Transmitting message to entry pipeline failed !!

Hi all,
We have configured a file adapter to poll a specific directory. Now the adapter polls the file , deletes it after reading it , however it fails to deliver the message to entry pipeline.
We are getting an error msg that reads:
Transmitting the message to endpoint http://itcxi1:53000/sap/xi/engine?type=entry using connection AFW failed, due to: Received HTTP response code 404..
We have already gone through the link:

Accordingly we have checked but we have not used any business system.
There are two business service(one sender and the other reciever).
We have checked sxmb_adm and httpport in the exchange profile but all of them are filled with the respective values:
com.sap.aii.connect.integrationserver.r3.httpport = 8030.
com.sap.aii.connect.integrationserver.httpport = 53000.
in sxmb_adm we have given url as http://10.119.4.33:8030/sap/xi/engine?type=entry
But still in the error msg the url reads as:
http://itcxi1:53000/sap/xi/engine?type=entry

Thanks for ur prompt response.
Actually in this scenario i am not using any business system.
As mentioned before i have two business services one of which acts as the sender service and the other one acts as the receiver service.
Each one of them have their corresponding communication channels.
So where do i change the url.
My sld has a business system for xi in which i changed the url, putting the port as 8XXX.
Next i imported this system to my scenario and tried sending a message again but got the same error.
What should i do next?

What changes have you made for your SharePoint environment?
Have you reset search index and started a full crawl if possible?

I am unable to download iTunes on my second Windows 8 computer (64 bit). I got it fine on my first one and have used it quite a bit. After downloading the program and installing it on the second computer, I keep getting this error message: "Apple Mobile Device Failed to Start." This happens when when my IPhone 5c is connected via Wi-Fi and I have clicked on "Trust This Computer." (I have tried to install several times-- It gets hung up when it reaches"Starting Services.")

Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features (Later)
Remove all of these items in the following order:
iTunes
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support
Bonjour
Apple Application Support
Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.

Should you get the error iTunes.exe - Entry Point Not Found after the above reinstall then copy QTMovieWin.dll from:

C:\Program Files (x86)\iTunes
The above paths would be for a 64-bit machine. Hopefully the same fix with the " (x86)" omitted would work on 32-bit systems with the same error.

I am trying to install SLM as DISTRIBUTED SYSTEM. I have installed CENTRAL SERVICES INSTANCE on host 1 and DB instance on host 2.

I have changed the hostname in all the file (1) hostname ,(2)/etc/sysconfig/network file . i even checked my hostname and it shows hostname as "HOST1" so i am confused even though hostname is "HOST1" but in dev_ms the IP ADRESS is resolving to "host1.mycompanyname.com"
3. Also when i am trying to run "startsap" or "stopsap" from host1 where central service instance is installed. It gives me "command not found" although i see all the exe file in /usr/sap/SID/SYS/exe/run. why my command not running.
. I have added the sapmsSID 3900/tcp entries in both HOST1 and HOST3 services file.

I wonder whether there is a tool which can tell the time each queue spends in each step of the pipeline?
e.g. how much time a queue spent on client determination, on xml conversion, ...

Pipeline step means the Receiver Determination, Interface Determination etc.....so you can find this time in SXMB_MONI itself.
SXMB_MONI --> Open Message Processing entry --> Performance Header --> Under Performance Header --> SAP:Timestamp --> For every step you will have the respective timestamp......I think the value after decimal indicates miliseconds (not sure on this part)

Any failure to start Messaging Server via Administration should be analyzed by

1) Check the GAC and ensure that the schema is there, be sure the version numbers are the same.
2) You should also restart the host instance and try again.
To check that the schema exists and is deployed properly open the query analyser on your BizTalk Server and
use the BizTalkMgmtDb and run the query below. In the where clause place the correct target namespace and root node name which is being reported in the error log from the Event Viewer.
Select msgtype, assemblyid, clr_namespace, clr_assemblyname
from bt_documentspec
where msgtype = targetnamespace#rootnode;
3) Check the sample XML, its without namespace. Generate instance from the schema and then try.

When I try to install iTunes on my Windows computer I get an error message, "Apple Mobile Device failed to start". After an incomplete installation when I try to open iTunes I get an error message, "MSVCR80.dll missing". I downloaded MSVCR80.dll.

When I open iTunes I get an error message "MSVCR80.DLL missing". I downloaded this .dll and installed in C:\Windows|System32. I then scanned my computer to fix registry errors.I uninstalled iTunes and reinstalled and got the following error message "Apple Mobile Device failed to start".

I had a message to upgrade my version of Itunes so I clicked on the button to do this. During the download it stopped, coming up with an error message stating "This app failed to start because MSVCR80.dll was not found reinstall may fix problem" then after clicking on ok I get another box with the message "Error 7 (windows error 126)".
I have tried uninstalling every apple application I have then reinstalling them and still get the same message. Can anyone help?

Same problem today. Took five times to reinstall without any error messages. Apple has posted a way to fix and you should follow their's first. I finally got to upldate correctly by doing their fix but with one difference. I did the following:
1) Went to the C:\program files (x86)\iTunes and C:\program files\iTunes folders and moved every file ending in .dll to the desktop (even if two files in same location had the same name, just replace)
2) Restarted computer and still got error message
3) Uninstalled all apple programs possible in the following order......itunes, apples software update, apple mobile device support, bonjour, and apple application support.....all performed using the microsoft control panel
4) put all the .dll files on the desktop in the trash and emptied (this is a step apple support did not specifically put in their fix but for a final try I wanted to delete everything apple).
5) Restarted computer.
6) Re-installed itunes from apple website
No error messages during re-install and was able to open shortcut in one try. Even updated my ipad to make sure everything was working.
