Hi,
My Apple ID has been disabled after i tried to change my credit card details on my iTunes Store account. I am being charged money for purchases that i have never made even when the apps that i tried to download are free. I am being charged €1.98 every time. When i checked with my bank everything was in order from their end. I am changing the details and doing my purchases from my iPad. Being in Malta i use the Maltese iTunes Store for the purchases.
Can somebody help me out with this?

My Apple ID has been disabled, it won't let me updated my previous purchases. No reason for why it has been disabled or how to enable it again. I reset my password, security questions and billing info. Nothing… I even called Apple SUpport 1-800 # and they said they can't help me...Anybody has seen this before?...

My current apple id has been disabled. When I download any apps I keep getting an error

I have contacted Genuis Bar and they restored my iphone to the factory setting and all of my old apps which I had on my machine are also gone. They did an icloud backup restore but that also does not allow any apples to be added to my Apple device - Iphone.
They gave me a spare phone to check if my phone was corrupted and no that is not the case.

When your account becomes disabled, Apple provides the following recommendation:
"This message means that someone tried and failed to sign in to your account multiple times. The Apple ID system disables the account to prevent unauthorized people from gaining access to your information. You need to reset your password, following the instructions at the Apple ID website".
Visit iForgot.com and follow the instructions there.
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")
Providing you are simply updating your existing details and not changing to another account, when you delete your account, all the data that is synced with iCloud will also be deleted from the device (but not from iCloud), but will be synced back to your device when you login again.
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your computer, you need to sign out of the account from your computer first, then sign back in using your updated details. (System Preferences > iCloud, click the sign out button)
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iTunes account on your iOS device, you need to sign out from your iOS device first, then sign back in using your updated details. (Settings > store, scroll down and tap your ID)
If that doesn't help you might try contacting Apple through iTunes Store Support -

<Email Edited by Host>These are user-to-user forums, you are not talking to Apple, we won't know why it's disabled - I've asked the hosts to remove your account id from your post.
You might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
If it then works on your computer's iTunes but not your iPad then try logging out of your account on the iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Stores and then log back in and see if that 'refreshes' the account on it
If that doesn't fix it then you might need to contact Apple : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page -

Out of a sudden "your Apple ID has been disabled" appeared when trying to update apps and download apps. It seems canny be resolved even readying the ID password. Why is it so? Is it the tune server / programme problem? Or is it a temporary problem which will FTP way after few hours? Very frastrated. How to resolve.
