We have a requirement for triggering a mail notification on any record changes in table pa0009 (Bank Details - infotype 9).

The table control can be handle by the index recording, you need to record it with the index number in the braces with the record counter.
If you want to enter multiple entries into table control you need to go with report approach. you can't handle it in the LSMW.
Better to go with any BAPI or IDOC approach for the same.

2) assign fields of lfbk to this fieldgroup in table t055
3) run rfkabl00 with fieldgroup 1

Dear Experts,
Please suggest to solve below issue,
One employee joined in June month (02.06.2014) and first month payment given as cash payment, So Infotype 9 maintained as cash payment and had run payroll and posted to FI for June month successfully.
And july month salary paid as cheque payment, So Infotype 9 delimited and from 01.07.2014 maintained as Chequeq payment then while execute july payroll, the net payment is coming with two month salary, Cumulating June payment in July period salary,
I tried below steps to solve the issue but still it's cumulating 2 months salary in net pay,
1. Checked in PC_Payresult , for June period BT not generated, only July period BT got generated with 2 month amounts.
2. IT0003 ( Payroll status) Maintained only from July (01.07.2014) and ran payroll but the issue is remaining same,
3. IT0009 (Bank details) 02.06.2014 to 30.06.2014) maintained as cash payment and for the period 01.07.2014 to 31.12.9999 miantained as cheque payment and ran payroll but the issue is remaining the same.
4. plan to delete Jun payroll and maintain check payment in IT09 since employee hired date (02.06.2014),
but June payroll already got posted, and there is no posiablity to reverce this one emplyee posted document, (if reverce the document all other employees june posted document need to be reversed).
5. Maintain the difference amounts in decuction WT at IT 15 and in payslip it's comming with correct result, but it's give mis match in FI posting.

Infotype for Bank details not highlighted even though user has access
Even though a user has Bank details maintain role with P_PERNR object's authorisation field as R and W, in his PA20 - Personnel data tab - In infotype text- for Bank details there is no tick / correct mark. Doesnt the tick mark depend on all the authorisations that a user has or can perform? Please help me to understand it clearly
Thanks for the input, I just want to clarify one more point that the user i am reffering to is an old user and his details such as bank information should have been maintained. But in this case the user / HR has not maintained it and once it is maintained it will show as tick mark is it ?

Override default values for infotype 0009 (Bank Details)

and the user want to change it into: INITS only

Hi,
Can someone tell me how the payment method in infotype 9 is driven ? I mean is it driven by payment date or by the begin of the pay period ?
Can we specify in SAP, how to consider or is it a default in SAP.

Adding a bank key directly in infotype 0009 (Bank details)
Hi,
in the infotype 0009, I want to enter a bank key that is not in the bank master data.
Is it possible to configure the system so that a new bank key can be created directly in the infotype 0009 if it doesn't exist, rather than using the transaction FI01 ?

By standard, it is mandatory only when Payment type is Transfer/Cheque....
Then Bank Key is obvious...isnt it....
Otherwise, on which bank, the cheque has to be prepared... hw do u come to know ?

I agree with Krishna K that you will get changed data in tables CDPOS and CDHDR.
Please note that data flows into these tables only when change management is made active else you can use standard SAP transaction codes FI04 - Display Changes and S_P00_07000008 - Display of Bank Changes to see the changes made.

Load IBAN code in Infotype 0009 Bank Details
Hi everyone.
I'm on a massive upload of IBAN code for employees in the SAP-HR module.
When I try to build up a batch input, the screen doesn't show the IBAN button active. It doesn't occur when you manually go to PA30 -> infotype 9 -> Create (there's no problem when you do it manually).
This behaviour happens in many customers (it's no problem for a particular R/3)
There's a bapi for creating the IBAN code (BAPI_IBAN_CREATE), but I don't see the reference to an employee on that bapi.
Any suggestion?

Batch input very difficult way for this , You can use infotype BAPI FM "HR_INFOTYPE_OPERATION". And My Iban creation recommendation is "FIBF" , You can use "business transaction events". "CONVERT_BANK_ACCOUNT_2_IBAN" modules.

Changes to Bank Details & Monitoring Specific Individual
Dear SDN Experts
I am hoping you can provide me with some insight into the following 2 issues. My gut instinct is that there is no straightforward solution and will be highly dependent on level of logging.
We want to perform:
1. analysis on specified individuals to obtain detail on (a) transactions accessed (b) documents posted (c) data created
2. review of bank account details (own, vendor, customer) to see what changes were made - when and by who.
Having spent significant time working on the GRC Access Controls solution it is my feeling that Process Controls type solution would be required for above. Can anyone shed any light on how to address above using standard SAP? or if these queries have been encountered before.

wants a report to track changes to infotypes prior to running the payroll interface. The attached report looks like it should work but it returns nothing. Is there config that turns on "Track Changes": for select infotypes? If so, can they be activated for key infotypes so this report will run?

Field Group Characteristics
Using these three options you define which infotypes you wish to log, then which fields, then you define which groups of fields are to be saved. Click each link, or see the sections below:
Infotypes to be logged
Here you define which PA infotype numbers you require logging. Select New Entries and enter a transaction class (A for Pers Admin, B for recruitment), then enter the infotype number and save.
Field Group Definition
When changes are made to a logged infotype, the field contents before and after are recorded. This is the very reason for logging the infotype, but there is an overhead in performance and disk space used so it needs to be given consideration. Typically you will want to record fields that are pay relevant.
Using the field group definition, you specify which fields you wish to record changes in. When any of the fields in the group are changed, all the fields in the group are saved. You can use an asterisk to log all the fields of the infotype but this is not recommended for space and performance, also there are many fields on an infotype that you will not be using, that will be saved also. Ideally you will pick individual fields of the infotype and enter them like so:
The field group number is a freely defined number you allocate to the group, it will be used in the next step. For normal use, simply pick any number not already used in that infotype. All fields with the same field group number are recorded in the log, even if they have not changed.
Click New Entries and enter the infotype number, field group number and field names that you wish to record.
Field Group Characteristics
When you have set up the field group numbers, use the field group characteristics to activate the logging of those fields. You can also specify a supplementary field group; this means that the contents of another field group can also be saved at the same time, even though the contents have not changed. In practise it is not used much. Simply select new entries, enter the transaction class, infotype, and in the DocFieldGr enter the number you assigned to the field names that you want to store, then enter L for Long Term Documents (short are not supported)
The Audit Report
To access the report showing the logged infotype changes, use the HR report tree available from various menu paths, including:
Main Menu Human Resources Pers Management Administration Info System Reports - Documents Infotype change logged changes in infotype data. (RPUAUD00).
When you run the report, select the infotypes you require, and select and execute.
