I just downloaded the newest version of Itunes, I deauthorized all of my computers and now can't find the menu to authorize. It refers to a store menu that doesn't exist on the new software. just downloaded the newest version of itunes as of 1/31/14 and suddenly after years of my nano 5th gen working fine is rejected by itunes. On top of that it ejects it and will not let it charge. The nano works fine besides and charges via x-box or plug in
I was working through the troubleshooter - looks like there is no driver for the nano.

I just downloaded the newest versionof itunes. Now when I plug in my ipod, I can no longer see my playlists (listed on the left hand side). The new format is very confusing! How do I drag and drop songs into specific playlists I have? Is there a way to revert back to the old itunes?

The answer was click View > Show sidebar. Devices and playlists will display in the left sidebar once again. -

Try iTunes menu View > Column Browser > Show Column Browser.

I just downloaded the new version of itunes to my PC and now it won't allow me to login
I just downloaded the newest version of iTunes to my PC and I went to login to my account to change some of the settings, but now it will not allow me to do so. I even went in and changed my password and it still will not allow me to log in. I was able to login to my itunes on my iPhone and my iPad, its just my PC that isnt allowing me to do so.

I bought my son a 1st generation Ipod touch off of Ebay. We set it back to factory settings and downloaded the newest version of itunes. Whenever he tries to download any apps it says "can not connect to itunes" I have checked the wifi connection and that is working (he can get on safari) and we have the newest version of windows. He was so excited to finally get his first Ipod and now cant do anything with it...please help

note carefully that the technique involves a registry edit. be sure to make a backup of any keys you edit. if you're unfamiliar with your registry or registry editing, head to your XP help and support, do a search on registry, and read through the articles that come up.
