luck.

  • For running utlrp.sql need users termination from the database?

    Hai All,
My database jobs terminated in some time. So I want to run utlrp.sql for compiling all invalid objects. Is It needs users termination from the database? or login to restricted session? Please give a correct step for doing this activity..
    Please help?
    Shiju

database? or login to restricted session? Please
give a correct step for doing this activity..
It is good , if you run utlrp.sql in restricted mode also set job_queue_processes =0 and check no dbms_job running package ( if package is valid then fine ). Problem only come when package/procedure are locked/in use by session. If invalid package are not used by any session then you can run utlrp.sql without restricted mode also. Well you know better you application.
Since you not altering any dependencies, just want to compile , you can run without restricted mode.

  • USER EXIT/ BADI (The price should not be changed in the billing document)

    Hi all,
We have given manual entry provision for pricing in Sales order level. But as per the company requirement, the price should not be changed in the billing document. Also the point to be considered is, it is a delivery based billing.
Kindly help me for finding USER EXIT/ BADI to achieve my requirement.
    Thanks.

    Hi,
    Please refer to OSS notes:
105621 - Authorization check for the condition screen - you can use following user-exit includes for changing the condition tab to display only:
        USEREXIT_FIELD_MODIFICATION
        USEREXIT_PRICING_CHECK
        USEREXIT_FIELD_MODIFIC_LEER
        USEREXIT_FIELD_MODIFIC_KZWI
        USEREXIT_FIELD_MODIFIC_KOPF
1165078 - Authorization check for conditions or subtotals - from ECC6.0 EHP4 there is a dedicated BAdI for authorization check, however if the user is not aurhorized to change the conditions, the conditions are not visible for the user as well.

  • Portal logoff should Close or Exit from  the window

    Hi Friends,
Please help me here, When user click on logoff or Exit from the portal the Window should be closed. (I disabled the popup message box , now I am trying to figured it out how to close the window)
    Please help me.
    Peter

    Hi Peter,
If you try to write JavaScript  in par file to close window, i think portal will not properly logoff from portal.
Better to create a seperate html page which contain script to close the window on load. Also include script to remove cookies created by portal (not mandatory). Save the html page in server..
You can redirect portal after logoff to this page by setting ume logoff url in visual administrator.
We implemented this in portal and working fine in IE. For Firefox it will prompt a message, since it will not allow close window from script due to security reasons.
If you need html code and script let me know i will send it.
    Regards
    Baby

    Hi,
David is right; SQL*Plus is the wrong tool for this job.
If you really want to to this in SQL*Plus, you can achieve a crude type of branching by using sub-sripts. Instead of an IF statement, you use START or @ to run one or another of those sub-scripts, based on a substitution variable, which in turn is set by a query.
    For example:
    --     abc.sql - Test if table1 exists, and
--                     (1) if it exists, run abc_query.sql to do a query
--                     (2) if it does not exist, run abc_error.sql to display an error message
--     Preliminary query, to define next_script:
    COLUMN     next_script_col        NEW_VALUE next_script
    SELECT     CASE      COUNT (*)
             WHEN  0  THEN  'abc_error'
                       ELSE  'abc_query'
         END     AS next_script_col
    FROM     all_tables
    WHERE     table_name     = 'TABLE1'
    AND     owner          = 'SCOTT'

Why does table1 sometimes disappear? In a good database design, tables are permanent structures, and get dropped only when they are obsolete. Perhaps you should be TRUNCATing the table, not dropping it.

  • Configuration for writing user exits

sir provide me the configuration of user exits, purpose how to write it
    thank u

    Hi Supraja,
User exits are the enhancements provided by SAP
you can use them in transactions. Each transaction will have user exits.
If you want to use your own requirements by making your coding while the transaction is run you can use user exits.
For example if you want to run the MRP in MD02 specific to MRP controller you can user exit.
Please also refer the document below.
    USEREXIT
Userxits allow us to add our own functionality to SAP standard program
without modifying it. These are implemented in the form of subroutines and hence are also known as FORM EXITs. The userexits are generally collected in includes and attached to the standard program by the SAP.
All Userexits start with the word USEREXIT_...
    FORM USEREXIT_..
    z..
    ENDFORM.
The problem lies in finding the correct userexit and how to find it if one exists for the purpose. Once the correct userexit is found the necessary customer code is inserted in the customer include starting with the z. in the form routine.
    e.g. USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE
Certain application like SD still provide this form of enhancement using userexit but this practice is no longer being followed for newer extensions instead they are using EXITs which come bundled in enhancement packages . Nevertheless existing USEREXITS will be supported by SAP an all the newer versions of SAP.
    HOW TO FIND USEREXITS
Userexits can be found in number of ways:
    1) To find userexits in SD module , goto object navigator(SE80) and select
development class from the list and enter VMOD in it. All of the userexits in SD are contained in the development class VMOD. Press enter and you will find all the includes which contain userexits in SD for different functions like PRICING, ORDER PROCESSING etc. Select the userexit according to the requirement and read the comment inserted in it and start coding.
Some examples of userexits in SD (SALES & DISTRIBUTION) are:
1)ADDING OF NEW FIELDS IN PRICING
In Pricing in SD the fields on the basis of which pricing is done are derived from the FIELD CATALOG which is a structure KOMG .This structure is used to transfer transaction data to the pricing procedure in SD and is also known as communication structure. This structure KOMG consists of two tables KOMK for Header related fields and KOMP for item related fields. The fields which are not in either of the two tables KOMK and KOMP cannot be used in pricing .Sometimes a need arises when the pricing is to be based on some other criteria which is not present in the form of fields in either of the two tables. This problem can be solved by using USEREXITS which are provided for pricing in SD. Pricing takes place both when the SALES ORDER ( Transaction VA01) is created as well as when INVOICING ( Transaction VF01) is done. Hence SAP provides 2 userexits ,one for sales order processing which is
    USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMP or
    USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMK
Depending upon which table (KOMK or KOMP) the new fields were inserted we use either of the above two userexits. These userexits are found in include MV45AFZZ of the standard SAP sales order creation program SAPMV45A.
In the case of userexit which will be called when invoicing is done ,these
are provided in the include RY60AFZZ which is in the standard SAP program SAPMV45A. The name of the userexits are same. i.e.
    USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMP or
    USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMK
These userexits are used for passing the data from the communication structure to the pricing procedure, for this we have to fill the newly created field in the communication structure KOMG for this we fill the code in the above userexit using the MOVE statement after the data that has to be passed is taken from the database table by using the SELECT statement. The actual structure which is visible in these userexits and which is to be filled for that particular field is TKOMP or TKOMK.
Before the coding for these userexits is done ,it is necessary to create a new field in either of the two tables KOMK or KOMP .For this purpose includes are provided in each of them .
To create the field in header data (KOMK) the include provided is KOMKAZ
and to create the field in item data (KOMP) the include provided is KOMPAZ.
One possible example for the need of creating new fields can be e.g. Freight to be based upon transportation zone, for this no field is available in field catalog and hence it can be created in KOMK and then above userexits can be used to fill the transportation data to it.
    2) The other method of finding userexit is to find the word USEREXIT in the
associated program of the transaction for which we want to determine userexit using SE38.
    3) The other method of finding userexits is to find the include in case of SD/MM applications where the userexits are located, this can be found in the SAP reference IMG generally in the subfolder under SYSTEM MODIFICATION.
Some other examples of userexits in SD are:
    USEREXIT_NUMBER_RANGE
This userexit is used to assign a different internal document number to the
sales order(VA01) when it is created depending on some criteria like a different SALES ORGANIZAION(VKORG) .
    USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE
This userexit is used to insert the ABAP code which will be called when
the document (sales order VA01) is just about to be saved. This userexit is used generally for custom checks on different fields , to display some information before the order will be saved or for making changes to certain fields before the sales order will be saved.
    Exits & Enhancements
There are mainly six types of EXITs in sap which have been collected in the form of enhancement packages and attached to standard code in SAP.
These are different from USEREXIT in the way that they are implemented
in the form of FUNCTIONs while in USEREXITS we use form routines for their implementation. These are also sometimes known as function exits.
These start from the word EXIT_ followed by the program name and then followed by a three digit number.
    e.g. EXIT_SAPMV45A_002
This exit is found in SD in enhancement V45A0002.
    TYPES OF EXITS
    1) MENU EXITS
    2) FUNCTION EXITS
    3) TABLE EXITS
    4) SCREEN EXITS
    5) KEYWORD EXITS
    6) FIELD EXITS
We use SAP transactions CMOD and SMOD to manage exits. Before implementing an exit, it is required to create the project by using CMOD
selecting the enhancement e.g. V45A0002 and selecting the component
(one which fulfills our need) i.e. the exit which will be implemented in SMOD and after coding has been done the project has to be activated.
An exit can be coded only once.
    FUNCTION EXITS
These are used to add functionality through ABAP code. These start from the word EXIT_programname_NNN ending in a 3 digit number. No access code is required to implement any type of exit including function exits.
The function exits are called from the standard SAP program in the form
    of ABAP statement
    CALL CUSTOMER-FUNCTION 'NNN'
This is in contrast to USEREXITs where PERFORM statement is used to call
    the required userexit.
To implement the FUNCTION EXITs first of all the project is created and a suitable enhancement package is selected and from its components the function exit to be implemented is selected and on double clicking it the exit code will appear in ABAP EDITOR(se38) where a Z include will be found and the customer code should be entered in this include.
    e.g.
ADDING A DEFAULT SOLD-TO-PARTY in Sales Order Creation
To show a default sold-to-party in this field when the user creates a sales order (VA01) we can use a function exit .This function exit is located in enhancement no V45A0002 . Before we can choose the exit we have to create a project in CMOD after that enter V45A0002 in the enhancement field and click on the components. In the components you will see the exit EXIT_SAPMV45A_002. This exit is used for our purpose.
Double clicking on this exit will takes us to function builder (SE37) . This
function exit has one exporting parameters and two importing parameters, we are interested in exporting parameter which is E_KUNNR of type KNA1-KUNNR i.e. if we move the desired customer name to this structure(E_KUNNR) it will be shown in the field as the default value when we create the sales order. This function also contains a customer include ZXVVA04. This include will be used to write our custom code.
Double clicking on this include and it will prompt us that this include does not exists do you want to create this object, select yes and the include will be created .In this include we can write our own code that will fill the field E_KUNNR.
    e.g. E_KUNNR = 301.
Activate the include and Activate the project. Now when ever the SALES ORDER will be created, sold-to-party field will come up with a predefined customer.
    FIELD EXITS
The field exits are managed, created, activated through program RSMODPRF. The field exit is associated with a data element existing in ABAP dictionary and hence to the screen field using that data element.
The format of field exit is:
    FIELD_EXIT_dataelement_A-Z or 0-9
If a particular screen and program name is not specified than the field exit will effect all the screens containing that data element.
The function module associated with field exit shows two parameters
INPUT and OUTPUT. Input parameter contains the data passed to the field exit when the field exit was invoked by the R/3, we can write our own code to change the output parameter depending upon our requirements.
Before the field exit can have any effect the system profile parameter
ABAP/FIELDEXIT in all the application servers should be set to YES
    ABAP/FIELDEXIT = YES.
    TYPES OF USER EXITS
User exits are basically 4 types,
    1. Field exit,
    2. Menu Exit,
    3. Function module and
    4. Screen exit.
These exits we can use according to a situation...

    Thanks and Regards,

  • SAP ISU - User exits at the end of move-in process

    Hi,
We have a requirement to send some outbound messages on completion of Move-in process in SAP ISU system. And send some outbound message on completion of Reverse Move-in process.
I tried to find the customer/user exit in transaction EC50E and EC53E, all i could find is user exits during the process. I need something at the end of process.
At the moment all I can do is use the events raised when these process are completed (Ex: MOVEINDOC.Created) and start a workflow to send outbound messages. But i would want to know if there are any exits available at the end of the processess as I dont want to create a workflow just for one activity.
    Any inputs will be appreciated.
    Many Thanks,

  • How to read User ID from the request Form and pre populating in the AD User process form before provisioning

I am trying to read the user Id from the submitted AD User request form( Catalogue AD User form. I need User Id,firstname and lastname inorder to prepopulate the common name as in this format - lastname, firstname (userid)  for the user to be provisioned in Active Directory.
So after filling the AD User request form with User Id and Organization and submitting the request, I am trying to
prepopulate the common name in the process form before the provisioning.
The prepopulate adopter for the common name is configured to read the firstname, lastname and userid. firstname and
lastname variables are mapped to User definition and user Id is mapped to Process Data. In this setup I am not getting the
User Id value from process data, it is empty.
Is this a bug with OIM 11g R2 or I need to do it differently in order to read the user Id that user has entered in the
request form for populating the common name?
    Thanks

How to get USER_ID and IP_AddressWhy exactly do you need this data and what do you plan to do with it?
The data is not reliable and trustworthy. IP addresses can easily be spoofed (a few seconds if you know what to do and how to do it). Also, IP addresses are not static. Users also do not use the same network device to access the database - different devices will have different IP addresses.
The o/s user on the client is supplied by the client driver. This can also be spoofed.
The user can also use a virtualised device - which means that recording the IP and o/s user seen from the server side, is pretty much useless and meaningless.
So if this data is intended to be used for auditing for example - it would be pretty suspect data to use for that purpose.
