TR processing through LB10

Hi all,
Something really strange is happening, after GR of a production order with migo 101 material is posted to 901 storage type, then a TR is created, while processing the TO in the background the problem comes, in all cases I get the TO, but for some materials the TO is confirmed automatically, but for some others I have to go to LT12 to confirm manually.
Actually my requirement is to confirm manually the TO after creating it in LB10 but I dont know why for some materials are getting confirmed automatically, can you explain where could I find the setting to look for the roote cause?
Regards

Hi Csaba,
Thanks for the reply, actually the materials that I mentioned before (some need confirmation and some do not) all of them I am talking about TR's going to the same storage type, all of them are going from 901 to 200 storage type, but for some materials I need to confirm the transfer and for some I don't.
Any more ideas on why is this happening?
Thanks and regards

  • BAPI for Vendor Non-PO Invoice processed through MIR7 Transaction

    Hi All,
    I have a requirement where i will get data from flat file. Using this data Vendor Non-PO Invoice
    will be processed through MIR7 transaction with Multiple line items - Invoice Upload Parking the document for vendor non-po invoices.
    The data is in below format in flat file:
    Header fields in 1st line
    Dr. Key related fields in 2nd line
    Cr. Key related fields in 3rd line
    Header fields in 4th line
    Dr. Key related fields in 5th line
    Cr. Key related fields in 6th line
    etc .... in flat file
    In these main fields coming in from flat file are: comp.code, doc.type, vendor no,
    Debit/Credit indicatorSHKZG, G/L a/c no, inv/post dates etc..
    My issues:
    1. I am planning to use F.M BAPI_INCOMINGINVOICE_PARK is it the correct F.M!
    But Here PO number seems to be mandatory for this F.M but it is not available as per our flat file,
    if so can anybody suggest a BAPI for Vendor Non-PO Invoice parking for MIR7 transaction!
    2. What are the parameters need to be used for from above flat file data especially for 2 line itemshttp://Dr./Cr. data other than header data. So as per Header & 2 Line items http://Dr. & Cr. Data which parameters will be updated with which data in above flat file! can anybody clarify!
    3. Also in flat file WorkflowNo is available in which parameter this fields will need to be filled & also by doing this will it trigger workflow automatically!
    Can anybody clarify about above points!
    Thanks in advance.
    Thanks,
    Deep.

    Hello Deep,
    I know it might be quite late for you for this answer, nevertheless I will write that, because there are lots of question like yours. bapi_incominginvoice_park is also a suitable bapi for you. All you need to do is call it this way:
    data: headerdata like bapi_incinv_create_header value is initial,
            table_item type table of bapi_incinv_create_item,
            gl_account like bapi_incinv_create_gl_account,
            table_gl type table of bapi_incinv_create_gl_account.
    * fill headerdata and table_gl, leaving table_item empty
    CALL FUNCTION 'BAPI_INCOMINGINVOICE_PARK'
        EXPORTING
          HEADERDATA                = HEADERDATA
    *   ADDRESSDATA               =
        IMPORTING
          INVOICEDOCNUMBER          = lv_docnr
          FISCALYEAR                = lv_year
        TABLES
          ITEMDATA                  = table_item
    *      ACCOUNTINGDATA            = table_acc
          GLACCOUNTDATA             = table_gl
    *   MATERIALDATA              =
    *      TAXDATA                   = table_tax
    *   WITHTAXDATA               =
    *   VENDORITEMSPLITDATA       =
          RETURN                    = lt_return.
    This works perfectly for me, creating a mir7 document without refering to a PO. The trick here is to fulfill the glaccountingdata importing table while leaving itemdata empty.

  • Automatic Payment Process through IDOC and Receive Message Acknowledgement and BANST file format

    Hi Experts,
    We are implementing payment process to our client through Idoc.
    Normally the process will go like below. Once Payment Initiated --> IDoc will generate --> This Idoc process through PI system and send to Bank.--> Once payment data received bank --> it will generate acknowledgement receipt and Bansta file and send it PI system --> This PI system system again send it --> SAP system. Here I want to know the required configuration from PI system to SAP system while receiving acknowledgement and Bansta file. And let me know if u guys have steps...
    Thanks,
    Raviram

    Hi,
    >is possible using the fileadapter to read this file and with pass it throug PI to IDOC receiver adapter without any mapping?
    yes
    >In that case what should the Message Type we are using in the file-sender adapter look like?
    If you have no mapping it doesnt matter, the message type will not be validated during runtime. You can take the IDoc type imported from the SAP system

  • Payment process through  F110

    Hai,
    I am consuming lot of time while processing  payment through F-110.
    As and when advance is processed, i need to edit the payment proposal  as there would be huge bills payable other than advance, i need to edit each line item and then process.  Is there any other process through which only advance payments can be process.  As is there any configuration changes that can be effected, which allows only the advance proposal  to come for this f110 transaction.
    Could you please advice me accordingly.

    Hi,
    Just a try.
    In Free selection, select Reconciliation account and give the alternative reconciliation account that is used for SPL GL trasactions (Advances).

  • Parallel Processing through ABAP program

    Hi,
    We are trying to do the parallel processing through ABAP. As per SAP documentation we are using the CALL FUNCTION STARTING NEW TASK DESTINATION.
    We have one Z function Module and as per SAP we are making this Function module (FM)as Remote -enabled module.
    In this FM we would like to process data which we get it from internal table and would like to send back the processed data(through internal table) to the main program where we are using CALL FUNCTION STARTING NEW TASK DESTINATION.
    Please suggest how to achieve this.
    We tried out EXPORT -IMPORT option meaning we used EXPORT internal table in the FM with some memory ID and in the main program using IMPORT internal table with the same memory ID.  But this option is not working even though ID and name of the internal table is not working.
    Also, SAP documentation says that we can use RECEIVE RESULTS FROM FUNCTION 'RFC_SYSTEM_INFO'
    IMPORTING RFCSI_EXPORT = INFO in conjunction with CALL FUNCTION STARTING NEW TASK DESTINATION. Documentation also specifies that "RECEIVE is needed to gather IMPORTING and TABLE returns of an asynchronously executed RFC Function module". But while creating the FM remote-enabled we cant have EXPORT or IMPORT parameters.
    Please help !
    Thanks in advance
    Santosh

    <i>We tried out EXPORT -IMPORT option meaning we used EXPORT internal table in the FM with some memory ID and in the main program using IMPORT internal table with the same memory ID. But this option is not working even though ID and name of the internal table is not working</i>
    I think that this is not working because that memory does not work across sessions/tasks.  I think that the
    IMPORT FROM SHARED BUFFER and EXPORT TO SHARED BUFFER would work.  I have used these in the past and it works pretty good.
    Also,
    here is a quick sample of the "new task" and "recieve" functionality.   You can not specify the importing parameters when call the FM.  You specify them at the recieving end.
    report zrich_0001 .
    data: session(1) type c.
    data: ccdetail type bapi0002_2.
    start-of-selection.
    * Call the transaction in another session...control will be stop
    * in calling program and will wait for response from other session
      call function 'BAPI_COMPANYCODE_GETDETAIL'
               starting new task 'TEST' destination 'NONE'
                   performing set_session_done on end of task
        exporting
          companycodeid             = '0010'
    * IMPORTING
    *   COMPANYCODE_DETAIL        = ccdetails
    *   COMPANYCODE_ADDRESS       =
    *   RETURN                    =
    * wait here till the other session is done
      wait until session = 'X'.
      write:/ ccdetail.
    *       FORM SET_session_DONE
    form set_session_done using taskname.
    * Receive results into messtab from function.......
    * this will also close the session
      receive results from function 'BAPI_COMPANYCODE_GETDETAIL'
        importing
           companycode_detail        = ccdetail.
    * Set session as done.
      session = 'X'.
    endform.

    can you initate the process from the bpel console successfully?
    if so can you use obtunnel from the installation to trace the soap message (that goes over the wire), my best guess in this case is a problem with a header (holding the wsa information) ..
    after starting obtunnel it will liesten to a custom port, and will forward the request to the engine, so you need to point your client to this new port..

    The problem:since there are 4 lines of ps output here,why wc -l shows the number "5"?
    And if i redirect ps to a file and then check the lines number with "wc -l",it's "4".
    $ps > out
    $cat out
    PID TTY TIME CMD
    2674 tty3 00:00:00 bash
    2689 tty3 00:00:00 mocp
    2753 tty3 00:00:00 ps
    $cat out | wc -l
    4
    Any idea?Thanks.

    hi.thank you.
    The clue you bring here sounds reasonable.But a little more confusion to me comes around.I will check the bash rules for digest commands.thanks.

  • Implement callback for an asynchronous BPEL process through Java

    Hi ,
    I am trying to implement a callback functionality for an asynchronous BPEL process through java.
    I found the code in the samples folder of SOA suite installation folder .
    <SOA_HOME>\bpel\samples\tutorials\102.InvokingProcesses\rmi\com\otn\samples\async.
    There is an AsyncInstanceWatchdog object which registers a callback object(in this case an object of AsyncCallbackImpl class) for a specific CONVERSATION_ID.
    String convId = GUIDGenerator.generateGUID();
    nm.setProperty(NormalizedMessage.CONVERSATION_ID, convId);
    deliveryService.post(proc_name, "initiate", nm);
    // register the callback
    watchdog.registerAsyncCallback(convId, testAsyncHandler,
    locator.getDomainAuth());
    // start it
    watchdog.start();
    There is no problem till the last line. But once the BPEL process returns the control( does a callback), it throws the following error.

    Please check that the variant "output" is properly declared; otherwise there may be a misspelling in the name of the variant.

    For your reference the variable output is declared in the definition of AsyncCallbackImpl (which implements the IAsyncInstanceCallback interface).
    There are 2 methods defined in the AsyncCallbackImpl class.
    public void onResult(Map pResultMessage) {
    System.out.println("called back! ");
    Iterator iTest = pResultMessage.keySet().iterator();
    while (iTest.hasNext()) {
    String key = (String)iTest.next();
    System.out.println(XMLHelper.elementToString((Element)pResultMessage.get(key)));
    public String getVariableName() {
    return "output";
    The variable name is same given in the sample code. And the BPEL process returns variable named output. So the name should not be a problem.
    Is it because of the scope of the variable.. If so, how do I change it.
    Any help would be appreciated.

    Solved it by some googling .... :)
    Here is the link:-
    [http://abhishek-soablog.blogspot.com/2008/09/orabpel-02118.html]
    or
    [http://beautifulwaste.blogspot.com/2008/04/calling-asynchronous-bpel-process.html]
    Both gives the same solution..
    In pre 10.1.3.3 release the default behaviour were to keep global variable information along with the instance information for completed BPEL processes.
    In 10.1.3.3 or later, this behaviour changed for performance reasons so that the default behaviour is now, not to keep any global variables for a BPEL process once the BPEL process has completed.
    You can configure this behaviour on a process level basis by using the parameter keepGlobalVariables in the bpel.xml file for the specific process:
    <BPELSuitcase>
    <BPELProcess src=".........." id="...........">
    <configurations>
    <property name="keepGlobalVariables">true</property>
    </configurations>
    </BPELProcess>
    </BPELSuitcase>

  • Need to track windows processes through java code.

    Need to track windows processes through java code.
    Eg: I want to find out whether an exe file (wrun.exe) is running or stopped.
    Can I do it through java. If so can any one please tell me how to do it. That will be a great help.
    Thanks,

    There are 2 options for things like this:
    1) Use Runtime.exec() to execute some command or application and parse the input from it.
    2) Write some native code and use JNI to call it.
