Transferred from a PC to MacPro.  Can I consolidate the profiles it created so I don't have multiple and get get all transferred files into my one primary profile?

I'm really new to the Macbook world and am learning as I go for sure...I migrated and uploaded my PC accounts to my Macbook Pro and now have 3 profiles on my mac has 3 profiles...one of which I don't need and would like to remove and the other two I would like to consolidate into one.  How can I remove the one profile I no longer wish to have and combine the other two?
One more quick question while I have some pro's Simplistic task for some I know but my husband has an IPOD that has a TON of music on it and I thought it would be the most simplest task to upload to the mac but I am not finding it to be that easy...any quick tips or tricks in doing that?
Thanks everyone Look forward to your wisdom!

While in a Admin level account, head to System Preferences > Accounts and delete the one you don't want.
To transfer files between accounts on the same machine, log out (Apple menu) and into the account you want to move files out of.
From the Finder > Computer > Macintosh HD > Users > your present account > where the files are.
From the Finder > Computer > Macintosh HD > Users > the destination account > Public > Dropbox
Drop files into the Dropbox and when you log in that account later the file permissions will change to that user.
