Transfering the results from labview to teststand. How it works?

Sometimes, despite the tact that my LV code module returns the data with -exactly - two significant digits of precision, in TS report I see a number with sixteen digits of precision.
For example the data returned (not only displayed) by the code module is -0.09 (DBL), but TS reports displays it to me as -0.0899999999999999.
Why it is like that?

Because you are transferring a double precision floating point number. The display has nothing to do with the actual data.

How do I return a Boolean array from LabView to TestStand?
I am trying to return a Boolean array from Labview to TestStand and have TS evaluate the results. I can do this for arrays of integers or reals but booleans do not work. I tried copying the PassFailTest step type and adding an array of Bool but I couldn't get it to evaluate the array. It simply always passed. How can this be done?
Bob A.I have thought about evaluating the Boolean data in TestStand but, as you say, this is a lot of work. What I have been doing is to map the boolean data to integers in LV (very easy) and then use the multiple numeric step type to evaluate the integer array automatically. This feels kludgy and I have tried a couple of times to create a "multiple boolean" step type with little success. I'm surprised TS hasn't anticipated a test returning multiple pass/fail results. I do this all the time for production code.
What I have tried is to copy MultipleNumericLimitsTest data type to a custom type and add a BooleanArray with a data type Array of Boolean[0..empty]. Then when I specify module, I select Step.BooleanArray as the value. The last step (that I know of) is to select Step.BooleanArray as the data source in the edit limits window. At this point if I run the test, I get the error "expect numeric, found boolean" (or something similar). When I look at the properties of my custom step type, the Substeps has DoMultiNumericMeasEvaluation as the Post-Step. I believe this is the root of my problem but I can't figure out how to change this to "DoMultiBooleanMeasEvaluation" or similar. Any Ideas? -
Updating the result from Labveiw to Test stand!

have a quick question; i am using Labview 8.5 & Test Stand. I am
develeoping Test Scripts using Labview for the design & using them in
Teststand as PASS/FAIL tests. My question is when i run the tests in teststand
its showing that the tests what i have written in labview has been passed but
when i remove the connection to UUT & run the same its showing that tests
are passed. Actually at this time it should show that the tests are failed
since the connection to UUT is not present. But on the lab view window its showing
the proper result(that the is failed due to to bad connection) but on the test
stand window side its showing erroneous results i.e. tests are passed(i.e. the
result is not being updated from lab view to test stand window). What should I do to
update the result from lab veiw to testand . I have this problem from couple of
days.

would be appreciated.

Looking at your Sequence File and the Pass / Fail Step in MainSequence.
Although you have three connections on your VI FT_Open_Device_By_Sreial_Number.vi (one input, two outputs),
within your step, you haven't connected them to any TestStand variables.
I have attached the FileGlobals.Handle to the Handle output of your VI as an example.
You need to do something similar for Device Serial Number and FT_Status.
I am not sure where this top level vi comes in, are you hoping to replace FT_Open_Device_By_Sreial_Number.vi with this top level vi.
If you are then you need to connect on input and output to its connector pane. I would suggest the boolean result is one of the ouptut
Which you connect to Step.Result.Pass/Fail

How to Pass Container in a queue from LabVIEW to TestStand?
I was succussful to pass simple type(string, number) using queue from LabVIEW to TestStand base on the example: Use TestStand Queue.seq.
I want to pass a container variable from LabVIEW to TestStand. But there are some errors happen.
Anyone who can help on this issue?

to then set up the loaded swf. In that function you can do this
kind of thing:

If the swf was published for AS3, then ldrmc will end up
being a pointer to the root of the swf, and you can call functions
or set variables however you like. If it was an AS2 swf, ldrmc
would be null.
Inside the loaded swf you could try trace statements, to make
sure you're looking up the hierarchy far enough. Like this:
trace(MovieClip(parent.parent));
If that doesn't trace MainTimeLine, then maybe you're not
looking up far enough. Don't forget that the swf itself is in a
loader, and so may be one level down from where you thought it was. -
OBIEE Report - filter based on the result from another analysis

I am using OBIEE 11g,
I am trying to use a filter which is based on the result from another analysis. I have an analysis A which is as table 1, and I want to filter the respective columns of analysis B (Table B) based on analysis A to remove the duplicates for march 01, 02, and 07 , but it is not working properly. I took a max of start and end time when I created analysis A. Please let me know if I did anything wrong. thanks.

open the file sqldeveloper\jdev\bin\sqldeveloper.conf and add the following two lines:
AddVMOption -Duser.language=en
AddVMOption -Duser.country=USyet now my date formats in excel are 'american-style' instead of german. For example 01-DEC-01 so excel does not recognize it as date and therefore I can not simply change the format.
When export to excel will be native to 1.1 perhaps someone can have a look at this 'feature'

How to join the results from 2 webservices using BPEL?Architecture question
Hi,
I am new to BPEL. BPEL process calls two webservices, which return complex results. I need to process the results from 2 webservices using BPEL .The result will be a complex xml, join/merge of previous results.
What is the best practice to do it with BPEL?
I see three ways:
1.To do the processing (join/ merge) inside the BPEL process itself and return complex xml.
2.Develop auxiliary webservice in java. Auxiliary webservice will do the processing (join/merge). Call this webservice from BPEL process.
3.Do a plain concatenation of the two XMLs in BPEL and forward it to the frontend. Frontend then will do all the logic on its side

Borisyou could process the XMLs one at a time, and use XSL transformations to process the payload to a target schema.
Activity 1:
output from webservice1 -> transform 1 -> partial XML (of target schema)
Activity 2:
output from webservice2 -> transform 2 -> completed XML (of target schema)

Try restoring from the backup created at the beginning of the sync process:
Without connecting your phone, open iTunes, go to Preferences, on the Devices tab check "Prevent...from syncing automatically"
Connect your phone, right-click on the name of your phone when it appears on the left sidebar in iTunes
Select Restore from backup, choosing your most recent backup to restore from
Disconnect your phone and confirm that your photos are back
Go back to iTunes>Preferences>Devices and re-enable automatic syncing. -
I don't have the latest ipod touch and therefore can't download the app '12 days of christmas'. The app details say that you don't need to use a device and that you can "download the gifts from your computer". How do I do this, as I know its not possible to diretly use an app on a computer?

The app is not gone, it is impossible to remove it from the device.
Check all home screens and folders.
If you are unable to find it, Settings > General > Reset > Reset Home Screen Layout.

With the site on display, click on the site identity button (for details on what that is see [https://support.mozilla.com/kb/Site+Identity+Button]) and then on More Information. This will open up the page info dialog.
First select the Permissions panel, make sure that "Load Images" is set to allow (selecting Use Default should also work)
Next select the Media panel, then click on the first item in the list. Use the down arrow key to scroll through the list. If any item has the option "Block images from (domain name)" selected, de-select the option.
This should hopefully resolve your issue, but also see https://support.mozilla.com/kb/Images+or+animations+do+not+show
Some add-ons can also block images, for example if you have AdBlock Plus installed, make sure that you have not accidentally created a filter to block the images.
