Tree creation failed on node: pcd:portal_content/...
Hi out there,
after patching our EP 7 from SPS 10 to SPS 13 we have the following error:
In the portal content directory there are some folders which cannot be
expanded anymore. The following error message appears: "Could not load
or refresh node Tree creation failed on node: pcd:portal_content/..."
I have found out that this is always caused by an inconsistent role
which is located in the folder I'd like to expand (or in a subfolder
of it).
It seems that this error has already been occuring in earlier SPs and / or releases. Has anyone found a solution to it?!?
Thanx for your support and best regards
Juergen Kuechle.
Hi
Restart the server it solve ur problem
The problem is caused by a missing "ADD" notification for imported folder objects. If the package contains new folder objects , the caches on other cluster nodes are not synchronized for these folders. If the package contains a complete folder hierarchy with other PCD objects (like iViews, pages, roles, ...) under a folder, and this folder object is contained in the package and imported before the objects under the folder, the complete hierarchy is not synchronized in the cluster.
Release the PCD cache on all cluster nodes after importing an EPA file containing folder objects
Create separate transport packages for the folder objects and import them after the transport packages containing the (regular) objects under these folders
Check SAP NOTE 991599

Krishna.

FPN Could not load or refresh node Tree creation failed on node: pcd:-Error
Hi,
I´m configuring a FPN using CRM Java as a producer and SAP Portal as a consumer, the SSO from SAP Portal to CRM Java is working fine, but we are having this Error when trying to Expand Content Administration > Portal Content > NetWeaver Content Producers > MyProducer System
Could not load or refresh node Tree creation failed on node: pcd:NetWeaver_content_producers/........
Also in Identity Management I can see the Federated Data Source but when search for roles no rol is retrieved and returns two messages.
Last Search might be innacurate

Has somebody faced this Error?
Thanx in Advanced!

Could not load or refresh node tree creation failed on node
Hi Experts
I created one user with MSS role and ERP COMM role.
It is working fine. We restarted the server for other purpose. Then surprisingly the MSS role was locked. I am unable to see the MSS tab in the top level navigation.
When i expand the workset in line manager -> Manager Self Service -> Worksets
I am getting the following error::
Could not load or refresh node tree creation failed on node:
pcd:portal_content/com.sap.pct/line_manager/com.sap.pct.erp.mss.bp_folder/com.sap.pct.erp.mss.worksets
I can be able to expand and priveiw the Pages and iviews, except the worksets
Please guide me, i am badly stucked here.

SrinivasHi KRISHNA,

Ora-3136 then ksvcreate: Process(m000) creation failed and db hangs
Recently upgraded a large database from 10.2.0.4.0 to 10.2.0.5.0.
The database recevies many thousand short-lived connections per minute.
Since the upgrade we're repeatedly running into this problem
Symptoms are that the incoming sessions will start to time out with ora-3136, then the alert log will show
ksvcreate: Process(m000) creation failed
then finally existying connections will freeze and no more connections can be established. I can't even get in to shut the db down normally - i have to kill pmon to get to the point where i can restart it.
Typical alert log pattern:

ADF Tree Traversal from one node to its leafs
Hello,
after a titanic effort I have been able to add a checkbox next to each node of an adf tree table.
This checkbox is based on an "helper" entity attribute (not mapped to a column table on the database).
My next huge problem is to perform an automatic selection of all the checkboxes next to the nodes under the currently selected one.
For example, if the user checks a checkbox in the second level, then all the checkboxes next to the nodes under that, belonging to level three and four must be checked.
If this helps, in my case there are at most four levels.
Up until now I can get all the information from the currently checked node, but I fail to navigate the hierarchy under it for the automatic checking. I think that one problem is to navigate all the rows in the (only) VO the tree is based on. For example, since the tree is not expanded at the beginning, if I iterate on the VO retrieved from the current selected node at the top level, I can't see any rows corresponding to any children. Maybe I just miss something.
I have followed this example from Frank Nimphius, which only gets the current selected nodes, as I said, but no more. Maybe this is a good starting point, but I need to advance somehow.
http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/developer-tools/adf/learnmore/32-tree-table-from-single-vo-169174.pdf
Can anyone help?
Thanks.Hi,
here is a sample of how to search in trees, which actually shows how to traverse trees from a specific node
http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/developer-tools/adf/learnmore/61search-in-rendered-trees-177577.pdf
Given you have a transient attribute defined, each node (and instance of JUCtrHierNode --> getRow will give you access to the attribute for read/access). Note that because the checkbox is stamped in the context of the tree, upon selecting a parent node, you need to refresh the tree to show the selection state change

Hyper-V 2012 R2 Cluster Creation Fails
I am trying to create a 2 Node Hyper-v 2012 R2 Cluster. The Cluster Validation passes with no errors or warnings but the the cluster creation fails.
The error is similar to
here .
In this case he solved it by joining the Nodes to a Windows 2012 Domain. We don't have that option in our environment.
In the System Logs Events 7024 The cluster service terminated... The cluster join operation failed, and 7031 Cluster Services Terminated unexpectedly.
Anyone have an idea?
ToddHi Todd,
For troubleshooting , please try to create a new OU then move cluster nodes computer to that new OU then block inheritance , restart the nodes .
After this try to use domain admin account logon the cluster nodes to build cluster again .
Best Regards,
Elton Ji

This is a directory issue that Disk Utility cannot fix. Although it manifests itself as a software issue sometimes it may be hardware based. See DiskUtility reports "Underlying task reported failure" when repairing avolume http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1901?viewlocale=en_US". You can try using a utility like TechTool Pro, Drive Genius or Disk Warrior to repair and replace the directory. Another option would be to use the Archive and Install feature to reinstall. If the problem returns after correction you may have a failing or failed HDD.

MeetingPlace/WebEx: AutoAccount Creation Failed
We have a new MeetingPlace/WebEx node integration that went live yesterday. Most users are OK, however, this morning we have several users that are receiving an error message when trying to log in (for the first time: "Auto Account Creation Failed" message when trying to sign on for the first time. I see their account exists in the WebEx node and in MeetingPlace, and accounts are active in both. MeetingPlace users are synced from CUCM which are synced from AD. My first thought would be to delete them from WebEx and try to let the account creation process between MeetingPlace and WebEx happen again. Could anyone provide any input on this?
Thanks!
Mike,Hey Mike,
Based on your description, I would assume you're on MeetingPlace 8.0 with MP owned user profiles.
The creation of user profiles in this deployment should only be done on MeetingPlace. The user profiles will not exist on WebEx until the first time that the end user logs onto the system using his/her credentials. If you seperately created the user profiles on the WebEx site as well as integrating from LDAP, you may encounter this sort of error. In this situation, erasing the user profile and letting it regenerate will likely resolve your issue.
If this doesnt work, you may want to check the status of your TSP connections to WebEx. This can be done by logging onto the CLI of the MP application server and entering the following command:
tspp.py -t
If your TSP connections show as disconnected, you will want to review the following document:
http://docwiki.cisco.com/wiki/Cisco_Unified_MeetingPlace_Release_8.0_--_System_Requirements_for_Cisco_Unified_MeetingPlace_Release_8.0#TCP.2FUDP_Ports_Used_in_Cisco_Unified_MeetingPlace_Scheduling_Deployment_Options

Jetadmin Queue creation failed.
I got a new Novell 6.5 server last week and I can't add a queue thru Jetadmin. The error message is "Queue creation failed", as I try to add a queue to the new server.
IPX is loaded and working fine and I have checked the bindery context. I have also run dsrepair, as instructed by all other threads I could find regarding the problem, with no luck. I have 5 other 6.5 servers with bindery queue based printing and even though I would like to eventually move over to ndps, I really need this running right now..
I can add a printer thru non-ndps add printer in the nwadmin program, but it's only visible by browsing thru the tree.
Any ideas? Please?!?Originally Posted by AndersG

I found the problem. The bindery context wouldn't load because there wasn't a replica on that server. Thanks for all the help! :) -
