What do you mean by deleted material document...I have never heared a deleted material document.
Yes we can cancel or reverse a material document, if that is what you want to see, you can display that in MIGO display document option wrt a the material document you have cancelled. Not here is the twist the document that has been cncelled or reversed create anew material document wrt a reversal movement type.
So we are talking here about two material document first the original material documennt with a movement type and the other with the reverse movement type.

Archiving (transaction SARA)
Data archiving removes bulk data which is no longer required in the System, but which must be retained accessibly, from the database. Data in the R/3 database can only be archived via archiving objects, which describe the data structure. Financial accounting documents, for example are archived via the archiving object FI_DOCUMNT, which comprises the document header, company-code-dependent postings, change documents, SAPscript texts and other elements. The application archiving objects are pre-defined in the system. The archiving programs are scheduled as background jobs, but can run during on-line processing. The system need not be shutdown.
The archiving procedure comprises two main steps:
Create archive files: the data to be archived are first written sequentially into a newly created file. The data then exist twice in the database. These archive files can, e.g. be passed to an archive system, via ArchiveLink.
Execute delete program: the data in the archive files are removed from the database by the delete program.
You can check how the archive filenames and archive destination are setup in transaction FILE
Always remembers to check the setting before any archiving. The settings will determine things like whether the delete programs will start automatically. (it is not advisable to start your delete programs automatically).
You can configure all the customizing settings with transaction AOBJ - Archive Objects.
MM_MATBEL - Archive material document
OMB9 - Archiving - Material document retention period.
The default documents life is 200 days. You need to maintain the documents life for each Plant in your company before you can start archiving. If you did not maintain, you will get a list with 'Valid.period not maintained for tr./ev. type of doc.'.
MM_ACCTIT - Archive accounting interface tables
The documents store in the table are for applications which are to be supplied with the posting data at a later date of MM Inventory Management and MM Invoice Verification.
If you are using 3.x, this archiving object might not be found. You need to import it from sapservX. Read note 89324, 99388, 83076.
Take a look at OSS note 48009 for the detail explanation of which data is updated in the ACCT* tables.
PP_ORDER - Archive production order
OPJH - Production Order retention period. Maintain Retention 1 and 2.
If your set your retention 1 and 2 as 10, that means that after 10 days of setting the delete flag then you can set the deletion indicator. After 10 days of setting the deletion indicator then you can start archiving. Therefore, to archive immediately, you can leave retention 1 and 2 as space. Please take note that retention 1 and 2 act as a safety net if you happened to archive the wrong record. You will have to decide whether to have the retention time gap or not.
FI_DOCUMNT - Archive Financial Accounting Documents
Maintain the account life - transaction OBR7
Maintain the documents life - transaction OBR8
SD_VBRK - Archive Billing Documents
There are no posting date or fiscal year/period selection. You can only specify the billing documents date. In order that you do not archive the wrong record, you have to write a ABAP query or report to print out the various billing documents number ranges you want to archive. You can extract the data from table
VBRK - Billing: Header Data.
VN01 - Check all the number ranges for Billing Documents.
Click Overview buttom or Hold the Shift key and press F7.
RV_LIKP - Archiving Deliveries
VORL - Maintain the retention period. Number of days which must have elapsed since the delivery was created, before the delivery can be archived.

Goods Receipt Collective Slip for Mat Doc is not printing

HI All,
I have a strange issues. I'm trying to print collective slip for Goods Receipt which is created against of PO.
I able to print Individual Slip when i create GR(Mat Doc) against PO with movement type 101. But I'm not able to print the Collective Slip when I create GR(Mat Doc) against PO with movement type 101. I'm saving the GR document by selecting collective slip. Error I'm getting is "The system could not create Output".
I check the condition records in MN21, condition record is in place.
I check in OMB5, for movement type and material document configuratio its there.
I check in NACR, condition record is there.
I found that In table NAST, entry for GR document created using collective slip is not available, but Individual slip GR Doc entries are there in NAST table.
any help on this matter is highly appreciated.
I check in SDN, Googled it, but no result.

2. Before you set up the output determination, you have to run the program RM07NCUS for each client in which you want to use the output determination function.
This program copies the basic settings from the SAP standard client (000).

Is there a way to view/delete apps that won't fit on the 11 screens?

I have more apps than fit on the 11 available screens - is there a way to view/delete apps that aren't on the 11 screens? I know I can launch them from the search facility, but that doesn't give me a comprehensive list or the ability to remove?

You can only remove them in iTunes on the computer.

TDP / SD - error- posting value missing in mat doc

Please help...
I have two excise duty conditions ya02 and ya03 and they stand for excise duty value calculated via rate from OIH01 table and other is calculated based on the reduction % entered during delivery document respectively. So ya03 is zero initially when teh order is created, until a % reduction is entered in the delivery document and from their a User exist calculates the reduction value and populates the ya03 condition type.
Till here it is fine now when the PGI is done the value for ya02 is visible but ya03 is missing. Debugging shows that the system is looking for the value in OIH01 table. and when ED rate is maintained the value for ya03 is populated in the mat doc.
1. Is their any user exit which can bypass this and pick up the value calculated in the condition type ya03?
2. Any other suggested solution?

Entire material GR stock should be in storage location,before proceeding to next step.
After cancelling invoice,Cancel material document,Post excise using J1IEX,Cancel excise using J1IEX.
Now do necessary changes in p.o. Do GR,invoice.

Ho wto view deleted items in a sales order

is there a way to view deleted items in sales order.?
is there a change log that we can view?
how can we see the change log of any document?

Hi Swathi,
the change log is only recorded for data element fields - For example, go into SE11, choose the radio button for data type. Enter SERAIL for serial number and then go to Further characteristics tab. Here the tick for Change document tells SAP to record the changes for this field in the CDHDR and CDPOS tables.

SCSM 2012 UR3 - "The Full adapter threw an exception" error when viewing "Deleted Items" view

Has anyone expereinced the "The Full adapter threw an exception" eror in the SCSM 2012 console?
We get the error in both our dev and production environments when trying to view the "Deleted Items" view in the console (even after using powershell to remove all deleted iterms). As just noted, interestingly enough we can view, delete, and restore
deleted items using the corresponding Powershell commands. It should be noted that neither of our two SCSM 2012 environments has a registered data warehouse server. Below is a screen shot of the error as well as the associated error text and event
log errors.
Any help would be greatly apprecaited!

The issue is currently we alllowing the negetaive stock at storage location level.At this movement , we want to avoid the negetive stock creation while posting the Mat doc with MB26.Before saving the material document I want check the stock levels in MARD , if the stock levels goes negative from this posting, then I want to stop the document posting.

Want to know the Mat docs for the stock in trans qty in MARD

Hi Experts,
I found 10 qty in stock in transfer(sloc) in MARD table for a material. I want to know what are all the material docuements posted against them descretely?
Because:
when I am doing the MB1B with movement type 313 for that material, the qty is appending on the existing qty, not knowing the details when and how much qty have been posted with in MARD.
when I am using MSEG to fetch the Material documents posted with 313 movement type for that material. its showing so many material documents with 313 for that material docs for more qty.
My questions is stock in transfer(sloc) qty should be equal to Mat docs with qty.
Please help me to find the descretely.

Actually I have generated a report for pulling Mat docs which have been posted with 313 mov type by ignoring the corresponding docs with 314 and 315 using MARD and MSEG. I will use these Mat docs in further transaction like MBSU.
Now my report is pulling all the mat docs with 313 for a particular material & plant combination when I am executing without any date range.
But when I campare the Material in stock in trans (sloc) qty is 3 in MARD(for example), but my report is showing documents with more qty. (7 mat docs with total of 10 qty for ex.). causing the data incosistency.
Can you please help me in pulling the Material documents related to the stock in trans(sloc) qty only?

BDC for Goods Issue for movement 261 MIGO, Capturing Mat Doc No.

I want to post Goods Mvmt for order fir mvmt 261 using BDC ( transaction MIGO ). However I need to get back the material Document no. which is generated after this posting and store it in Z table.
Can I get that material in BDC recording or do I need to add a select statement for this. Material document no is displayed just on status line below. How to get that ?

Talk to your to see what backups they make of your BOE repository, but I wouldn't do that unless it will take a lot of work to recreate your webi.

When we create SES message came "Customizing incorrectly maintained" & Message no. SE729. When we release the SES then Material Document is not showing in foreground.

Reason and Prerequisites
You have recently made an upgrade
Number of entries in table T162V is different to the number of columns in table control for screen SAPLMLSP/400.
Solution
The variants maintained before and after upgrade are probably different.
Since different customers maintain different number of entries for each variant, it would not be possible to release a standard note to all customers to fix this. Moreover this cannot be fixed using the Note Assistant, the changes have to be done manually.
The entries in the Table 'T162V'(for each of the 6 variants) should always be the same as that of the columns in the table control(TC_View).
Table Control(Screen) Screen 400 SAPLMSP(TC for services ).
Below is the standard logic to verify if the customising is correct.
Determine number of lines in customizing tables
describe table t162v_tab lines lv_t162vlines.
Determine number of columns in table control
describe table tc_view-cols lines lv_tclines.
lv_tclines = 6 * lv_tclines.
Here 6 signifies the 6 variants for the TC.
if lv_t162vlines ne lv_tclines.

Please make sure that the entries maintained in T162V are the same as the columns maintained in the Table Control (TC).
For this case, you can use SM31 transaction to maintain the same number of entries in table T162V as in TC.
Please see the attached files "SE729_A.doc" and "SE729_B.doc" for further help, that explain exactly how to check the situation and how to use SM31.
The most important thing is that you have the same number of entries in lv_t162vlines as in lv_tclines.
After all changes are made please test the behaviour again.

Issue two
The button for services selection is missing and when you want to record a new entry sheet, the system show messagge SE 729.
This is owing to the incomplete coding of the user-exit that must be performed by the user.
When the SAP enhancement SRVEDIT is not active, the call of the user-exit is not performed and the value of I_EDIT_KZ is set to 'X', and never changed.
When you activate your project, which contains the SAP enhancement, you
need to write the code of the include ZXMLUU18, so that the export parameter E_EDIT of EXIT_SAPLMLSR_001 returns a value. Without code, the parameter value will be blank, hence I_EDIT_KZ will be blank, and the end result is the [Service selection] button disappears. Time out's can also be a result.

Error in mat doc after turning in the production in MFBF

can anybody please help me with this issue. After the user has turned in production (thru MFBF), the material doc is getting posted. that is fine. Also there is output tab on the material doc and when we see the output there is an error that says
Language is not allowed
Message no. TD604

You want to edit a text. However, the text language specified does not exist.

The valid language keys are listed in Table T002. Please check the entries in this table.
becuase of this error the user is not able to print labels. why this error would be cominng? can anybody help? I also checked in table T002 and we see that there are all kinds of languages, what i do not understand is what language it is talking about and what can we do about this

OK i have checked the condition records in the MN22 for all key combinations, there are no condition records. now this problem does not seem to happen all the time. For some materials, there is no problem, and after the production is turned in the mat doc gets posted fine and the label also gets printed fine. It is only for certain materials this eems to happen, are there any settings in production version or BOM that might be causing this?

How can I view deleted history?

Hello! I would like to view my history from February 2014, but I am not able to view any history beyond March 2014. I am pretty sure that I deleted all of my history since February, but if anyone thinks that there might be another reason that I am not able to view this history then please let me know.
Please let me know of all of the ways that you can think of for viewing deleted history. Also, please let me know if it's possible that something besides deletion happened to this history and that I should be looking into other means to view my activity in February 2014.

You can make a backup copy of the current places.sqlite file in the Firefox profile folder and see if you can restore an older copy of the places.sqlite from before you deleted that older history.
