My ipad wont recognize my hp printer any suggestions on what to do?

You cannot sync the two devices together. You can keep the two devices in sync by using iCloud and some of the available settings on both devices. Go to Settings>iCloud and you can turn on Reminders , Calendars, Notes, Safari Bookmarks, Contacts, Photo Stream, Mail, Keychain, etc.
You can go to Settings>iTunes and App Store>Automatic Downloads and turn on apps, songs, books and updates to keep all of those items in sync as well.
But why don't you explain exactly what you mean by syncing the two devices? What do you hope to accomplish?

I think Gift Cards found in iTunes can help you. You can give her a Gift Card as the same value as the app and then she can buy by herself.

Additional things to try.
Try this first. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.

Another thing to try - Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.

I have an iPad and can't connect to my network.

Family can come over and bring their iPads and it works fine. I can take my iPad to their houses and it works fine. It is something with my iPad on my network. Its an Arris router I lease from my cable company. My macbook works fine, all three Iphones work. I have tried all the tips mentioned on apple.com. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried Settings > General and reset the network, then reenter the network information? Plus, power cycle the router off then on after a couple minutes, turn the iPad off and after a couple minutes back on.
That way give the router time to recapture an IP address and stabilize, then the iPad to capture its IP address from the router.

I have Windows XP and can't sync my Ipod Touch with itunes. Gives error 13019. I did all the recommendations recommended, including unchecking the sync and resyncing all the music, but it came up again. No voice memos or videos checked. Help! Please!

Thank you, but I did that. I de-selected and then re-selected but because the 13019 still won't allow the sync, all it did was completely delete everything on my Ipod! I now have no songs on my Ipod when at least before, I had all my songs but the new 12 songs! I'm freaking!

First make sure you are connecting to the right network. The next thing to do would be to change the password for the WiFi network to 8 characters.

Set up as new, since it newer has been connected to iTunes. Your iPhone will remain on iTunes. I have 4 different devices on my iTunes with no problems.
And regarding the sync - it will sync whatever you tell it to sync on iTunes.

It depends. The Mac Pro may come with Lion, or at least 10.6.8, and some printers are no longer supported (Windows 7 either).
Also, you have to download drivers, sometimes from vendor. Sometimes apple has some thru software update, but not always.
without knowing printer make/model it is next to impossible to say for certain one way or another. If you do buy new printer, you can walk away with more power in injet, laser, and scanners to make it worthwhile. I had to update all of those when support was dropped. amazing how much faster and better the new models are, and for much less.

You can have a different receiving email in the Messages app on each device : Settings > Messages > Receive At . I'm not sure that there is a different way to have the message only go to one device.

If you both have the same email account, there's no setting on iPad you can use. When a message is deleted, it's deleted from the mail account server, which will happen on both devices.

Unfortunately, connecting a non-AirPrint-enabled printer to an AirPort base station's USB port will not make it AirPrint-ready.
You will need to use another solution, like Printopia, to be able to print to this printer from an iOS device.

Add another e-mail account to your messages, so people could reach you on that e-mail from messages. As soon as you are online (if you have wifi only iPad) you are able to send and receive messages. i.e. your son can send you a messages from his iPhone addressing it to your (that additional) e-mail address.
